This study takes the perspective of Big Data technology and collects relevant information on the application of supply chain management in 100 agricultural product enterprises through a survey questionnaire. The study found that the use of Big Data can effectively improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, inventory management efficiency, optimize logistics costs, improve supplier management efficiency, enhance the overall level of supply chain management of enterprises, and propose innovative strategies for supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises based on this. West Hubei Circle referred to the eight cities and prefectures which were Xiangfan,Jingzhou,Yichang,Shiyan,Jingmen,Suizhou,Enshi and Shennongjia.The economic and social development in this area was lagging behind,with wide poverty area,large impoverished population,poor natural condition and weak development foundation.Owing to lack of investment sources,the poverty-overcoming cost and poverty-returning rate in this area was high.It was the key area of poverty alleviation of Hubei Province.On the basis of analysis of the features of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas of West Hubei,with the internal relation between tourism and poverty-alleviation as the reference,the author proposed the conceptualization of linkage development of tourism and poverty-alleviation west Hubei and preliminarily analyzed the feasibility of the linkage development between tourism and poverty-alleviation.The author considered that tourism and poverty-alleviation could mutually complement each other in function.The cultural and ecological tourism resources in West Hubei were abundant and unique,high in resources taste.And tourism was an industry with high return and intensive capital.It could collect capitals,lands,talents and technologies,win a great deal of human,material,capital and information resources in West Hubei,so as the promote the amelioration of the rural infrastructure and living conditions and urban construction.Meanwhile,the basic strategy of poverty-alleviation was put forward,that is,establishing the development mechanism with government as the lead and enterprises as the subjects,the financing mechanism of diversified investments and wide-ranging financing.Besides,with tourism as the trigger,tourism supporting for poverty-alleviation and ecological cultural village would be developed simultaneously,assisted by community participation mechanism,so as to realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation of tourism and poverty-alleviation. 展开更多

By integrating literature reviews, site observa- tion, field monitoring, theoretical analysis, summarization, etc., a construction strategy was proposed and verified for tunneling with big deformation in this paper. The tunnel was in phyllite, shotcrete cracks and steel arch distortion were observed, and a big deformation with a maximum of 2.0 m was monitored during the initial stage of the construction. Through carefully examining the site observation and laboratory test results, a construction principle was established for the tunneling on the basic concept of maintaining the rock strength/stiffness and keeping the rock dry, by providing confinement pressure to the rock, reducing the rock exposure time, keeping water out of the tunnel, etc. To achieve the construction principle, a set of specific construction measures with 11 items was further proposed and applied to the construction. To check the effectiveness of the construction measures, field monitoring was carried out, which showed that the rock deformation was well controlled and the tunnel became stable. An allowable deformation was then determined using the Fenner formulae and the monitored data in order to guide further construction, which received a good result. From this study, it can be concluded that providing quick strong initial support and reserving core soil at the working faceare extremely important to control the rock deformation and keep the tunnel stable. 展开更多

Tourism is an emerging industry in China, known as the "sunrise industry" and "invisible trade". Though started late, with the rapid development of the national economy, it has been developing at an amazing speed. According to statistics, by the end of 2011, there were 23,690 travel agencies; the number of domestic and foreign tourists has grown exponentially every year. Particularly, inbound and outbound tourism market is booming. Europe, the United States and other English-speaking countries have become major tourist source markets of China; a large number of high-quality foreign tourism practitioners are urgently needed. Thus, tourism English teaching has played a very important role in the training of practitioners who are proficient in English, but also have high level tourism skills. Although at present, the education has accumulated a wealth of experience, has made significant progress, in the actual teaching, there are many problems existing. This paper, based on the statistical data from the Sample Survey of Domestic Tourism in Inner Mongolia(2014), analyzed the distribution of the domestic tourism market across Inner Mongolia and its 4 tourism sections through indexes including market concentration ratio, geographic concentration ratio, variance, etc.. The results showed that:(1) the market within the autonomous region remained to be the largest one in those 4 sections;(2) Beijing was the largest domestic tourism market outside Inner Mongolia;(3) different sections were divided on the target market of domestic tourism:(1) Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region proved to be the primary market of Inner Mongolia at large;(2) Beijing and 3 provinces in Northwest China came as the primary markets of Hulun Buir-Hinggan section;(3) Beijing-Tanjin-Hebei Region and Liaoning Province were the primary markets of Xilingol-Chifeng-Tongliao section;(4) BeijingShanxi-Hebei Region turned out to be the primary market of Huhhot-Baotou-Erdos-UlanqabBayannur section;(5) Beijing and Gansu were the primary markets of Wuhai-Alxa section;(4) the market concentration ratio of domestic tourism in different sections varied from each other, and the east section was the highest one, followed by middle section, Inner Mongolia as a whole, west section, and northeast section. Sanur is a region in Bali that relies on cultural tourism as a significant magnet in attracting tourists. However, the increasing number of tourists causes negative impacts, such as environmental damage. Applying the right tourism development strategy can help prevent environmental damage. This conceptual study attempts to identify environmental problems in Sanur area based on observation, interviews, focus group discussion, and documentation. This study used a descriptive-qualitative analytical method to formulate a strategy using the concept of 4A: attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary services that can be approached to develop Sanur into a green tourism destination. Responsible green tourism programs and plans include those that minimize the negative aspects of conventional tourism on the environment and enhance the cultural integrity of local people. 展开更多
