Comprehensive Evaluation of Talent Training Model for Modern Rehabilitation Therapy Technology:A Case Study of School Y

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the modern training model of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.Selecting the third-year students of the rehabilitation therapy technology program in School Y as the research subject,300 questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 92%.The strengths and weaknesses of the modern training model were analyzed through a mixed qualitative and quantitative research method.It was found that 68%of the students thought that the modern model had obvious advantages in practical teaching,but 42%of the students thought that it still needed to be improved in personalized teaching.This study provides an empirical basis and specific suggestions for optimizing the cultivation of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.

Exploration of the Training Mode of School-enterprise Collaborative AI Innovative Talents Based on PaddlePaddle

This paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)and Baidu(China)Co.,Ltd.as an example to build the Paddle Paddle(Sichuan)AI Education Innovation Center by enjoying the best of both UESTC and Baidu(China),and cooperating with 16 universities in Sichuan Province.With the support of this center,both the school and the enterprise successfully built a school-enterprise collaborative AI innovative talent training model,which mainly serves the universities,industries,and districts.Furthermore,this training model is able to facilitate the update of the industrial intelligence and the regional economic development in southwest China,and also provide a reference for deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration and the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information fields.

The Realistic Dilemma and Promoting Path of Secondary Vocational Education Talent Training Model under the Background of Education Supply-side Reform

In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

The Reform of the Talent Training Model for English Majors Based on OBE

Based on the reflection on the traditional teaching model of English majors,this paper points out that language teaching has long been divorced from the cultivation of cultural literacy and social needs;therefore,students’learning initiative has seriously deteriorated.On this basis,this study focuses on the“student-centered”notion and tries to integrate the four functions of language,which include“instrumental,”“cognitive,”“emotional,”and“literacy,”to establish a“four-three-two”teaching model,so as to explore an effective scheme for the teaching reform of English majors.

Training vocational and technical talents in western China from the perspective of rural vitalization

With the announcement of the Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022), China's western region has become an important battleground for rural revitalization strategies. To create a work team that understands agriculture, loves the countryside, and loves farmers is inseparable from vocational and technical education. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy urgently requires the services of professional and technical personnel in the western region. According to the training mode of international and domestic professional and technical talents and the status quo of professional and technical talents in the western region, the paper analyzes the problem of "urbanization" in vocational and technical education in western China, lack of vocational education system and education form for "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", lack of diversity and flexibility in the learning system. Serving the rural revitalization strategy, we must vigorously develop vocational education for rural areas, cultivate rural craftsmen and economic management talents, optimize the vocational education curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers, and create a diverse talent evaluation mechanism. This will help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

Comprehensive Construction of Innovative Talent Cultivating Model in Colleges and Universities

Innovation is the soul of progress of a nation and the first driving force for development.Building an innovative country is the core of the national development strategy,which requires a large number of talents with innovative consciousness and ability.Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents,while the cultivating model is related to the quality of innovative talents cultivation.From nine aspects,namely,disciplines,course systems,teaching methods,teacher staff,practical links,scientific and technological activities,innovation platforms,system guarantees,and party building,this study explained the construction of innovative talent cultivation model,so as to provide a certain reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.

Training Mode of Aquaculture Professionals in Local Applied Marine Colleges and Universities

In the training of aquaculture professionals,there are problems such as unreasonable structure of teachers,unclear understanding of aquaculture by parents and students,poor practical ability of students,lack of grass-roots aquaculture talents,and imperfect multi-party cooperation training mechanism.In view of the above situation,the training mode of applied talents in aquaculture needs to be reformed and innovated.In this paper,some measures to establish the training mode of aquaculture professionals were proposed,including strengthening students’correct understanding of the major,improving the curriculum system for cultivating applied talents,establishing a training model for practical teaching,improving the practical ability of teachers,increasing the provision of high-quality educational resources,and adopting school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate high-quality and high-tech aquatic talents under the training mechanism of applied talents.

项目驱动下的工程教育人才培养模式:欧美高校的实践与启示

当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在加速演进,在迈向中国式现代化的征程中,我国高等工程教育正肩负重要使命并迫切需要深化改革。项目驱动的人才培养模式作为工程教育改革的重要抓手,其影响力和应用范围正不断扩大。本文通过遴选三所工程教育具有传统优势并走在工程教育改革前沿的代表性欧美高校:麻省理工学院、代尔夫特理工大学和欧林工学院,从工程教育改革历程、人才培养理念和课程体系设置三个方面系统分析了三所高校的项目驱动人才培养模式,总结和分析了该模式以学生为中心的理念,在打破学科壁垒、培养工程技能、增强团队协作、体现人文素养等方面的特点,以及对我国工程教育改革的启示。

智慧农业产业学院“1234”产教融合协同育人模式

智慧农业是近年来国内外的重点和热点研究领域,也是实现我国农业强国和解决“三农”问题的重要途径。未来,涉农行业、企事业单位对智慧农业人才的需求将呈快速增长态势,而当前智慧农业人才难以满足智慧农业产业的需求。同时,智慧农业是多学科交叉融合且实践性很强的专业,也是新型专业,尚未形成系统性的智慧农业专业人才培养体系。因而,加快推进智慧农业专业人才培养,显得尤为迫切和重要。该文在坚持“以本为本”和“四个回归”的教育理念基础上,围绕智慧农业发展目标,面向智慧农业产业需求,以山西农业大学省级智慧农业学院为例,探索出智慧农业产业学院“1核心、2导师、3平台、4体系”的“1234”产教融合协同育人模式,为我国智慧农业产业学院发展及人才培养模式提供参考和借鉴。

基于新型“1+X+N”人才培养模式的一流本科课程建设探索

为了适应时代的发展需求,响应国务院提出的在应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(即“1+X”证书制度)的试点工作,民办本科院校积极探索“1+X+N”人才培养新模式。在人才培养新模式下,省级一流本科课程光纤通信技术课程组从明确课程定位、推动教学改革、加大资源建设、优化教学内容与实施过程、推进课程思政、改善课程成绩评定等方面开展工作,努力提升学生在光纤通信方面的综合应用能力,培养出满足新时代通信发展需求的高质量人才。

该文针对畜牧领域专业硕士研究生培养过程中存在学术和实践结合不充分的问题,以“黑龙江亚布力生猪科技小院”为案例分析科技小院的功能,并围绕东北农业大学的科教实践,探讨了基于“科技小院”体系建设下校地双赢畜牧领域人才培养模式的创新与实践,旨在为畜牧推动农业成果转化,高质量研究生培养提供借鉴。

“双一流”大学教师国际学术影响力研究——结构、评价指标及影响因素

构建大学教师国际学术影响力的三维评价指标和量表,对中国37所“双一流”大学教师进行了国际学术影响力抽样调查和测评。通过结构方程模型方法,拟合验证了所构建的大学教师国际学术影响力的三维结构,即国际人才培养、国际科学研究和国际社会服务。研究结果表明,大学教师的国际学术影响力平均水平偏低,存在较大的个体差异,同时,还会受到大学教师的学科领域、职称、访学时长、访学次数等因素的显著影响。

新农科背景下“BOPPPS+在线资源”模式在耕作学中的改革与实践

随着国家实施乡村振兴战略,加快推进农业转型升级和农业现代化的建设,对高等农业院校农业人才培养和教育教学提出更高的要求。为有效提高农学专业课程的教学效果,培养适合社会需求的素质高、技能精、实践强、有担当且敢于迎接挑战并坚持创新的新农科人才。该文以农学专业核心课程耕作学教学为对象,设计并实践“BOPPPS+在线资源”的混合式教学模式,该模式将学科文化和学科发展与思政教育结合、理论知识与生产实践结合、线下与线上教育资源结合。该模式能够优化创新学习策略,构建新农科背景下课上“活跃”课下“忙碌”的混合式教学新模式,有效提高耕作学的教学质量,为培养高素质应用型新农科人才提供重要的参考依据。

实践创新能力驱动的化工人才培养模式构建与实施

以中北大学“化学工程与工艺”专业为例,构建“学训赛创”四元互促人才培养模式,在扎实的理论教学基础上,融入实验、实习、实训,并结合学科赛事,全面提升学生实践创新能力。实践结果表明,该模式强化了学生对复杂工程问题的处理能力,并显著提升了师资水平,为行业培养了工程创新人才,展现出良好的示范性和推广价值。

面向扎根服务榆林的智能化人才三个联合培养模式研究与实践

目前榆林信息产业人才保障不足、本地高质量技术服务较差,智能化人才团队建设缓慢等问题突出,针对扎根服务榆林的智能化人才培养需求,提出“教学科研联合、师生联合、校企联合”的三个联合人才培养新模式,即“一中心、一引领、一面向、两抓手、三联合”模式:以高质量人才培养为中心,在党建引领下,面向扎根服务榆林,紧抓立德树人,紧抓专业建设,联合师生、联合校企、联合科教,专心培养扎根服务榆林本地的智能化人才。该模式以资源共享、优势互补、联动发展、共同进步的方式协同推进人才培养和科技创新的发展,对于提高教育质量、推动地方经济发展和社会进步具有重要意义。

“双高计划”视域下非遗数字媒体艺术人才培养模式研究——以秦绣为例

职业教育是促进文化保护和传承的重要手段,在“双高计划”建设背景下,高等教育的文化功能担当向高职院校保护和传承非遗提出了必要性的要求。文章阐述了“双高计划”视域下非遗数字媒体艺术人才培养的研究背景与必要性,梳理了非遗数字媒体艺术人才培育的目的、意义与特点,结合陕西秦绣非遗文化案例,从承古出新、科教融合、学创一体机制层面提出了非遗数字媒体艺术人才培养模式构建思路,旨在为高职“双高计划”建设过程中非遗数字人才培育提供参考。

师范类数学专业“双向设计、聚焦课程、三会四有”专业素质培养体系的构建与实施

在新时代背景下,教师专业发展的重要性愈发显著,其中“一践行三学会”已成为评价教师职业素养的关键指标。师范类专业学生的专业素质培养已成为高师教育的核心组成部分,其重要性不言而喻。然而,目前高师学生在专业素质培养方面仍面临一些挑战,如专业素质培养体系有待进一步优化和完善,教学设计缺乏必要的科学性,教学实践的深度与广度亟待加强。针对上述问题,基于OBE理念,提出了一套师范类数学专业“双向设计、聚焦课程、三会四有”的专业素质培养体系,通过“研-学-训-赛-习”一系列师范生教学能力的培养模式,全面提升学生的专业素养与实践能力。同时,还创新性地提出了“循环学习法”和“分步考核法”,以期进一步推动学生专业素质的全面发展。

新工科背景下土木工程专业人才创新创业教育新模式研究

深圳近四十年高速发展的事实已经表明,专业人才的创新创业是推动社会经济发展的生力军,是年轻人解决就业的大容池,是推动新兴产业高质量发展的内驱力。传统的创新创业教育整体方案存在着学科专业针对性不强、教育课程设计欠合理、创新创业教育专业程度不足等问题,难以符合时代对新工科背景下土木工程专业人才创新创业需求。该文针对工科学生特点,将个人表达能力,商业风险管控等其他与创业紧密相关的能力建设加入到创新创业教育的课程中来,提出建立一套包含“个人能力建设”“专业技能培养”及“标杆企业赋能”三者有机结合的创新创业课程新系统,以期最终形成以学科专业为基础,以解决工程痛点和社会需求为导向的土木工程学科创新创业教育的新思路。
