The Design of Courtyard-Style Elderly Care Buildings in Cold Regions

Different climatic zones should consider different architectural spatial organization forms when designing buildings. In this paper, the design scheme of Half Courtyard located in the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi is selected for research to explore how to construct ecological elderly care buildings in cold regions. The design scheme has been proven to increase solar energy efficiency, add natural ventilation, improve the insulation performance of building envelopes, and create a comfortable indoor climate.

Analysis of Style of Rockery Building and Stone Stacking Technique in the Royal Garden of the Song Dynasty: A Case Study of Genyue Royal Garden

Rockery building and stone stacking is a technique commonly used in building of classical gardens.Its emergence allows the fairy thought of"one pond and three mountains"to be reflected in different classical gardens.In the Northern Song Dynasty,the style of rockery building and stone stacking in the royal garden was an artistic climax in the history of the garden,and the technique of rockery building and stone stacking in Genyue Royal Garden was considered as the beginning of specialization.Through sorting out the records of the royal gardens in the Song Dynasty,this paper summarized the content of studying the royal gardens of the Song Dynasty,and systematically sorted out the development history of the techniques and styles of the royal gardens of the Song Dynasty and applied them into construction of some gardens.

A Study on the Control and Guidance Strategy of the Diaolou Style Building of Qiang People Based on Behavioral Analysis

Diaolou style building is an important residential building of Qiang people. In recent years, Qiang people’s own cultural identities and behavioral awareness have transformed. Due to the lack of attention to the inheritance of original architectural style and the absence of a detailed scientific protection of the landscape, the architectural style of Diaolou style building gradually loses its vitality. It is difficult to control and guide it effectively. And tourism economy which enjoys a direct link with the architecture has been confined to further development. From the perspective of behavioral science, this study innovatively analyzes the Diaolou style building of Qiang people by combining the methodology of Lew in metal of behavior and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Firstly, 32 symbols are chosen as Diaolou architectural style factors from the selection of more than 100 Diaolou architectural decorative symbols. Then by measuring their weight coefficients through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, eight main style factors have been screened out. After field research, we analyze the actual use of the style factors of the six typical villages such as Gina. On this basis, this paper analyzes the behavioral factors of Diaolou style building of Qiang people, deconstructs its use and puts forward a concept which takes style control as a guidance and behavior guidance as a strategy to protect and develop Diaolou style building of Qiang people. It is also proposed that a control and guidance strategy of inheritance and development of Qiang Diaolou architectural style, including master the influencing factors as a whole, follow the principle of people-oriented, compound function, dynamic development and highlighting national aesthetics, based on its style system, and grasp the trend of architectural style, etc. The study provides an effective guarantee for the further development of rural tourism, and a necessary theoretical and technical guidance for the government to adopt targeted steps.

Study on the Application of Industrial Style Design in Railway Station Buildings along the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High Speed Railway

With the improvement of economy and living quality,station buildings of high speed railway are no longer just a space to filfill the transport finction.As a business card of cities,station buildings of high speed railway prefer unique interior design,so the industrial style design featuring simplicity and variety gradually becomes a design trend.Taking the interior design of Changgebei Railway Station and Fangcheng Railway Station as an example,the paper analyzes the application of the industrial style design to high speed railway station buildings in three aspects:project overview,interior design and key issues of construction,and then reflects on and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the design and construction.The two station buildings,among a very small quantity of station buildings nationwide where the industrial style design is adopted,provide experience and lessons while exploring a new direction for fiuture interior design of station buildings of high speed railway.

Study on Dominant Expression of Regional Culture of the Qinling Mountains in Local Residential Buildings

Regional culture of the Qinling Mountains shows distinct features since it was born in the local outstanding ecological environment, study on local architecture is significant for the dominant expression of regional culture, protection of local environment, and echoing with the theme of ecological civilization construction. This paper, on the basis of the mutual infl uence and evolution of regional culture and style of local residential buildings, explored the reasons for the weakening of local architectural style, and specified the signifi cance of promoting local style of the living environment. By studying the infl uence of local natural environment and humanistic environment on architectural style along the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains, the paper explored the expression of regional culture in residential buildings, with Xian Garden(Xi'an Yuanzi) as an example, and aimed at giving useful help to the dominant expression of regional culture in modern residential buildings.

Layouts and Aesthetic Characteristics of Buildings in the Period of Republic of China along Zhongshan Road in Nanjing City

Zhongshan Road in Nanjing City was formerly known as "Meridian of the Republic of China", signif icant buildings of the Republic of China were mostly distributed along this modern avenue. The diversifi ed styles and types of these buildings refl ect the historical changes of modern Chinese buildings, and also record history of that age. The buildings are intangible cultural heritages of not only Nanjing, but also China. Study on and protection of these buildings is a process of reviewing modern architectural history of China, and also rethinking the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese cultures. In addition, the research promotes the coordinated development of modern urban construction and social cultures.

江西天井式民居生态适宜性探究

江西地区传统天井式民居具有良好的生态适宜性,在漫长的岁月中形成一套人与自然相和谐的共处模式。文章选取典型案例进行实地测绘、建模,借助Ecotect、Phoenics以及Energy Plus软件进行模拟分析,比较天井式民居与现代民居的光环境、风环境及能耗,验证天井式民居宜居性特征,分析天井式民居生态适宜性的优势与短板,并提出提高现代乡土民居生态适宜性的设计策略,以期为现代建筑的被动式节能技术提供优化思路。

基于建筑本源的绿色建筑通风形式设计研究与实践

基于建筑本源的绿色建筑设计方法是以建筑本源理论创作为基础,以绿色建筑的显性要素与隐性要素协同为出发点,以建筑师的建筑创作为视角,强化通过显性要素的绿色技术创作、地域性建构、设计节能等内容,最大限度地建构与挖掘绿色建筑本源创作基础,并基于此形成适宜的隐性要素关联匹配的绿色建筑创作新方法。讨论了一种基于建筑本源的绿色建筑通风形式设计研究,提出绿色建筑是具备生态意义的显性要素和隐性要素的集合,剖面、平面和层间3类的通风原型是一种显性要素基础性生态装置,而合院建筑的通风则是一种复杂形体下的上述通风原型的集合呈现。以上海市某合院建筑为例,在项目实践中对其通风形式设计进行探讨,具备了实际的示范意义,为相关项目的设计提供参考。

新形势下MDT监管模式在清廉医院建设中的实践

在全国范围内开展医药领域腐败问题集中整治工作的新形势下,浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院纪检监察室借鉴多学科行政管理模式,创建了以清廉科室、行风查房为抓手的MDT监管模式,推进落实党风廉政建设党委主体责任和纪委的监督责任,通过查摆问题、督促整改、完善制度等方式实现全流程闭环管理。在强化责任体系建设、廉洁风险防控、强化行风建设、精准廉政宣教等方面取得良好成效。

新时代教师教育体系建设:价值、逻辑与路径

教育高质量发展离不开高质量的教师队伍,而教师教育体系在高质量教师队伍建设中处于核心地位。在教育强国建设背景下,教师教育体系建设不仅有助于教师发展,而且能够激励主体自觉,还可以形塑中国特色。因此,教师教育体系建设既要遵循中国特色发展的价值逻辑和高质量教师培养的理论逻辑,又要坚持教师教育治理的制度逻辑和教师教育协同发展的实践逻辑。为有效推动教师教育体系建设,需要通过整体性布局加快教师教育体系的政策供给,通过专业性支撑深化教师教育体系的学科建设,通过协同性整合创新教师教育体系的机制建设,通过发展性保障推动教师教育体系的制度建设。

新闽派民居初探——以福建省永春县新时代农村社区为例

乡村住宅既是村民生活的空间,也反映了地域文化、邻里关系等问题。在过去的20年间,随着乡村人口和产业的变化,新乡村住宅发生了巨大的变化:布局小区化、体量过大,风格脱离地域特色等。如何在满足村民新生活诉求及成本可控的前提下,设计建造具有地域特色的乡村新民居是近年来乡建领域的重要命题之一。本文依托笔者团队设计的永春县新时代农村社区项目,从保障机制、建筑风格、空间布局、公共建筑和景观等多个角度,阐述了笔者团队对新闽派民居的设计探索和思考。

中国现代旧体诗人新媒介场域中“被阅读”的诉求

民国时期,报纸杂志等新媒介的读者群体不断壮大,旧体诗人开始顾及受众的阅读需求。他们一方面利用新媒介发表作品及连载诗话,另一方面积极回应读者,与读者互动,可以说,新媒介促进了旧体文学生态的良性发展。同时,旧体诗人在言谈举止等方面显露出群体性的仪式化倾向,他们通过新媒介竭力展示自身,摹画其在公众视野中风流蕴藉、高蹈独立的形象,以期获得世人关注,进而达成对其文化立场、审美趣味与精神诉求的理解与体认。这样的结果说明中国现代旧体诗人在经历了新旧文化、新旧文学的碰撞之后,最终在报纸杂志上找寻到了获得和维系受众的文学舞台。

风环境性能导向的围合式教学楼庭院架空空间优化设计研究——以中国石油大学古镇口校区为例

该文通过选取30例国内21世纪建成高校围合式教学楼进行调研,归纳总结出9种围合式教学楼形态类型,以出现频次较高的B1型围合式教学楼——中国石油大学古镇口校区围合式教学楼为研究对象,以架空空间形体尺寸为变量,运用性能模拟软件建立模型并对庭院风环境进行仿真模拟,探究架空空间形体尺寸与庭院风环境的关联关系,计算边界条件下的较优因素组合。结果表明,架空长度对庭院风环境影响最大,且在冬夏季庭院风环境优化方面取值差异较大;架空宽度对风速离散度影响较大;架空高度与庭院风环境未呈现出线性的相关性。研究方法及结论可对青岛地区围合式建筑架空空间设计阶段庭院风环境优化提供参考。

隋唐时期的史载地震主要在关中地区,显现了秦岭南侧存在一条北西向的石泉—房县活动断裂带。地震活动和房屋抗震一直是社会关注的大事,以蓟县独乐寺为典型代表,重点介绍了唐代木结构建筑的抗震技术:地基坚固和均匀、木结构的隔震机制、筒体结构的强抗震性能、斗拱构件的阻尼系统,都对后世的技术发展产生了深刻影响。在现代建筑方面,介绍了地震区划的基本原则,分析了农村藏式民居的弱点和改进措施,讨论了城市建筑的3种抗震结构及今后的发展方向。

徐仲林先生的师德风范及其现实意义

在60多年的从教生涯中,徐仲林先生一方面以言传身教的方式体现了立德树人是教师本职所在、扎实学问是教师立身之根、教书育人是教师为师之本、理想信念是教师修身之本、以身作则是教师育人之道、仁爱之心是教师处世之本、道德情操是教师成事之基等高尚的师德和优良的师风,另一方面还以躬耕求实的方式诠释了“经师”与“人师”融合统一、科研与教学相互促进、立己与达人相辅相成等卓越的教学智慧。这些优秀品质和教学智慧共同构成了徐仲林先生独特的精神风貌,展现出时代“大先生”之风范。

建筑类型学视角下满洲里地区历史俄式砖石建筑特征分析

历史建筑作为时代繁荣和文明更替的见证者,承载着深刻的历史内涵。满洲里砖石建筑体系,经受地域气候和历史背景等因素的综合塑造,呈现出鲜明的特色和丰富的类型。文章通过实地调查测绘、文献查阅整理等基础研究方法,选取40余处代表满洲里历史砖石建筑遗址。在类型学原型理论的指导下,对这些建筑的材料、装饰和结构等方面进行原型提取和对比分析,以期得出系统的总结和归纳。并在文章结论思考部分点明了气候、资源、技术是其建筑形态特征的主导因素;民族、文化、居住者地位使建筑形态多样化、个性化;建筑智慧的长期积累与更新,创造了低能耗、低成本的地域营造模式。研究丰富了内蒙古地区传统建筑文化语言及形态,为边远地区历史建筑保护研究工作起到了推动作用。

以师德师风建设为核心的新时代高素质教师队伍建设探索

高素质教师队伍建设是高等教育事业发展的重要保障,而师德师风则是教师队伍建设的核心。文章对师德师风建设的内涵及其必要性进行了阐述,同时分析了当前我国高校教师队伍师德师风建设中存在的问题,并提出了加强师德师风建设的措施和建议,包括构建师德师风工作机制、创新师德师风培训形式和落实师德师风考评监管等措施,为新时代下高校教师队伍师德师风建设提供一定的参考。

基于G1序-物元可拓模型的重庆庭院式农宅绿色舒适度评价

针对舒适度研究,当前缺乏从建筑及建筑环境角度进行系统性影响因素研究,基于绿色建筑评价标准和绿色农房建设导则等,在“巴蜀美丽庭院示范片”建设的政策指引下,从建筑设计、建筑室内环境和场地生态与室外物理环境3个方面构建重庆庭院式农宅绿色舒适度评价指标;利用G1序法确定指标的权重,物元可拓模型对庭院式农宅进行舒适度评价,以此确定舒适度等级,最后以重庆市庭院式农宅为例,进行环境性能模拟和现场实测,通过专家打分获取评价结果,并通过模糊综合评价方法和主观舒适度问卷调查对评价体系进行验证,结果表明舒适度评估结果一致,验证了评价模型的可行性,为重庆地区庭院式农宅的设计与改造提供优化方向。
