Multi-Dimensional Analysis of China’s“Double Reduction” Policy

Under China’s“Double Reduction”policy,although the educational pressure has somewhat reduced,the mechanism of talent selection through examinations still exists,which means competition remains,leading to the internalization of education.This article analyzes the challenges faced by the“Double Reduction”policy from historical and current perspectives.The reasons for the internalization of education are examined and four recommendations for the further implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy are presented.

Build an International Teaching Resource Construction System and Practice International Talent Training in the Context of “Double First-class” ——Take the School of Software of Northwestern Polytechnical University Case as an Example

From the perspective of the development of world-class universities,internationalization is an essential strategic choice and external feature,and also an inevitable choice to improve the discourse power and competitiveness of international higher education.In line with the national“double first-class”international development strategy of higher education,based on the cultivation of students’overall quality,the improvement of teachers’professional ability,and the development of school’s improvement of quality and efficiency,we School of Software,Northwestern Polytechnical University,explore new ideas and new measures for the cultivation of international software engineering talents,build a set of international teaching resources construction system,to form a reference standard and scheme for the cultivation of international software engineering talents.At present,we have achieved excellent results.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

Analysis of the Influence and Countermeasures of China’s New Educational Policy“Double Reduction”-Take an After-School English Training Institution as an Example

Recently,the Chinese government has published a new policy,called“Double Reduction”,addressing the problems of the workloads of the students under high school,and in the after-school training institution.Under this current situation,many after-school training institutions are confronting serious difficulties,even have to shut down and exit the market.Thus,it is of great significance to carefully analyze and discuss the influence on a certain case and its countermeasures.The article discusses the background of the“Double Reduction”policy,which is exam-oriented education,quality-oriented education,and education modernization.The article analyzes the influence and countermeasures of the“Double Reduction”on a medium size after-school English training institution in Wenzhou,Zhejiang,China.By using the method of interview,this article presents specific data about the influence and detailed plans of transition.

The Correlation Study between Thinking Styles and English-Speaking Learning Strategies of Junior School Students under the Background of “Double Reduction” Policy

Based on Cognitive Style Theory,Oxford’s Speaking Learning Theory and Communicative Competence Theory,this paper adopts questionnaire method,uses Sternberg’s Thinking Style Inventory modified by Zhang Lifang,as well as Oxford’s Learning Strategies Scale,and combines with the actual situation of junior high school students’oral learning to design the questionnaire of speaking learning strategies.Eighth graders of a junior middle school in Sichuan Province are randomly selected as the research object.The statistical tool SPSS23.0 is used to conduct the descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis of the questionnaire results to explore the overall situation of junior high school students’thinking styles and the use of English-speaking learning strategies as well as their correlation.According to the research,junior high school students generally tend to executive style,liberal style,conservative style,legislative style,hierarchic style.The use of speaking learning strategies is at an average level.They tend to use memory speaking strategies,social speaking strategies,affective speaking strategies,and cognitive speaking strategies.As a whole,there is a relatively significant correlation between thinking styles and speaking learning strategies.Specifically,there is a partial correlation between thinking styles and speaking learning strategies.

Carbon Emission Measurement and the Decoupling Effect Under the“Double Carbon”Goal in Xi’an,China

Cities generate more than 60%of carbon emissions and are the main battleground for achieving the target.However,there is no unified and standardized measurement methods of carbon emissions in cities.In this paper,we took Xi’an as an example and started by measuring carbon emissions with the new standards.Then,the decoupling of economic development from carbon emissions was studied according to the Tapio decoupling theory.Based on the generalized Divisia index method,the decoupling effort model was proposed to study the impact of carbon emission factors contributing to carbon reduction.The results show:(i)During the period 1995–2021,the carbon emissions of Xi’an increased rapidly,with an average annual growth rate of 6.06%,due to the accelerating pace of urbanization and industrialization.(ii)The energy consumption sector accounted for the largest share of carbon emissions,ranging from 77.38%to 89.46%.Xi’an’s energy structure is primarily based on fossil fuels,especially coal,which holds a significant proportion.To achieve the“double carbon”goal,it is crucial to reduce the dependence on fossil fuels.(iii)The 10th Five-Year Plan was in the state of“expansive coupling”,while other periods were in the“weak decoupling”state from the 9th to 14th Five-Year Plan periods.After the carbon peak year in the 15th Five-Year Plan,it would be in a state of“strong decoupling”.The agricultural production account was the first to achieve a“strong decoupling”state.(iv)The government of Xi’an made efforts to decouple,but these were not enough.Technological innovation played a crucial role in the carbon reduction of Xi’an,and was a key factor in achieving the“double carbon”goal.

引发内蒙古汛期暴雨洪涝灾害的降水事件雨强特征分析

选取2017—2018年汛期(6—8月)内蒙古108例引发暴雨洪涝灾害的降水事件,对其雨强持续性、最大值、日变化等特征进行分析,通过双重e指数函数和百分位相结合方法,确定降水事件阈值。结果表明:(1)降水事件高发区在大兴安岭东部,最高可达5~6次,持续时间最长为10d,降水事件次高发区在阴山山脉以南;(2)降水事件雨强最大值和最小值均出现在东部地区,极差最大值达70.4mm·h^(-1),西部和中部地区雨强最大值较接近,中部地区雨强极差最小,为16.0mm·h^(-1),但降水事件平均雨强最大值出现在西部地区,最小值出现在中部地区;(3)降水事件雨强日变化特征具有地域性差异,西部地区雨强(平均雨强)最大值出现时间具有分散不集中且差异较大的特点,易出现在凌晨、早晨、中午和傍晚,中部和东部地区易出现在中午和下午;(4)西部、中部和东部地区降水事件阈值分别为13.8mm·h^(-1)、10.0mm·h^(-1)和14.2mm·h^(-1)。

中国光伏产品遭遇“双反”调查后的思考

Design Method and Classic Case Analysis of Low Carbon Community

Realizing “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality” is a major strategic decision made by China to coordinate domestic and international situations.In order to achieve the “double carbon” goal,it is also necessary for relevant practitioners to actively put into practice to improve the participation of residents and advocate low carbon life while formulating the policy action plan.Community is an important place for human activities and one of the main spatial types of carbon emissions in cities.Doing a good job in planning energy conservation and emission reduction in the community plays an important role in achieving the “double carbon” goal.Through the analysis of classic low carbon community practice cases at home and abroad,6 planning and design methods for low carbon community are concluded,and the development status of low carbon community in China is reflected and summarized.

双切口套法预防开放性胃肠手术后切口感染的临床效果观察

目的探讨双切口套法预防开放性胃肠手术后切口感染的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月-2014年8月在本院实施开放性胃肠手术的75例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组（38例）和对照组（37例）。观察组在开放性胃肠手术中采用双切口套法,对照组术中不使用任何切口保护套。比较两组的手术时间、术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间及切口感染率。结果两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的切口感染率为2.63%,显著低于对照组的16.22%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双切口套法可以明显降低开放性胃肠手术后的切口感染率,提高临床疗效。

Can ECE Classes Sustainably Empower Preschool Children’s Development?-A Longitudinal Study of the Role of ECE Classes in Children’s Learning and Development

Does enrolling children aged 0-3 in early childhood education(ECE)classes continuously empower their learning and development after entering kindergarten?Based on the tracking survey data of 664 children aged 3-6 in 2017 and 367 children aged 3-6 in 2018,this study uses Propensity Score Matching to analyze this issue.The findings reveal that children’s family socioeconomic status is a key factor influencing their participation in ECE classes.The baseline data show that participation in ECE classes does not significantly improve children’s learning and development.However,the follow-up data show that participation in ECE classes plays a significant negative role in motor development for children moving to their second year of kindergarten,but subsequently plays a positive role in language development,health,and safety for those entering their third year of kindergarten.Overall,participation in ECE classes plays no continuous positive role in children’s learning and development after they enter kindergarten.Based on these findings,it is suggested that parents should respect the natural laws of child development instead of blindly following the trend of attending ECE classes,and high-quality parental companionship is crucial.The Chinese government is supposed to implement policies such as“double reduction”to regulate ECE institutions that fail to operate in good faith.
