Analysis of Meteorological Conditions of Freeze Damage to Citrus in Southern Shaanxi in the Winter of 2010 and Defensive Countermeasures 被引量:4

In order to take advantage of the climate resources more effectively ac- cording to the local circumstances and to plan and develop the citrus industry in Southern Shaanxi more reasonably. On the basis of the investigation of freeze dam- age to citrus occurring in Southern Shaanxi in the winter of 2010, the climatic back- ground for the formation of this freeze damage was analyzed. In combination with the freeze damage indicators during the overwintering period and the harmful accu- mulated cold during the cold wave, indexes for grading the freeze damage in southern Shaanxi were analyzed and verified, and the perspective of grading the freeze damage using the harmful accumulated cold during the cold wave was also presented. Through analyzing the extremely lowest temperature and the harmful ac- cumulated cold in the winter of 2010 and in history at 12 citrus growing counties (districts) in Ankang area and Hanzhong area, the reasons why the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period was severer in the west than in the east of Southern Shaanxi were discussed, and the results obtained were basically consistent with the actual situation observed from investigation. Finally, defensive countermea- sures against the freeze damage to citrus during the overwintering period were put forward from several aspects. 展开更多

[ Objective]The research aimed to study influences of the climate conditions on organic agriculture and defense countermeasures of the meteorological disasters in Boshan District of Shandong. [ Method ] From climate resources, relationships between meteorological conditions (tem- perature, water and sunshine, etc. ) and growth of the organic crops in Boshan District of Shandong were analyzed. 5-year development plan was put forward. Influences of the main meteorological disasters in growth process of the organic crops were analyzed. Moreover, corresponding de- fense countermeasures were put forward. [ Result] Due to monsoon influence in Boshan, rain and heat were in same season. Sunshine, heat and water coordinated well, and effectivity of the agricultural climate resources was higher. Qualities of the soil and water were good. Vegetation was complete. These conditions were all favorable for developing organic agricultural region. But the precipitation variability was big, which limited effec- tive utilizations of the sunshine and heat resources at different degrees. Meanwhile, in organic crops growth season when sunshine, heat and water were sufficient, meteorological disasters happened frequently. [ Conclusion] We should accelerate construction of the small water conservancy facil- ities, making rainstorm and flood as resources, and realizing timely watering. In addition, we ought to accelerate construction of the industrialized organic a clriculture to improve agricultural benefit. 展开更多

A Numerical Method for Solving Ill-Conditioned Equation Systems Arising from Radial Basis Functions

Continuously differentiable radial basis functions (C<sup>∞</sup>-RBFs), while being theoretically exponentially convergent are considered impractical computationally because the coefficient matrices are full and can become very ill- conditioned. Similarly, the Hilbert and Vandermonde have full matrices and become ill-conditioned. The difference between a coefficient matrix generated by C<sup>∞</sup>-RBFs for partial differential or integral equations and Hilbert and Vandermonde systems is that C<sup>∞</sup>-RBFs are very sensitive to small changes in the adjustable parameters. These parameters affect the condition number and solution accuracy. The error terrain has many local and global maxima and minima. To find stable and accurate numerical solutions for full linear equation systems, this study proposes a hybrid combination of block Gaussian elimination (BGE) combined with arbitrary precision arithmetic (APA) to minimize the accumulation of rounding errors. In the future, this algorithm can execute faster using preconditioners and implemented on massively parallel computers. 展开更多

针对深度神经网络(DNN)容易受到对抗样本攻击的问题,研究人员提出了许多防御方法,可分为外部防御方法(EDM)和免疫防御方法(IDM)。外部防御方法试图在将对抗性样本输入DNN之前去除其中存在的对抗干扰,而免疫防御方法则致力于提升DNN本身... 针对深度神经网络(DNN)容易受到对抗样本攻击的问题,研究人员提出了许多防御方法,可分为外部防御方法(EDM)和免疫防御方法(IDM)。外部防御方法试图在将对抗性样本输入DNN之前去除其中存在的对抗干扰,而免疫防御方法则致力于提升DNN本身的鲁棒性,本文重点研究免疫防御方法。现有的免疫防御方法主要基于鲁棒优化策略来提升DNN的鲁棒性,为DNN构建鲁棒模块的工作较少。本文在DNN中引入了2个新的鲁棒单元:基于特征压缩和精度注入的沙漏状数据处理单元,用以减小对抗性扰动的干扰;分组径向基函数单元,用于增强DNN的非线性和适应类内变化的能力。在优化过程中使用标签平滑、退火策略和权值衰减来进一步提高鲁棒性。在2个数据集(MNIST和CIFAR-10)以及2个流行的DNN模型(LeNet5和VGG16)上的实验表明,将所提出的鲁棒单元集成到DNN中可以大幅提高其对对抗性攻击的免疫能力,同时保持其在干净样本上的识别性能。 展开更多

针对大型相控阵雷达外场相位校正受风影响无法保证校正精度的难题,本文提出了一种外场高精度相位分级校正方法。采用激光标定法测量标校源风载条件下的晃动曲线和最大晃动速度,根据雷达工作频段及校正精度要求,计算出标校源最大晃动速... 针对大型相控阵雷达外场相位校正受风影响无法保证校正精度的难题,本文提出了一种外场高精度相位分级校正方法。采用激光标定法测量标校源风载条件下的晃动曲线和最大晃动速度,根据雷达工作频段及校正精度要求,计算出标校源最大晃动速度条件下的最小保精度校正时间,以最小保精度校正时间作为分级子阵规模划分的依据,通过多级校正完成全阵外场校正。仿真测试结果表明:在5级风载条件下,X波段相位校正精度均方根小于5.8°,最大栅瓣电平降低了9 dB,达到模拟移相器可以实现的精度要求。 展开更多
