E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant. 展开更多

目的探索“岗课赛证”四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式,为社会提供以岗位胜任力为导向,满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。方法于2023年5月至2024年2月,采用目的抽样方法,选取商丘市某高职院校护理专业420名学生为研究对象... 目的探索“岗课赛证”四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式,为社会提供以岗位胜任力为导向,满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。方法于2023年5月至2024年2月,采用目的抽样方法,选取商丘市某高职院校护理专业420名学生为研究对象,开展对照研究。结果实验组学生学习态度、公共基础课理论成绩、专业课理论成绩、专业课实训操作成绩好于对照组(P<0.05),取得1+X职业技能等级证书的比例、参加护理/助产等相关职业技能竞赛的比例、参赛获奖的比例、竞赛获高级别奖的比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学内容、教学方式、教学方法多样性、提升沟通表达能力、提升团队协作能力、提升病情掌握分析能力、提高解决问题能力、提升临床实践与社会服务能力的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“岗课赛证”四位一体化人才培养模式有助于提高高职护生的学习成绩、专业素质和综合能力,且学生认可度较高。建议在高职护理专业教学中,采用课程教学与工作岗位、资格证考试和技能大赛融为一体的教学模式,从而有效为高职院校培养满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。 展开更多
