The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

The education model based on outcomes-based education(OBE)emphasizes on taking educational achievements as the guide as well as focusing on student-centered and ability-based concepts.OBE is consistent with the talent output goals of higher vocational and technical education.Using the construction of electronic technology courses in higher vocational and technical colleges as an example,this article takes the course reform as an important carrier to promote ability training and explores the course reform scheme to meet the ability needs of higher vocational talents in the new era based on the concept of OBE in order to provide a useful reference for improving the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges.

According to the training objectives, the reverse design graduation requirements, establish the relationship between training objectives, graduation requirements and practical curriculum system;on the basis of the reverse design of the practical curriculum system, establish a new relationship between the practical curriculum system and the theoretical curriculum system Finally, according to the graduation requirements, the basic curriculum, professional basic courses and professional courses are reversed. Construct a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional practical teaching mode that combines theory with practice, takes practice teaching as the main body, and combines practice inside and outside the classroom.

Analysis and Practice of ＂Idea, Team, and Evaluation＂ in the Educational Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to meet the actual needs of higher vocational colleges＇ art and design program on the refbrm of specialized courses, the change from assignments to art works and the concept of art products is proposed in this paper, so as to enhance the standards of art products from time, satisfaction, and originality. Then, the idea of ＂synchronously training personal ability with the spirit of team work＂ is introduced. Also, the key points in the practice of course evaluation organization and management are mainly expounded through the applicableness of evaluation types, the standard of the evaluation process, and the diversity of evaluation and rewards forms.

在科教融汇视域下,高职教材应注重专业知识、思想方法、智能技术的深度融合。然而通过分析五本“十四五”职业教育国家规划高职数学教材,发现这些教材注重科创元素的融入,普遍利用二维码展现数字化资源并配备线上学习平台,但存在部分知识元素陈旧、专业科学成果融入欠缺、技术配套不完善等问题。对此提出高职数学教材开发可以专业为导向多方合力,四维融入科创元素,及时更新内容,同时不断丰富教师知识储备的主张。

“新双高”背景下“金课”课程目标要适配产业岗位需求、职业能力要求和学生发展需求;课程内容要符合工作过程导向、系统优化原则和学生成长规律;教学实施要坚持数智技术赋能、教师主导和学生中心理念;课程评价对标课程多维目标、多元主体参与和多种方式并行。然而,“金课”课标开发在及时精准对接岗位需求、满足全员学生发展需求、保持课程稳定前沿实用、创新应用教学方法手段、确保评价科学合理可操作等方面均面临着诸多挑战。在明确课标开发理念、主张、原则、宗旨、愿景的基础上,提出基于能力图谱定位课程目标、依托知识图谱开发课程内容、汇聚各方要素整合教学资源、数智深度融合赋能教学实施、多维多元全面构建评价体系等应然路径。

深入探讨高职软件技术专业课程思政的评价方式与效果,构建基于CIPP评价模型与层次分析法(AHP)的思政评价指标体系,强调实践教学背景、输入、过程与实践成果4个关键维度。通过问卷调研与数据分析验证评价指标体系的稳定性与内部信度均表现优良,可以用于对思政教育实践课程进行量化评估。实证检验显示,高职软件技术专业思政教育实践课表现出中等偏上的积极态势。基于此,高职院校应创新信息传播渠道,对课程内容进行动态调整与更新;应秉持“学生为中心”的教育理念,深化对学生学习状态的调研分析,全面提升思政教育实践课程的有效性与吸引力。

“岗课赛证”四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

目的探索“岗课赛证”四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式,为社会提供以岗位胜任力为导向,满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。方法于2023年5月至2024年2月,采用目的抽样方法,选取商丘市某高职院校护理专业420名学生为研究对象,开展对照研究。结果实验组学生学习态度、公共基础课理论成绩、专业课理论成绩、专业课实训操作成绩好于对照组(P<0.05),取得1+X职业技能等级证书的比例、参加护理/助产等相关职业技能竞赛的比例、参赛获奖的比例、竞赛获高级别奖的比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教学内容、教学方式、教学方法多样性、提升沟通表达能力、提升团队协作能力、提升病情掌握分析能力、提高解决问题能力、提升临床实践与社会服务能力的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“岗课赛证”四位一体化人才培养模式有助于提高高职护生的学习成绩、专业素质和综合能力,且学生认可度较高。建议在高职护理专业教学中,采用课程教学与工作岗位、资格证考试和技能大赛融为一体的教学模式,从而有效为高职院校培养满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。
