In the performance experiment of organic Rankine cycle power generation experimental system, the loadresistance-regulation method is one of the most important regulation methods. However, the regulation law has not been clear enough to guide the experiment, which is unfavorable to the experimental research on organic Rankine cycle. In this paper the regulation law of turbine and generator by the load-resistance-regulation method is studied theoretically and experimentally. The results show that when the thermal cycle parameters keep constant, the turbine speed increases with the increase of load resistance and there is a maximum value of transmission-generator efficiency with the variation of the turbine speed; when the turbine speed and generator speed keep constant, the transmissiongenerator efficiency decreases and gradually tends to zero with the increase of load resistance. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to explore the historical development of tourism through identified stages of the life cycle (TALC) model. Many of the major destinations in the world have a far longer history and go through various successive cycles with different phases. In this article, we present the case of Macedonia, as a Balkan mainland tourist destination. The analysis is based on primary and secondary data sources for an extended period. The article shows the life cycle of the tourist destination in combination and adaptation of new TALC model that matches regulation theories and the Ford paradigm of global model for tourism development of mass production and consumption. Finally, the paper suggests and recommends practical advice aimed at motivating key players in the formation of economic policy for tourism development. 展开更多

Many bird species are specialized to live in the broadleaved,evergreen forests in the mountain regions in Southeast Asia.These mountain habitats are not continuously distributed as the different mountain areas are separated by lowlands,which has restricted gene flow and thus contributed to the high biological diversity in this region.The degree of connectivity between mountain areas has fluctuated with the Pleistocene glacial cycles,being largest during the glaciations when the mountain forests spread to lower elevations.Here we study how the intermittent periods of restricted gene flow and connectivity between the populations of five montane species of babblers(Aves,Timaliidae)in Vietnam may be traced in their genomes.The results suggest that the babbler species in the Central Highlands have been isolated from their sister-populations in northern Vietnam for between ca.585 and 380 ky.For two species with populations in both the Central Highlands and the Da Lat region,we found that these split at more or less the same time(440–340 kya).We also found a significant statistical correlation between the time of the splits of these populations and the lowest altitude at which they are known to occur(no similar correlation was found with the geographic distances between populations).The populations in northern Vietnam show higher genetic variation than their counterparts in South-Central Vietnam,supporting the postulate that smaller populations may have lower genetic variation than larger.In accordance with this,we found the lowest genetic variation in the two species with the smallest populations in the Central Highlands.These two populations also show low levels of genomic heterozygosity.Our results show that the south-central populations of the studied babbler species are genetically distinct from their sister-populations in northern Vietnam,providing additional argument for the long-term protection of the evergreen mountain forests in Southeast Asia. 展开更多

The present paper describes the energy analysis of a regenerative vapour power system. The regenerative steam turbines based on the Rankine cycle and comprised of vapour extractions have been used industrially since the beginning of the 20th century, particularly regarding the processes of electrical production. After having performed worked in the first stages of the turbine, part of the vapour is directed toward a regenerative exchanger and heats feedwater coming from the condenser. This process is known as regeneration, and the heat exchanger where the heat is transferred from steam is called a regenerator (or a feedwater heater). The profit in the output brought by regenerative rakings is primarily enabled by the lack of exchange of the tapped vapour reheating water with the low-temperature reservoir. The economic optimum is often fixed at seven extractions. One knows the Carnot relation, which is the best possible theoretical yield of a dual-temperature cycle;in a Carnot cycle, one makes the assumption that both compressions and expansions are isentropic. This article studies an ideal theoretical machine comprised of vapour extractions in which each cycle partial of tapped vapour obeys these same compressions and isentropic expansions. 展开更多

Influences of across-strike heterogeneous viscosity on the earthquake cycle in a three-dimensional strike-slip fault model

Geodetic observations have shown that there exist large differences in the viscosity of the deep lithosphere across many large strike-slip faults.Heterogeneity in lithospheric viscosity structure can influence the efficiency of stress transfer and thus may have a significant effect on the earthquake cycle.Until now,how the lateral viscosity variation across strike-slip faults affects the earthquake cycles is still not well understood.Here,we investigate the effects of across-strike viscosity variation on long-term earthquake behaviors with a three-dimensional strike-slip fault model.Our model is a quasi-static model which is controlled by the slip-weakening friction law and powerlaw rheology.By comparing with the reference case,we find that low viscosity on one side of the fault results in a smaller rupture area but with a higher Coulomb stress drop on the ruptured fault region.In addition,low viscosity also leads to a small Coulomb stress accumulation rate.These combined effects increase the earthquake recurrence interval by approximately 10%and the earthquake moments by about 30%when the low viscosity is related to a geothermal gradient of 30 K/km.In addition,across-strike viscosity variation causes asymmetric interseismic ground surface deformation rate.As the viscosity contrast increases,the difference in the interseismic ground surface deformation rate between the two sides of the fault gradually increases,although the asymmetric feature is not pronounced.This asymmetry of interseismic ground deformation rate across a strike-slip fault is supposed to result in asymmetric coseismic deformation if the long-term plate motion velocity is invariant.As a result,this kind of asymmetry of interseismic deformation may influence the evaluation of potential earthquake hazards along large strike-slip faults with lateral viscosity contrast. 展开更多

The author claims that the best or one of the best methodologies of the historical study of Chinese language is the combination of the two, hence a new interpretation of “The Double-proof Method”. Meanwhile, this essay is also an attempt to put forward “The Law of Quan-ma and Gui-mei” in Chinese language studies, in which the author believes that it is not advisable to either treat Gui-mei as Quan-ma or vice versa in linguistic research. The strata of Jurassic was divided into three tectonic sequences and eight se- quences of third rank,according to the developing feature of the tectonic inconformity and the transforming feature of the depositional system tracts.Also the identification and the division of the base-level cycle of different period were carried through.Therefore three cycles of super period,eight cycles of long period,twenty-four cycles of middle period and some cycles of short period were identified.From the overall character of the coal-accu- mulation in the Mesozoic,we can see that the Yan'an formation is of the best nature of coal bearing.When the coal bearing systems of Jurassic were depositing,the Ordos area is the coal accumulating basin of terrene of large scale and located in the same tectonic unit.But the local structure of different part and the paleolandform are different in the basin which resulted in the difference of the depositional environment.So the layer number and the distribution of the thickness of the coal beds are different in the different part of the ba- sin.The coal-accumulating action migrated regularly along with the development,evolve- ment and migration of the depositional systems.The layer numbers of the coal beds, which can be mined,are more in the north and west fringe of the basin,whose distributing area is extensive,and they are more steady in the landscape orientation,also the total thickness is great.Therefore the nature of coal bearing and the coal-accumulating action of different part changed obviously in the space in Ordos area. 展开更多

The Qinling orogenic belt is a collision zone between the North China and Yangtze cratons. The Qinling Complex is a Precambrian metamorphic complex, developed in the inner zone of the orogenic belt , which records the metamorphic and deformational history and PTt path of the regional meta-morphism of the collision zone . The present paper studies the metamorphic and deformational history and the PTt path of various tectono-metamorphic cycles in order to describe the geodynamic processes prevailing in that part of the Qinling orogenic belt since Proterozoic.The tectonometamorphic history and evolution of the Qinling Complex is divided into two stages: the stage of formation and the stage of modification During the stage of formation dated as Proterozoic,three deformational sequences are recognized. The amphibolite facies regional metamorphism is earlier than or synchronous with the first or second phase of folding. Three metamorphic zones, i.e. And-Ms ,Sil- Ms, Sil Kfs are delimited. During the stage of modification , the emplacement of Caledonian granite , superimposed thermal aureole (garnet K feldspar zone )and the development of ductile shear zones are major events.Metamorphic reactions are reconstructed in terms of analysis of re-equilibrium textures. Geothermobarometric calculations are conducted to calibrate the PT conditions of metamorphism .The metamorphic PTt paths have been estabh'shed. The PTt path of the Proterozoic tectonometamorphic cycle shows a clockwise pattern and is characterized by prominent decompression. The PTt path of the Caledonian tectonometamorphic cycle is characterized first by PT rising ,then isothermal decompression (rapid uplift), and finally by isobaric cooling The PTt path of the two tectonometamorphic cycles evidence the geodynamic processes: two major stages of collision and uplift in the Proterozoic and Caledonian Hercynian periods, respectively, during the evolution of Qinling orogenic belt. 展开更多

It is intended as the first part of a series of articles outlineing the topic in detail. The aim of the submitted contribution is to demonstrate that the financial and legal aspects created the basis of economic development of the regions from the early beginnings of human society. Social relations constituting the subject-matter of the financial law had been developing, changing, and had become established before the financial law itself has been constituted. These relations seem to have been present from the very beginning of the existence of the human society. Regulatory acts associated with regulation of these relationships embodied solidarity and methodological specificities. The specificity of the subject-matter of regulation, solidarity and methodological specificities of the financial, and legal standards sufficiently define superstructure with a natural law character. The superstructure is based on constitutional system of national states after the EU integration has been completed on the EU law. As we can evaluate retrospectively, the transfer of fmanciallaw competencies in Brussels was a failiure. Since the political union was established through the Lisbon treaty in 2009 the European sovereign debt crisis emerged and ravaged the EU until today. 展开更多

We applied <em>n</em>-variable conserving nonlinear differential equations (<em>n</em>-CNDEs) to the population data of the 10-year cycles of Canadian lynx (1821-2016) and the snowshoe hare (1845-1921). Modeling external effects as perturbations to population dynamics, recovering and restorations from disintegrations (or extinctions), stability and survival strategies are discussed in terms of the conservation law inherent to dynamical interactions among species. The 2-variable conserving nonlinear interaction (2CNIs) is extended to 3, 4, ... <em>n</em>-variable conserving nonlinear interactions (<em>n</em>-CNIs) of species by adjusting minimum unknown parameters. The population cycle of species is a manifestation of conservation laws existing in complicated ecosystems, which is suggested from the CNDE analysis as <em>a standard rhythm</em> of interactions. The ecosystem is a consequence of the long history of nonlinear interactions and evolutions among life-beings and the natural environment, and the population dynamics of an ecosystem are observed as approximate CNIs. Physical analyses of the conserving quantity in nonlinear interactions would help us understand why and how they have developed. The standard rhythm found in nonlinear interactions should be considered as a manifestation of the survival strategy and the survival of the fittest to the balance of biological systems. The CNDEs and nonlinear differential equations with time-dependent coefficients would help find useful physical information on the survival of the fittest and symbiosis in an ecosystem. 展开更多

我国古代虽无专门的刑事诉讼法典,但法典编纂的历史智慧依旧博大精深。自周代区分狱、讼开始,有关刑事诉讼的立法愈发精进,其重要成果分布于各个历史时期具有代表性的法典当中。在体例上,立法者以高超的“提取公因式”技术实现了总则制... 我国古代虽无专门的刑事诉讼法典,但法典编纂的历史智慧依旧博大精深。自周代区分狱、讼开始,有关刑事诉讼的立法愈发精进,其重要成果分布于各个历史时期具有代表性的法典当中。在体例上,立法者以高超的“提取公因式”技术实现了总则制定,以精妙的编纂技巧完成了由繁至简的体系化过程;在理论上,以德立法的文化熏陶出兼顾情理,以矜恤弱势群体、依法断罪、宽严相济为代表的诉讼原则;在制度上,典范性的规定贯穿于诉讼程序的起诉、举证以及审理阶段,发展出了颇为完备的诉讼制度。当前,法典编纂已成为重要的时代命题,推动刑事诉讼法的法典化,一方面应吸收借鉴中国古代法制中优秀的法律传统与诉讼规律,另一方面需兼容解决现实问题以保证立法的前瞻性。 展开更多

硫酸盐干湿循环作用下煤矸石喷射混凝土劣化机理

为促进高硫酸盐环境下煤矿地区煤矸石大规模利用,本文制备了不同煤矸石取代率的喷射混凝土,研究干湿循环作用下煤矸石对喷射混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的影响规律,从表观形貌、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、相对抗压强度、硫酸根离子分布演化... 为促进高硫酸盐环境下煤矿地区煤矸石大规模利用,本文制备了不同煤矸石取代率的喷射混凝土,研究干湿循环作用下煤矸石对喷射混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的影响规律,从表观形貌、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、相对抗压强度、硫酸根离子分布演化和侵蚀前后微观形貌变化进行了研究,得到了煤矸石对喷射混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的影响机理。结果表明,在硫酸盐干湿循环作用下,煤矸石喷射混凝土(CGS)的劣化过程分为强化阶段、初始损伤和宏观破坏三个阶段。CGS劣化程度受干湿循环次数和煤矸石取代率协同影响,25%(质量分数)取代率下CGS抗硫酸盐性能提升,当取代率超过25%后,CGS抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力随着取代率的增加而降低。研究成果可为CGS结构在矿下应用提供重要的理论支撑。 展开更多
