The necessary humanistic embodiment in the philosophy, theory and mode of College English teaching

Along with development of China＇s popular education, the embodiment of humanistic education is the natural and inevitable requirement of higher education after its transition from elite to popular education to ensure a good quality and a higher level. English teaching is indispensable due to the uniqueness of Chinese language and culture, and our open policy. College English teaching has become an extremely important platform, different from most other countries, to train talents. And to train talents is not only to train for the English language speakers or to be just certain technicians. This article will, from aspects of teaching philosophy, theory and mode, give a preliminary probe into the reasons why humanistic education should show itself up in all segments of college English teaching and how to show up. And it is expected to use the little to get the big.

Becoming a Language Teacher:Personal Philosophy about Teaching

Education is the process of self-knowing, which can possess the capability of informed decision-making by logic and critical thinking development. The definition of language learning could be regarded as assessing the language knowledge and the communications skills by a cognitive process, memory, storage and practice. As a language teacher, you need to make language and methodology develop concurrently, and students' cognitive ability, preferences for pedagogical style,learning style, socioeconomic statues and personality traits should be addressed carefully as well.

A New Theory About Teaching Philosophy

The aim of this paper is to elucidate the nature and viability of teaching philosophy establishing their impact on the construction of philosophy in developing countries such as Peru. This article is inserted in the context of the need to rethink the missed philosophy marked by Badiou who proposes two ideas and binding areas： Philosophy is a reflection on all that is in the infinite universe, including humans; and, being the reflection （thinking） an innate characteristic of the human being, then, in some way, we are philosophers. It follows two thoughts that philosophy is not taught or learned but is assumed in the measure of their level of education and knowledge. In such conditions, it is not the teaching of philosophy that which has to build philosophy or form ＂philosophers,＂ but is education. It is established, therefore, that between the philosophy and the education, there is a direct relationship in the sense that the first is based on the second and a good education is a prerequisite for the development of philosophy in a society condition. For this important reason, developing countries still do not have adequate conditions for sustained construction of philosophy because they have educational models that prevent it from radiating a good education to society. Being a good carrier of a good education philosophy, a poorly educated person has limitations to acquire of philosophical thinking. Therefore, these reasons are that in these countries, the teaching philosophy has proved to be unsuccessful. Being poor education in underdeveloped societies, where language skills and science are below international standards, it is easy to deduce that such societies are facing philosophy and devoid of conditions to form part of their cultures. Our hypothesis is that philosophy in a society cannot be built on the basis of the teaching of philosophy, but on the basis of a good education. The fact that in underdeveloped societies, as is the case of Peru, there is no philosophy in terms of what it means in modern times, is not because there is no teaching of philosophy but because there is archaic educational models. In these countries, the education model is anti-philosophical. Our approach is based on the education system prevalent in underdeveloped countries such as Peru, which is not feasible ＂teaching philosophy＂ to steadily build philosophy as part of national cultures, and instead it is necessary for the design and implementation of new models of education.

Teaching Philosophy Embedded in The Sound of Music

This paper analyzes the teaching philosophy embedded in this film, such as how to identify students＇ strengths and weaknesses to develop their potentials, how to encourage students to meet new challenges, how to improve students＇ ability to resist frustration, how to understand students and build a harmonious relationship with them, and how to teach students with effective methods, etc., teachers can benefit a lot from this aesthetically significant film from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology.

Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Classroom Teaching for Philosophy Teachers

The purpose of this study is to achieve two objectives.First,to compare the effectiveness of philosophy classes in two administrative classes of Liupanshui Normal University,and to explore the influence of the strategies used by the teachers in the two administrative classes in philosophy teaching on the students.Secondly,through the comparison and discussion of the first point,this paper puts forward the implementation strategies to improve the effectiveness of philosophy classroom,so that students can accept and absorb these knowledge points to the maximum extent to improve the teaching effect.Liupanshui Normal University is located in a remote mountain area of China,so students don't have enough knowledge and guidance in philosophy.Therefore,it is necessary to improve students'philosophical quality through effective classroom practice,so that they can better adapt to the society.Taking case study as the research method,this paper conducted observation,questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis on philosophy teachers,students,parents,employers and school administrators.The results show that the effect of traditional teaching methods is not as good as audio-visual teaching tools,and the application of audio-visual materials in philosophy teaching has successfully endowed students with higher intellectual value and stimulated their creativity and innovative spirit.In addition,continuous improvement in teachers'emphasis on evaluation feedback,interaction and knowledge literature learning has a positive impact on students,as these strategies encourage them to use higher-level thinking skills.

在教育改革不断深化的背景下,药物经济学教学存在的弊端逐渐暴露,这需要教师更新教学理念,将“慕课+翻转课堂”教学模式应用于药物经济学教学之中,提高课堂教学的效率。文章从概述“慕课+翻转课堂”教学理念展开,明确慕课与翻转课堂结合符合教育改革要求,符合现代教育思路,能够优化课堂教学,提高教学效率。在此基础上,分析当前药物经济学教学的实际情况,明确存在的问题,比如忽略学生主体性、教学模式陈旧、教学内容片面等,进而探讨基于“慕课+翻转课堂”教学模式,推动药物经济学教学的可行性,提出创建教学资源、优化设计教学环节、创新教学方法等意见,以期为药物经济学教学提供参考。

基于OBE理念的“项目管理”课程全过程、多方法教学创新设计——以武汉科技大学物流工程专业教学为例

“项目管理”课程是武汉科技大学物流工程专业的基础课程,是在我国高等教育新工科、新文科融合发展的背景下,为了培养社会急需的懂项目管理的高素质创新复合型人才需求而设立的。为了实现拓宽学生知识面、增强沟通能力、提升其社会适应能力的培养目标,武汉科技大学教学团队针对教学中存在的痛点问题,在教学“全过程”切入创新手段并同步完成课程思政任务。在主体教学环节采用“多方法”融入式教学方法改革,努力探索出一条面向“新工科+新文科”的人才培养模式。

以本为本多角度探索化学实验金课建设的实践

新工科背景下铁道运输专业方向实习课程教学改革与探索

实习环节是工科专业人才培养的重要环节,为学生提供现场设备设施认知、生产作业组织等接触与体验,为学生继续深造或进入工作岗位提供实践知识储备。该文在新工科建设背景下,基于OBE理念,重新梳理铁道运输专业方向实习课程在培养方案中的地位和作用,明确铁道运输专业方向实习课程体系的内容及培养目标,提出基于ASK的实习效果评价。为保障实习课程的教学质量,从教师队伍、教学策略和手段、实习基地建设及实习教学管理等方面对生产实习提出系列改进措施。论文研究可为工科专业的实习实践课程建设提供参考。

OBE教育理念和能力本位观下模块化教学改革研究与实践——以《配送中心规划与管理》课程为例

针对《配送中心规划与管理》课程理论性强、计算量大、数据分析多,学生感觉抽象难懂、学习兴趣和主动性未有效发挥的问题,课程组基于能力本位和OBE教育理念,重构模块化课程内容,开发具有自主知识产权的沙盘、游戏等教学资源,设计场景化学习任务,通过“项目、沙盘、仿真、游戏、竞赛”的方式实施游戏化、沉浸式、体验式教学,打造了趣味课堂,并利用云大物智、移动互联技术,支撑教学目标高效达成。文章以课程中储位规划和配送路线规划两个项目为例,详细阐释了教学整体设计、教学组织、具体实施、成果成效和特色创新等,对职业教育三教改革具有重要的推动意义。

高校生态环境类课程综合性教学改革与实践

生态环境类课程已成为目前高校生态文明通识教育的主要组成部分,同时也是相应专业必修的专业课程。基于布鲁姆教育目标及教学目标,结合社会生态环境类复合型人才需求,通过十余年教学实践,对生态环境类课程及目标体系、知识模块化构建、教学实践模式及非标准化过程考核等方面进行一系列的综合改革与实践。在教学实践过程中,把不同认知目标融入到不同教学环节,基于线下和线上课堂进行混合式教学,实施非标准化考查模式。通过实践,学生知识体系实现从“点”到“面”的转变,学生对生态环境问题认识分析能力及社会实践素质有明显提高,具有较好的推广价值。

自动控制原理混合式一流课程教学改革研究

自动控制原理是自动化和人工智能技术发展的基础理论和核心知识,对逻辑思维、数学功底等要求较高,因此,学生觉得“难学”,教师觉得“难教”。按照混合式一流本科课程建设要求,经过多年课程改革及建设,于2023年立项为省级混合式一流课程。在教学改革过程中,以学生为中心,将“一中心、二目标、三课堂”的教学理念融入到线上线下混合式教学中,通过改革教学模式、运用多种教学方法、深度融合产学研、构建教学资源体系等方式,培养学生自主学习和自主创新能力,达到高质量培养自动控制应用型人才的目的。
