High-efficiency and low-cost knowledge sharing can improve the decision-making ability of autonomous vehicles by mining knowledge from the Internet of Vehicles(IoVs).However,it is challenging to ensure high efficiency of local data learning models while preventing privacy leakage in a high mobility environment.In order to protect data privacy and improve data learning efficiency in knowledge sharing,we propose an asynchronous federated broad learning(FBL)framework that integrates broad learning(BL)into federated learning(FL).In FBL,we design a broad fully connected model(BFCM)as a local model for training client data.To enhance the wireless channel quality for knowledge sharing and reduce the communication and computation cost of participating clients,we construct a joint resource allocation and reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)configuration optimization framework for FBL.The problem is decoupled into two convex subproblems.Aiming to improve the resource scheduling efficiency in FBL,a double Davidon–Fletcher–Powell(DDFP)algorithm is presented to solve the time slot allocation and RIS configuration problem.Based on the results of resource scheduling,we design a reward-allocation algorithm based on federated incentive learning(FIL)in FBL to compensate clients for their costs.The simulation results show that the proposed FBL framework achieves better performance than the comparison models in terms of efficiency,accuracy,and cost for knowledge sharing in the IoV. 展开更多

A credibility-aware swarm-federated deep learning framework in internet of vehicles

Although Federated Deep Learning(FDL)enables distributed machine learning in the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),it requires multiple clients to upload model parameters,thus still existing unavoidable communication overhead and data privacy risks.The recently proposed Swarm Learning(SL)provides a decentralized machine learning approach for unit edge computing and blockchain-based coordination.A Swarm-Federated Deep Learning framework in the IoV system(IoV-SFDL)that integrates SL into the FDL framework is proposed in this paper.The IoV-SFDL organizes vehicles to generate local SL models with adjacent vehicles based on the blockchain empowered SL,then aggregates the global FDL model among different SL groups with a credibility weights prediction algorithm.Extensive experimental results show that compared with the baseline frameworks,the proposed IoV-SFDL framework reduces the overhead of client-to-server communication by 16.72%,while the model performance improves by about 5.02%for the same training iterations. 展开更多

Malicious attacks against data are unavoidable in the interconnected,open and shared Energy Internet(EI),Intrusion tolerant techniques are critical to the data security of EI.Existing intrusion tolerant techniques suffered from problems such as low adaptability,policy lag,and difficulty in determining the degree of tolerance.To address these issues,we propose a novel adaptive intrusion tolerance model based on game theory that enjoys two-fold ideas:(1)it constructs an improved replica of the intrusion tolerance model of the dynamic equation evolution game to induce incentive weights;and (2)it combines a tournament competition model with incentive weights to obtain optimal strategies for each stage of the game process.Extensive experiments are conducted in the IEEE 39-bus system,whose results demonstrate the feasibility of the incentive weights,confirm the proposed strategy strengthens the system’s ability to tolerate aggression,and improves the dynamic adaptability and response efficiency of the aggression-tolerant system in the case of limited resources. 展开更多

The proliferation of IoT devices requires innovative approaches to gaining insights while preserving privacy and resources amid unprecedented data generation.However,FL development for IoT is still in its infancy and needs to be explored in various areas to understand the key challenges for deployment in real-world scenarios.The paper systematically reviewed the available literature using the PRISMA guiding principle.The study aims to provide a detailed overview of the increasing use of FL in IoT networks,including the architecture and challenges.A systematic review approach is used to collect,categorize and analyze FL-IoT-based articles.Asearch was performed in the IEEE,Elsevier,Arxiv,ACM,and WOS databases and 92 articles were finally examined.Inclusion measures were published in English and with the keywords“FL”and“IoT”.The methodology begins with an overview of recent advances in FL and the IoT,followed by a discussion of how these two technologies can be integrated.To be more specific,we examine and evaluate the capabilities of FL by talking about communication protocols,frameworks and architecture.We then present a comprehensive analysis of the use of FL in a number of key IoT applications,including smart healthcare,smart transportation,smart cities,smart industry,smart finance,and smart agriculture.The key findings from this analysis of FL IoT services and applications are also presented.Finally,we performed a comparative analysis with FL IID(independent and identical data)and non-ID,traditional centralized deep learning(DL)approaches.We concluded that FL has better performance,especially in terms of privacy protection and resource utilization.FL is excellent for preserving privacy becausemodel training takes place on individual devices or edge nodes,eliminating the need for centralized data aggregation,which poses significant privacy risks.To facilitate development in this rapidly evolving field,the insights presented are intended to help practitioners and researchers navigate the complex terrain of FL and IoT. 展开更多

Mobile and Internet network coverage plays an important role in digital transformation and the exploitation of new services. The evolution of mobile networks from the first generation (1G) to the 5th generation is still a long process. 2G networks have developed the messaging service, which complements the already operational voice service. 2G technology has rapidly progressed to the third generation (3G), incorporating multimedia data transmission techniques. It then progressed to fourth generation (4G) and LTE (Long Term Evolution), increasing the transmission speed to improve 3G. Currently, developed countries have already moved to 5G. In developing countries, including Burundi, a member of the East African Community (ECA) where more than 80% are connected to 2G technologies, 40% are connected to the 3G network and 25% to the 4G network and are not yet connected to the 5G network and then still a process. The objective of this article is to analyze the coverage of 2G, 3G and 4G networks in Burundi. This analysis will make it possible to identify possible deficits in order to reduce the digital divide between connected urban areas and remote rural areas. Furthermore, this analysis will draw the attention of decision-makers to the need to deploy networks and coverage to allow the population to access mobile and Internet services and thus enable the digitalization of the population. Finally, this article shows the level of coverage, the digital divide and an overview of the deployment of base stations (BTS) throughout the country to promote the transformation and digital inclusion of services. 展开更多

Internet gaming disorder(IGD)among junior high school students is an increasingly prominent mental health concern.It is important to look for influences behind internet gaming disorder tendency(IGDT)in the junior high school student population.The present study aimed to reveal the explanatory mechanisms underlying the association between parental psychological control(PPC)and internet gaming disorder tendency among junior high school students by testing the mediating role of core self-evaluation(CSE)and the moderating role of intentional self-regulation(ISR).Participants in present study were 735 Chinese junior high school students who completed offline self-report questionnaires on parental psychological control,core self-evaluation,intentional self-regulation,and Internet gaming disorder tendency.Analyses were conducted via mediation and moderated mediation.The results showed that:(1)Parental psychological control was positively related to junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency.Core self-evaluation,and intentional self-regulation were negatively related to junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency,respectively.(2)Core self-evaluation partially mediated the relationship between parental psychological control and junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency.(3)Intentional self-regulation moderated the association between parental psychological control and Internet gaming disorder tendency,as well as the relationships between parental psychological control and core self-evaluation and core self-evaluation and Internet gaming disorder tendency in the mediated model.Based on these findings,we believe that there is a need to weaken parental psychological control,strengthen junior high school students’core self-evaluation and intentional self-regulation,and to recognize the important role of parents as well as their children’s personal positive traits in the healthy development of junior high school students. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of a doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on an Internet platform in the continuation of care for patients after uro-oncology surgery.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select patients with urinary system tumors who underwent surgery in the Department of Urology in Grade III A general hospital in Shanghai from May to August 2022.Patients who underwent surgery from May to June 2022 were assigned to the control group,and those who underwent surgery from July to August 2022 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received routine post-discharge nursing health education and telephone follow-up.On the basis of routine discharge guidance,the experimental group implemented the intervention method based on the Internet platform in continuation care.The levels of self-management efficacy,satisfaction,and incidence of unplanned readmission were compared one month after discharge between the two groups.Results:One month after discharge,the self-management efficacy of the experimental group(90.15±7.92)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.10±7.84),and the patient satisfaction score(97.83±2.32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.23±2.58),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of unplanned readmissions within one month after discharge in the experimental group(1.59%)was slightly lower than that in the control group(4.84%).Conclusion:The doctor-nurse cooperation follow-up model based on the Internet platform in continuation care can significantly improve the self-management efficiency of patients after discharge and enhance patient satisfaction,providing a new approach for discharge follow-up of urological tumor patients after surgery. 展开更多

中国区域ERA5-ZTD/PWV精度评估与台风事件响应研究

再分析数据能够提供多种历史气象数据同化产品,为了评估欧洲中期天气预报中心的最新一代ERA5再分析数据集估计的天顶对流层延迟(Zenith Tropospheric Delay,ZTD)和大气可降水量(Precipitable Water Vapor,PWV)产品在中国区域的精度,利用... 再分析数据能够提供多种历史气象数据同化产品,为了评估欧洲中期天气预报中心的最新一代ERA5再分析数据集估计的天顶对流层延迟(Zenith Tropospheric Delay,ZTD)和大气可降水量(Precipitable Water Vapor,PWV)产品在中国区域的精度,利用2017—2019年中国区域内14个全球导航卫星系统地面监测站和89个探空站反演的ZTD和PWV数据分别对ERA5-ZTD和ERA5-PWV精度进行了评估。结果表明,除青藏地区的站点外,ERA5-ZTD的精度分布较为均匀,平均Bias、RMSE和STD分别为-6.3 mm、19.3 mm和17.5 mm;ERA5-PWV的精度分布呈现西部内陆高和东南沿海低的趋势,平均Bias、RMSE和STD分别为0.3 mm,2.9 mm和2.7 mm。此外,在研究2019年“利奇马”台风期间ZTD和PWV的时空分布中,提出了使用水汽到达时间差的方法定量估计台风的水汽移动速度。得到台风期间ZTD和PWV具有相同的空间分布规律,且移动方向与台风的移动路径方向是一致的,估计的水汽平均移动速度为12.4 km/h,与台风的平均移动速度16.1 km/h非常接近。因此,ERA5-ZTD/PWV在中国区域内具有较高的精度,ZTD和PWV可作为重要气象因子为台风的预警预报研究提供重要参考。 展开更多

基于ERAS理念的个体化护理对肝癌围术期患者的应用效果

采用个性化护理模式(基于ERAS理念)干预肝癌围术期患者,探讨其具体应用效果。方法 在2022年下半年来我院治疗的患者中,随机选取86例肝癌围术期患者,按照随机抽签的方式,将其分成甲组和乙组两组,两组的患者例数=43例,甲组为传统护理模式... 采用个性化护理模式(基于ERAS理念)干预肝癌围术期患者,探讨其具体应用效果。方法 在2022年下半年来我院治疗的患者中,随机选取86例肝癌围术期患者,按照随机抽签的方式,将其分成甲组和乙组两组,两组的患者例数=43例,甲组为传统护理模式,乙组为个性化护理模式(基于ERAS理念),通过饮食指导、个性方案制定、运动指导等,探究入院期间患者的血清蛋白变化、并发症的发生情况、患者的疼痛及睡眠质量。结果 采用传统围术期护理方式,(4.52±1.06)h为患者的首次排便时间、(10.31±2.09)h为通气时间、住院的时间为(11.69±1.26)d;采用ERAS理念的个性化护理下,患者首次排便时间为(2.19±1.35)h、通气时间为(8.37±1.26)h、住院时间为(6.31±1.69)d,可以明显看出,采用ERAS理念的个性化护理,患者的治疗过程中花费的时间明显短于用传统的护理模式下花费的时间,数据有可比性(P<0.05);观察患者的营养指标的情况,采用ERAS理念的个性化护理模式,患者的各项营养指标更好,数据可对比性高(P<0.05);对两组的并发症数据进行对比,乙组的发生病例人数更少,数据有较大的差异性(P<0.05);观察患者的疼痛及睡眠质量数据,乙组的数据更优,两组数据差值较大(P<0.05),可进行对比。结论 在肝癌围术期患者中采用给予ERAS理念的个性化护理,可以减少患者治疗期间花费的时间,优化血清蛋白,提高其睡眠质量,减少手术后的疼痛反应,可作为肝癌围术期患者的第一护理方案。 展开更多

目的探讨基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的多学科协作对Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者心脏康复的应用效果研究。方法选取河南省胸科医院在2021年1月至2022年11月期间收治的80例Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。... 目的探讨基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的多学科协作对Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者心脏康复的应用效果研究。方法选取河南省胸科医院在2021年1月至2022年11月期间收治的80例Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。观察组采用基于ERAS理念的多学科协作护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组患者围手术期指标、心功能、心理状况、疼痛评分以及生活质量水平。结果观察组的气管插管时间、ICU停留时间、术后住院时间、下床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的心功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者心功能水平均优于护理前,且观察组心功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状态与疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者心理状态及疼痛程度均有所改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS理念的多学科协作方案可改善Stanford A型主动脉夹层手术患者心功能,缓解患者不良情绪及疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,缩短住院时间,可促进患者术后恢复。 展开更多

目的 探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念下的舒适护理对全身麻醉患者术后麻醉苏醒质量、躁动情况及疼痛程度的影响。方法 将136例全身麻醉手术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组68例。对照组患者给予常规麻醉恢复室(PACU)护理,研... 目的 探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念下的舒适护理对全身麻醉患者术后麻醉苏醒质量、躁动情况及疼痛程度的影响。方法 将136例全身麻醉手术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组68例。对照组患者给予常规麻醉恢复室(PACU)护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予ERAS理念下的舒适护理。比较两组患者麻醉苏醒质量(包括导管拔除时间、自主呼吸时间和PACU停留时间)、躁动情况、疼痛程度[采用舒适度行为量表(CBS)和疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定]及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者术后导管拔除时间、自主呼吸时间早于对照组,PACU停留时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者术后躁动率、并发症总发生率、VAS评分低于对照组,CBS评分高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 ERAS理念下的舒适护理可改善全麻患者术后麻醉苏醒质量和躁动情况,减轻患者疼痛程度,值得临床推广。 展开更多

台风条件下火箭探测气象数据与ERA5再分析资料的对比分析

再分析资料的准确性对台风等灾害性天气预报及研究有着重要价值。以往缺乏在强台风条件下平流层内的直接观测资料,使得无法对再分析资料的准确性进行验证,基于新型火箭探测数据对ERA5再分析数据的气象要素在强台风条件下进行对比分析。... 再分析资料的准确性对台风等灾害性天气预报及研究有着重要价值。以往缺乏在强台风条件下平流层内的直接观测资料,使得无法对再分析资料的准确性进行验证,基于新型火箭探测数据对ERA5再分析数据的气象要素在强台风条件下进行对比分析。(1)台风条件下三次试验ERA5与火箭探测在对流层内的温度廓线几乎重合,15 km以下两者之间的误差不到1℃,但15 km以上的平流层两者偏差随高度增加而增大,ERA5比火箭探测的温度明显偏低,在15~20 km、20~30 km、30~40 km和40 km以上两者偏差平均值分别为3.75℃、5.52℃、14.41℃和19.25℃;(2)相对湿度三次试验两者的变化趋势还是比较相似的,但在平流层低层15~20 km两者存在较大差异,火箭探测相对湿度在15 km左右是上干下湿分界高度,而ERA5的分界高度抬升到20 km以上,也就是说ERA5把高湿度层抬升了5 km以上;值得一提的是25 km以上,台风影响前,两者相对湿度都几乎接近0%,而在台风影响期间火箭探测相对湿度可达5%左右,ERA5相对湿度仍然几乎为0%;(3)台风条件下三次试验风速廓线显示两者在平流层低层到对流层变化趋势十分相似,相关系数可达0.85左右,平均偏差大约为2 m·s^(-1);而在平流层中高层相似度降低,偏差增大,相较于火箭探空,ERA5风速偏低4 m·s^(-1)左右。 展开更多

In the era of 5G and the Internet of things(IoTs),vari-ous human-computer interaction systems based on the integration of triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)and IoTs technologies dem-onstrate the feasibility of sustainable and self-powered functional systems.The rapid development of intelligent applications of IoTs based on TENGs mainly relies on supplying the harvested mechanical energy from surroundings and implementing active sensing,which have greatly changed the way of human production and daily life.This review mainly introduced the TENG applications in multidisci-pline scenarios of IoTs,including smart agriculture,smart industry,smart city,emergency monitoring,and machine learning-assisted artificial intelligence applications.The challenges and future research directions of TENG toward IoTs have also been proposed.The exten-sive developments and applications of TENG will push forward the IoTs into an energy autonomy fashion. 展开更多

最近发布的新一代全球再分析资料集ERA5,提供了全球小时降水再分析值,为全球小时降水研究提供又一个数据参考。然而,目前针对ERA5小时降水频率的评估工作还较为有限。本研究采用多套全球卫星观测小时降水对ERA5小时降水的频率进行了评... 最近发布的新一代全球再分析资料集ERA5,提供了全球小时降水再分析值,为全球小时降水研究提供又一个数据参考。然而,目前针对ERA5小时降水频率的评估工作还较为有限。本研究采用多套全球卫星观测小时降水对ERA5小时降水的频率进行了评估。对比分析发现:尽管ERA5总降水量与卫星资料出现较好的一致性,但ERA5的小时降水频率约为卫星资料的2~3倍,呈现系统性偏高。进一步分析表明,这主要是由于ERA5大大高估了中、低强度降水事件的数量。其中,ERA5对弱降水频率的高估尤为明显,平均可达卫星降水频率的6倍;此外,ERA5对海洋降水频率的高估程度也大于陆地。ERA5小时降水频率的系统性高估问题对相关研究的潜在影响,尚在进一步评估中。 展开更多

With the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence applications,machine learning is also playing an increasingly important role in the Internet of Things(IoT)and the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).As an essential part of the IoV,smart transportation relies heavily on information obtained from images.However,inclement weather,such as snowy weather,negatively impacts the process and can hinder the regular operation of imaging equipment and the acquisition of conventional image information.Not only that,but the snow also makes intelligent transportation systems make the wrong judgment of road conditions and the entire system of the Internet of Vehicles adverse.This paper describes the single image snowremoval task and the use of a vision transformer to generate adversarial networks.The residual structure is used in the algorithm,and the Transformer structure is used in the network structure of the generator in the generative adversarial networks,which improves the accuracy of the snow removal task.Moreover,the vision transformer has good scalability and versatility for larger models and has a more vital fitting ability than the previously popular convolutional neural networks.The Snow100K dataset is used for training,testing and comparison,and the peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity are used as evaluation indicators.The experimental results show that the improved snow removal algorithm performs well and can obtain high-quality snow removal images. 展开更多
