Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence...Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Teaching models based on patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation enable nursing students to learn more directly and practice at any time and in any place, and can improve their proficiency in IV infusion theoretical knowledge and skills (e.g. PICC catheterization), core competencies, problem-solving ability, comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability and the ability to deal with complicated cases. Also, it helps provide high-quality nursing education, improve the nursing quality of IV therapy, reduce the incidence of related complications, and ensure the safety of patients with IV therapy.展开更多

Objective:To observe and analyze the application of the bedside rhetorical teaching method in teaching nursing interns.Methods:A total of 64 nursing interns in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from July...Objective:To observe and analyze the application of the bedside rhetorical teaching method in teaching nursing interns.Methods:A total of 64 nursing interns in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the intervention group.The control group was given conventional teaching methods,and the intervention group was given the bedside rhetorical teaching method on the basis of the conventional teaching.The differences in the methods of teaching between the two groups were compared after the end of the internship,and there was a statistically significant difference with P<0.05.Results:The scores of the interns in the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group in theoretical knowledge,communication skills,and case analysis items(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bedside rhetorical teaching method transforms classroom education into bedside teaching,which enables the interns to apply the theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,and has a higher improvement in the three aspects of disease knowledge,communication skills,and case analysis,cultivates the interns’comprehensive clinical skills,and lays a good foundation for the future entry into the nursing field.展开更多

文摘The development of the Middle Ages is an inevitable stage in the development of human history,and it has a very important historical significance.During the Middle Ages,the struggle between religious power and secular kingship became a big driving force for medieval education.While strengthening the Christian worldview,education in the Middle Ages also completed the connection between classical civilization and modern European civilization.Medieval educational developments and explorations have had a major impact on contemporary education,especially medieval universities,cathedrals and parliaments.
文摘The flipped classroom model differs significantly from the traditional classroom teaching model and offers numerous advantages. This article draws inspiration from the flipped classroom concept, using the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)” course as an example to introduce the innovation and characteristics of the flipped classroom model: it is problem-oriented, addressing the “pain points” in teaching, motivating students towards “active learning,” and integrating diverse teaching methods. In the conclusion, the article proposed suggestions on the application of this model, encouraging teachers to summarize their teaching experiences, enhance their knowledge base, and foster students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.
文摘Teaching and research activities are of great significance to the professional development of teachers.The basic psychological needs of teachers include autonomy,competence,and attribution.The engagement of teachers in teaching and research activities can be analyzed from these three perspectives.Under the management system of teaching and research,teachers generally lack autonomy in the organization of teaching and research activities;they are also lack scientific research knowledge and ability;in addition,under the influence of harmonious interpersonal relationships and the culture of individualism,there is a dearth in real communication among teachers.In light of this,we propose targeted countermeasures to promote the vitality of teaching and research activities.

文摘With the development of society,the overall development of various industries in our country is unprecedentedly prosperous.However,various damaging industries with the sole goal of profit have emerged,significantly reducing people’s experience in basic needs such as food,clothing,housing,and transportation.Food analysis course is an essential primary subject established by colleges and universities to cultivate food quality and safety talents.In order to further ensure the food safety of society,this article mainly analyzes the teaching reform path of food analysis courses under the new situation.We hope the views in this article can provide guidelines for relevant workers.

文摘Under the tide of"Internet+education",the new means of information technology education is constantly used in education and teaching,and the traditional teaching models and teaching methods urgently need to be changed.There is no doubt about the integration of online teaching and offline teaching.On the basis of reviewing the research on the mixed teaching model at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the mixed teaching model in colleges and universities in the context of"Internet+",and sets up the mixed teaching model in colleges and universities in the context of"Internet+".Through the detailed and concrete design of the operation process of the mixed teaching model,we can break the single shackles of online teaching and face-to-face teaching,and form an interactive and collaborative teaching ecosystem to realize the common development of online teaching and offline teaching.
