Intrusive rocks were formed in the Neoproterozoic, whose Pb Pb ages range from (913±4) Ma to (1 011±4) Ma and U Pb concordia age is (703±15) Ma. The tectonic settings of the rocks are volcanic arc or syn collision. After the formation of the intrusive rocks, these rocks also experienced reconstruction of Caledonian metamorphism. Based on the Ar Ar dating of metamorphic mineral of muscovite, the metamorphic time is determined to range from (386.8±0.8) Ma to (389.44±3.70) Ma.展开更多

Under the optimum conditions, excellent separation was achieved, and the assay was fully validated in terms of linearity, precision, repeatability, stability and accuracy. The validated method was applied successfully to the determination of the five compounds in SJZTC samples from different production batches. The HPLC method can be used as a valid analytical method to evaluate the intrinsic quality of SJZTC.展开更多
Lonicerae japonicaeFlos (LJF) is widely used in traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of various diseases, which is now in great demand every year and has a broad development prospect. However, the flowering...Lonicerae japonicaeFlos (LJF) is widely used in traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of various diseases, which is now in great demand every year and has a broad development prospect. However, the flowering phase of common LJF varieties is so short, which seriously restricts the development of LJF industry. As a new cultivated kind of Lonicerae japonicae Flos, “Hua Jin 6” has characteristics in long flowering phase and conveniently picking, which makes it have a broad development prospect. The aim of this study is to provide scientific guidance for its suitable harvest period by measuring yield and quality of “Hua Jin 6” from different harvest time. Studies show that flower size had a slowly rising trend from the first day to the seventh day, and then slowly declined or kept stable. There were no significant differences of total phenolic acid contents in different samples from different days, but contents of total flavonoids were on the rise and up to maximum in the ninth day. The contents of total iridoids had an increasing tendency from the first day to the fifth day and then kept relatively stable in other days. We demonstrated that the quality of “Hua Jin 6” is relatively stable and suitable for harvesting in all flower buds white stage in term of HPLC fingerprints. Our findings can make it possible to select the suitable time for different harvest purpose.展开更多

The spot color was clear,reproducibility was good,and precision was high. Under the conditions of mobile phase constituted by acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine( 28∶ 70∶ 1∶ 1),detection wavelength of 265 nm,flow rate of 1. 0 m L min^(-1)and column temperature of 35℃,the resolution of berberine hydrochloride was good; the injection volume in the range of 3. 15-50 μg· m L^(-1)had good linear relationship with the peak area( R^2= 0. 998); the average sample recovery rate(n=6) was 5. 672%,and RSD was 0. 864%; the content of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle was 4. 023 mg. A rapid method based on rapid resolution liquid chromatography（RRLC） coupled with a diode array detector（DAD） was developed for the simultaneous determination of six major constituents（magnoflorine,jatrorrhizine,...A rapid method based on rapid resolution liquid chromatography（RRLC） coupled with a diode array detector（DAD） was developed for the simultaneous determination of six major constituents（magnoflorine,jatrorrhizine,coptisine,palmatine,berberine and evodiamine） in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） Zuo Jin Pill（ZJP）.The satisfactory chromatographic separation was carried on an Eclipse Plus C18 column（1.8 μm i.d.,150 mm×4.6 mm） by linear gradient elution with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-acetate buffer.All the calibration curves show good linearity（r2 0.9998）.The detection limits and quantification limits ranged in 1.4―12 ng and 4.8―30 ng,respectively.The intra-and inter-day precisions were less than 0.63% with accuracies 98.60%―100.78%,and the recoveries were from 99.45% to 100.46%.Furthermore,hierarchical cluster analysis（HCA） was used to evaluate the variation of the herbal prescription.The results demonstrate that this analytical method is simple,sensitive and reliable for rapidly analyzing six major bioactive compounds in ZJPs and is helpful to comprehensively evaluating the quality of this TCM.展开更多

This article takes Fu Chang's Precedents of Ritual Protocol for Jin's Imperial Ministers and Xun Chuo's Annotations to the Report on Jin's Official Posts as a means to observe the interactions between ...This article takes Fu Chang's Precedents of Ritual Protocol for Jin's Imperial Ministers and Xun Chuo's Annotations to the Report on Jin's Official Posts as a means to observe the interactions between books and political processes during the Western and Eastern Jin dynasties. Both Fu Chang and Xun Chuo were employed as high-ranking officials, with a background of being from the Central Plain, by the regime of the Later Zhao founded by Shi Le. Their purpose for writing the two books was to provide guidance for the regime's institutional establishment. The collapse of Shi Le's regime led to the flow of people and their possessions to the south. During these movements, the two books along with other materials and records were brought to Jiankang and then contributed to the institutional and cultural development in the middle and late Eastern Jin Dynasty. As historical facts and references for political reformation, these books revealed the duality of institutional writings. The collection and dispersion of books after the Disaster of Yongjia, as well as the social and cultural changes, should be placed in a wider political process for further examination.展开更多
Shishuoxinyu is a collection of anecdotal stories about the words and deeds of Wei and Jin characters. In this paper, we build a complex network with characters in Shishuoxinyu to analyze the scholarly connections in ...Shishuoxinyu is a collection of anecdotal stories about the words and deeds of Wei and Jin characters. In this paper, we build a complex network with characters in Shishuoxinyu to analyze the scholarly connections in the Wei-Jin and North-South dynasties. The ER random graph, WS small-world network, BA scale-free network, and experimental network are constructed for comparison. The network properties of the experimental network were analyzed using the average degree, average clustering coefficient, and average path length. Degree centrality, mesoscopic centrality, and proximity centrality were selected to understand the importance of the experimental network nodes, and it was found that the king guide had the highest importance in the whole experimental network. Then, through the observation of network degree distribution, this experimental network is considered as a scale-free network with robustness and vulnerability, which is in line with the political characteristics of the Wei-Jin and Northern Dynasties. Finally, ten larger-scale Shi clans are selected to construct a new network for inter-clan linkage analysis. This study helps to uncover the reasons for the rise and fall of the Shi clans during the Wei-Jin and North-South dynasties.展开更多
