In Her Mother’s House:Mother-Daughter Dissonance in Post-1990s Chinese American Fiction

This paper attempts to examine the trope of“home”and the depiction of mother-daughter dissonance“in her mother’s house”in post-1990s Chinese American fiction.The research selects four novels in the case study and focuses on how mother-daughter dissonance“in her mother’s house”is presented,what cultural connotations the trope of“home”carries and how they are affected by such extra-contextual factors as racism,sexism and classism.In comparison with two representative mother-daughter narrative works in pre-1990s period,the new characteristics and connotations of“home”in mother-daughter dissonance in post-1990s Chinese American fiction are revealed.

钙结合蛋白S100A2对Wnt/β-catenin信号途径活性的上调作用

目的研究钙结合蛋白S100A2对Wnt/β-catenin信号途径活性的影响,并探讨其可能的机制。方法原核诱导表达GST-hS100A2,经纯化后加入骨肉瘤细胞株MG63和人结肠癌细胞株HCT116的培养液中,Western blot检测细胞中β-catenin含量的变化;荧光素酶活性分析法检测S100A2对HEK293细胞中β-catenin/TCF4活性的影响;以表达GSK-3β、DVL、Axin的相应质粒分别转染HEK293细胞,GST-Pulldown/Western blot实验检测S100A2与这些蛋白质和β-catenin之间的相互作用。结果S100A2使MG63和HCT116细胞中β-catenin含量增加、β-catenin/TCF4活性增强;S100A2分别与β-catenin和GSK-3β之间存在相互作用,而与DVL和Axin之间则未发现相互作用。结论S100A2可以上调Wnt/β-catenin信号途径的活性,其机制可能涉及S100A2与β-catenin和GSK-3β之间的相互作用。

乌司他丁对缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者血清S100B质量浓度及术后认知功能的影响

目的:研究乌司他丁对缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者血清S100B质量浓度及认知功能的影响,探讨乌司他丁对脑缺血患者的脑保护作用.方法:本研究为随机对照临床研究,选择拟在全麻下行介入治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者60例,性别不限,年龄40~65岁,BMI 20~30 kg/m^2,将其随机分为两组(n=30):乌司他丁组(U组)和对照组(C组).U组患者麻醉诱导前30 min给予乌司他丁10 000 U/kg(由生理盐水稀释至100 m L静脉滴注),C组患者在相同时间段静脉滴注100 m L生理盐水.于手术前及术后第1、3天行外周静脉采血,采用ELISA检测患者血清S100B质量浓度;同时在两组患者手术前及术后第1、3天,用MMSE评价其认知功能.结果:术后第1天和第3天,U组患者血清S100B质量浓度显著低于C组(P<0.05);同时,术后第1天,U组患者MMSE评分高于C组(P<0.05).结论:乌司他丁预处理可降低缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者血清S100B质量浓度并改善患者术后早期认知功能,具有一定的脑保护作用.

手术治疗对脑出血患者血清S-100蛋白表达的影响及临床意义

目的探讨手术治疗对高血压脑出血患者血清S-100蛋白表达的影响及临床意义。方法选择出血量30-50ml的脑出血患者67例，分为手术组35例和保守组32例。用ELISA法动态测定血清中S-100蛋白的含量。结果1、保守组患者S-100蛋白浓度在发病21d内高于对照组（P〈0.01）。2、手术组患者S-100蛋白浓度在发病7d内高于对照组（P〈0.01），15d和21d时与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。3、手术组患者S-100蛋白浓度在发病3d内与保守组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但下降较快，在7d时低于保守组，在15d和21d时明显低于保守组（P〈0.001）。结论手术清除血肿可以减轻脑出血患者的脑损伤。

Influence of Blocking-Stressors on Post-90s Employees’ Occupational Mobility: The Chain Mediating Effect of Psychological Contracts and Negative Emotion

To clarify the mechanism of blocking-stressors,psychological contracts,and negative emotions on post-90s employees’occupational mobility,based on the literature study,a hypothetical model of the relationship was established.Using the blocking-stressor,psychological contract,negative emotion,and occupational mobility scales,317 post-90s employees were selected to investigate their status.It used correlation analysis and intermedi-ary effect tests to verify the hypothesis model.The results showed that:first,there were significant positive cor-relations between blocking-stressors,negative emotions,and occupational mobility,while indicating a significant negative correlation with the psychological contract;second,blocking-stressors can directly and significantly pre-dict occupational mobility;and third,blocking-stressors can indirectly affect occupational mobility through the mediating role of negative emotions and the chain-mediating role of psychological contracts and negative emo-tions.The effective intervention of blocking-stressors,psychological contracts,and negative emotions can reduce the rate of occupational mobility and provide some guidance for enterprises in making rational use of human resources.

The Asian Dimension Reflection of Hofstede’s Cultural Theory—Based on the Consumption Cognitive Characteristics of Chinese Post-90s College Students

This article is based on Hofstede’s cultural theory,taking the post-90s college students as the research object,and through a small-scale survey method,uses the cultural conflicts of the post-90s college students’cognition of“frugality”and“consumption”to explore the characteristics of their consumption outlook.The consumption behavior of post-90s college students presents a diversified structure,lacks planning,and has short-term orientation tendencies such as light luxury and impulsive consumption.At the same time,it displays an obvious living within its means and a wait-and-see attitude towards advanced consumption,focusing on the long-term orientation of its own investment in the future.The Confucian cultural characteristics of the contradictory but complementary consumption outlook of college students born in the 1990s provide Hofstede with a new perspective beyond the long-term and short-term dualistic orientation.

基于ARM的动态血压测量系统

血压信号是一个受多种因素影响的复杂的信号,血压信号的准确提取是保证测量精度的前提条件。文中以示波器血压测量方法设计了动态血压测量分析系统。系统采用S3C44B00X作为数据采集、处理及控制的核心单元,并提供了USB接口与计算机进行数据交换。算法部分采用小波进行特征提取,利用高斯曲线拟合与变幅度系数求收缩压、舒张压,提高了测量的准确性和个体适应性。

Cr^(3+):MgAl_2O_4晶体EPR参量及其电子精细光谱的研究

考虑了SS(Spin-Spin)作用和SOO(Spin-Other-Orbit)作用,采用完全对角化方法,结合自旋Hamihonian理论,研究了Cr^(3+):MgAl_2O_4晶体EPR参量及其吸收光谱,理论与实验符合甚好,在此基础上,进一步研究了~4A_2(3d^3)离子EPR参量的微观起源。研究表明,EPR参量起源于四种微观机制:(1)SO(Spin-Orbit)耦合机制;(2)SS耦合机制;(3)SOO耦合机制;(4)SO～SS～SOO总联合作用机制,在这些机制中,SO机制是最主要的。

转移式涂布放卷机线速度协调张力控制系统

在转移式涂布放卷机工作过程中,纸张需要恒定的张力。放卷张力不稳定会给后级张力造成干扰,出现走纸不稳。此情况极易使纸张出现皱褶、涂料不匀而成为废品。针对以上情况,分析了转移式涂布纸加工过程中放卷电机的工作性能,给出了一种线速度协调式恒张力控制系统模型,提出了由PLC和西门子6RA70直流电机调速器对系统的实现方法。系统利用6RA70自带的S00软件完成控制系统的计算,使系统结构更简单,放卷张力稳定。
