Analysis on the Causes of Existing Problems of Professional Knowledge of Western Rural Teachers Under the Urban and Rural Educational Planning Background

This paper adopts the self-designed questionnaire to make investigations and interviews with the rural middle and primary school teachers in Chengdu and Chongqing districts about the professional development problems of western rural teachers, and refers to the educational literature materials in western rural areas. Through a comprehensive analysis, it is known that the professional knowledge status of western rural teachers is worrying, and the reason is mainly caused by the location, policy, economy, society, continuing education and teachers＇ own factors.

The Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Specialization and Professionalization of College Counselors since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Since the 1970s,the Chinese government has promulgated relevant policies and launched a series of corresponding measures,mainly to strengthen the professional building of efficient counselors.With the education reform,the role and mission of college counselors are also changing,from dealing with solely political work at the beginning to being a political guide,conceptual mentor,administrative management leader and imparter of mental health knowledge for young college students and so on.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the professionalization and specialization development of the counselor team since the founding of the People's Republic of China,analyzes the current development difficulties,derives inspiration from the law of historical development,and eliminates the difficulties.

Specialised Language Content and Professional Communicative Competence in the Teaching of DaF

The teaching of German as a Foreign Language(DaF)aims to prepare students who study German and take the DaF exam for their professional studies in German universities.Therefore,it is important to integrate the elements of specialised language knowledge and develop the students’professional communicative competence in the Test DaF curriculum.This paper identifies the specialized language knowledge and professional communicative competence that should be incorporated in German language teaching,based on the objectives of the DaF examination.

Investigation on transformation process of trip mode choice for planned special events

This paper aims to provide a decision-making method for the transportation management strategies in guiding the transformation of trip mode choice during planned special events. The Expo 2010 Shanghai is taken as an example, and a structural equation model is employed to analyze the dynamic mechanism of trip mode choice behavior and the effectiveness of the transportation management measures at different stages. Based on the difference between the objective-oriented stated preference （SP） survey results and the objectives, together with the feedback from the previous stage survey, some adjustments on the transportation management measures are made in the next stage of the planning process until the objectives are eventually achieved. The results indicate that the adjustments on transportation management measures at different stages can effectively raise the transit share to 88.6%. Nonlocal visitors are inclined to choose nonstop modes of transportation and the companion attributes have the most significant effects on the trip mode choices of visitors. The research method is proved to be an effective way to support the decision making process of transportation management measures during planned special events in the future.

Continuing professional development:progress beyond continuing medical education

Continuing medical education(CME)is rapidly evolving into competency-based continuing professional development(CPD)and this is driving change in self-directed CPD programs undertaken by individual practitioners as well as CPD programs or frameworks offered by CPD educators.This progression is being led by many factors including the rapid change in medical knowledge and medical practitioners along with changes in patients and society,healthcare systems,regulators and the political environment.We describe our experiences primarily concerning low-resource environments,in creating the International Council of Ophthalmology(ICO)Guide to Effective CPD/CME and in developing a CPD program for the Cambodian Ophthalmological Society(COS)twinned with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists(RANZCO).At the conclusion of the project,47(100%)Cambodian practicing ophthalmologists were registered in the CPD program and 21(45%)were actively participating in the online COS-CPD program recording.We discuss challenges in CPD,propose solutions to overcome them and recommend developing research in CPD as needed to effectively enhance educational activities with impact in public health.

Exploring the Gaps between Master's Degree Holders' Competence and Industrial Demands in Urban and Rural Planning: Senior Field Engineers' Observations and Reflexive Narrative

This paper examines the academic-work gap in terms of performance reality and performance expectations by expanding on the cultivation model of Master's students in the university context and the most recent industry requirements for talents'competence.The subjects of this paper are Master's degree holders,both academic and professional.The paper examines common issues encountered by enterprise professionals when employing Master's degree holders and proposes a university-enterprise joint cultivation model to achieve win-win outcomes for both higher education institutions and businesses.

我国药品检查员培训要求与实施现状比较

目的推动我国药品检查员队伍向专业化、职业化方向发展。方法向我国各省级药品检查机构发放调查问卷,总结药品检查员培训和教育管理的相关情况,与国际药品检查合作计划组织(PIC/S)、世界卫生组织(WHO)等国际组织的要求、指南进行对比分析,并针对存在的问题提出相应改进建议。结果共回收有效问卷23份,其中华东6份、西南5份、中南和西北各4份、华北和东北各2份。我国各省级药品监管部门已逐渐建立了相应的药品检查员培训体系和管理制度,与PIC/S,WHO等的要求一致,但在培训内容、讲师资源、课程设计等方面仍存在一些问题,如培训内容不够系统、全面,师资缺乏稳定性,课程设计缺乏统一性和连贯性等。结论建议制订统一的药品检查员培训标准和大纲,加强师资和课程资源的整合,提高培训的针对性和实效性,借鉴国际先进经验,以完善我国药品检查标准的统一和药品检查员培训体系。

Development of Strategic Industrial Clusters in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges based on the"Double High Plan"

This article analyzed the ten strategic pillar industry clusters and the ten strategic emerging industry clusters which were confirmed and announced by Guangdong Province in May 2020 in addition to the 14 professional groups of schools in Guangdong Province which were shortlisted in the"Double High Plan."With comparison and analysis,the degree of coincidence between the professional groups of higher vocational colleges and strategic industrial clusters in Guangdong Province which covered most of the industrial clusters was relatively high.The higher vocational colleges that were shortlisted in the"Double High Plan"still required dynamic adjustments in the construction of professional groups to achieve an allrounded integration of the supply of talents and industrial demands.

Research on the theories and methods of the specialization of the college counselor＇s work

The research proposition of this article is to do a brief analysis of the specialized theories and the systems of the methods of the college counselors＇ work under the perspective of the professional theories of the college counselors, and discuss the way of the realization of the specialization of the college counseling work, to achieve the professional orientation of the work of the college counselors. With the use of the specialized ways of work, we can make the college counselors develop themselves in the strict professional training and the continuous autonomous learning. They should use their own professional knowledge to equip themselves, to be the teachers and management personnel able to correctly guide the healthy growth of the university students.

特级教师专业核心素养的现状、特点与启示——基于江西省特级教师的调查分析

专业核心素养是衡量特级教师综合素质的重要指标,并对其教育教学质量具有重要影响。通过对江西省218位特级教师的调查发现,特级教师专业核心素养总体处于优秀水平,不同性别、不同年龄、不同教龄、不同学历、任教不同课程与学段,以及是否担任班主任的特级教师在专业核心素养水平上存在差异。特级教师专业核心素养的特点主要体现在:追求平衡发展,专业素养全面;加强品格涵养,提升精神境界;重视文献阅读,知识广博深厚;持续改进教学,教学能力突出;积极投入科研,主动自我反思。特级教师专业核心素养的发展给我们以重要启示:一是内外结合,充分发挥特级教师的示范和引领作用;二是整体强化,全面提升教师的专业核心素养;三是上下联动,为教师的专业发展创设良好的条件。

新时期超大城市绿色建筑发展专项规划编制探索——以广州市为例

建筑与建造是碳排放的主要领域之一。新时期发展绿色建筑,是实现建筑领域碳达峰碳中和的关键手段。系统梳理国内绿色建筑规划编制历程与存在问题,明确新时期绿色建筑发展专项规划编制重点,并以广州市绿色建筑发展专项规划项目为例,探讨国土空间规划体系下超大城市绿色建筑指标分解落实、空间支撑管控与规划传导衔接经验。提出:一、战略引领,构建衔接双碳的绿色建筑发展指标体系;二、精细管控,细化绿色建筑分区管控指引;三、协同传导,完善面向实施的规划传导衔接路径。

海绵城市建设的规划应对策略研究与实践--以无锡市为例

坚持先规划后建设,充分发挥规划引领作用,是科学有序推进海绵城市建设的重要前提。研究系统归纳了推进海绵城市建设10余年来的政策导向变化和实施模式演进,结合新的发展形势,提出了包括规划体系、规划思路、规划管控、规划方案等方面的海绵城市规划编制与应对策略,并以无锡市为例,探索形成了以指标管控刚性弹性结合、建设方案量质统筹、运行调度蓄排平衡为重点的“市--区--片区”三级海绵规划管控体系做法,以期为同类城市提供借鉴。

高水平专业群建设产出绩效评价指标体系构建研究

高水平专业群建设绩效评价既是衡量“双高”建设成效的必然要求,也是促进高职院校内涵式发展的迫切需要,还是下一轮双高计划建设单位遴选的重要举措。依据教育部和财政部相关文件,提出了高水平专业群建设绩效评价体系框架。在对产出指标选用原则分析的基础上,选出了9个二级指标下的备选三级指标;运用DEMATEL分析法,对备选三级指标进行优化,确定了产出指标下的评价体系和权重。通过高水平专业群建设绩效评价体系的构建,引导专业群建设方向始终指向“双高计划”总体目标,有效提升专业群的人才培养质量与服务能力。
