目的通过网络药理学与分子对接法研究参七解郁方治疗双心疾病的潜在有效成分和作用通路。方法通过中药系统药理学数据库分析平台TCMSP和TCMID数据库查找该方所用药物的活性成分以及作用靶标,在Gene Cards数据库下载双心疾病靶点;以Strin...目的通过网络药理学与分子对接法研究参七解郁方治疗双心疾病的潜在有效成分和作用通路。方法通过中药系统药理学数据库分析平台TCMSP和TCMID数据库查找该方所用药物的活性成分以及作用靶标,在Gene Cards数据库下载双心疾病靶点;以String平台数据为基础,利用Cytoscape软件构建参七解郁方与双心疾病共同靶点的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络(PPI);绘制“活性成分-靶点-通路”网络图;采用Auto Dock Tools工具进一步对接药物活性成分及可能作用的靶点。结果参七解郁方有89个主要活性成分,56个主要靶点,与30个信号通路有关。将度值大于5的前7个活性成分的分子配体与前5个靶点进行分子对接,结果显示活性成分与靶点分子对接能力均较好。结论参七解郁方通过多成分、多靶点、多通路参与双心疾病的治疗。展开更多
