Therefore, the article will analyze the current situation of the research from three aspects: the connotation of “Double Reduction” and process evaluation, process evaluation under “Double Reduction” and process evaluation in English teaching, and look forward to the future development trend, with the aim of implementing the “Double Reduction” policy and giving full play to process evaluation. Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries. 展开更多

An evaluation matrix is proposed to re... Methods of the comprehensive evaluation have been studied for many years. However, the change speed of evaluated objects was rarely considered by the existing evaluation methods. An evaluation matrix is proposed to remedy this deficiency. Firstly, the change speed state (CSS) of the evaluated objects is analyzed based on double inspiriting control lines (DICLs), and a matrix of the CSS is constructed. Then, 72 elements in the matrix are analyzed, and formulas describing each CSS are given. The efficiency of the proposed evaluation matrix is proved when the CSS merges with the change speed trend (CST) in the dynamic comprehensive evaluation. Finally, a computing example shows that the proposed evaluation matrix is feasible in the dynamic comprehensive evaluation with the speed feature. 展开更多

The delimitation of urban development boundaries plays an important role in optimizing the nation land space.“Double evaluation”is one of the important means to study and predict the scale of new construction land in the future and to determine the spatial distribution of urban construction land.This study combines the“double evaluation”with the FLUS(Future Land-Use Simulation)model to study the delimitation of the urban development boundary of Yichang.The results show that:(1)the“double evaluation”method comprehensively considers the carrying capacity of the resource environmental bear and the suitability of urban development;(2)the FLUS model can better couple the“double evaluation”method for Land Use/Land Cover(LULC)suitability evaluation,Land Use/land Cover Change(LUCC)simulation and urban development boundary delineation,and the overall accuracy of the simulation reaches 96%;(3)according to the requirements of relevant national policies,this study divides the urban development boundary of the study area into concentrated construction areas,elastic development areas and special purpose areas.This function-based division can meet the requirements of urban flexible development,ecological protection and urban safety.This research combines the FLUS model,which is widely used in the simulation of LUCC,with the double evaluation method used in China’s new round of land and space planning to obtain the result of the urban development boundary.This result is consistent with the existing plan of the study area. 展开更多

A capacity building program on drip irrigation (TNDRIP) was undertaken in certain regions of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu during 2009-2010. An assessment of the impact of the program in terms of effective use of drip irrigation and increased crop yields was made in 2011 by applying double difference method (a combination of both with and without and before and after approaches). The results had indicated that the drip capacity building program resulted in a yield increase of 2.5 t/ha for Banana 1, 1.9 t/ha for Banana 2, 3.3 t/ha for sugarcane and 0.3 t/ha for turmeric. The conventional method using the before and after situations had shown a yield increase of 4.3 t/ha for Banana 1, 12.1 t/ha for Banana 2, 40.6 t/ha for sugarcane and 2.6 t/ha for turmeric. The conventional approach is highly upward biased in estimating the impact of the drip capacity building program and thus the double difference method will be an appropriate method to evaluate the impact of the programs that involve both with and without as well as before and after situations. 展开更多

Micro-gear is an important actuating component used widely in the micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS) devices.The technologies of micro-forming and precision assembly are urgently developed to manufacture the micro-double gear with central shaft.In the paper,a novel hy-brid-forming process with two kinds of piercing method have been proposed to manufacture the micro-double gear using micro forming technology.The tests of hybrid forming process were carried out with two steps and the micro-double gear was successfully manufactured with good surface quality.The results also show that the hybrid micro-forming process with central piercing method can improve the defects of inclining shaft generated by double-ended piercing method.The quality evaluation of micro-double gear was conducted with surface roughness,micro-hardness and impact tests.The results show that the micro-double gear with good mechanical properties can meet the requirements of application for milli-machines. 展开更多

It is essential to ensure that teachers allocate adequate attention to homework evaluation and effectively carry it out in order to successfully implement the"double reduction"policy.From the perspective of teachers'attention allocation,this study employed the NVivo 12 software to conduct text analysis on 39 cases of homework evaluation reform practices in primary and secondary schools in City N,China,from 2017 to 2021.The findings indicate that homework evaluation reform in these schools is a practical problem-oriented behavioral decision,and implementing the"double reduction"policy enhances teachers'attention allocation on homework evaluation.The attention allocation of teachers encompasses multiple aspects,such as determining the purpose of evaluation,setting evaluation content,and selecting evaluation subjects and methods.Following the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,teachers allocate more attention to reducing the homework burden on students.However,certain issues persist in the practices of homework evaluation reform,including inadequate consideration of constraints,an unbalanced content structure,and a lack of process coordination.Therefore,under the"double reduction"policy,it is imperative to improve school incentive systems,enhance teachers'evaluation capabilities,and alleviate their workload.These measures can guide teachers to allocate more attention to homework evaluation,thereby enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of attention allocation and fully realizing the educational function of homework evaluation. 展开更多

To better reflect the psychological behavior characteristics of loss aversion,this paper builds a double reference point decision making method for dynamic multi-attribute decision-making(DMADM)problem,taking bottom-line and target as reference pints.First,the gain/loss function is given,and the state is divided according to the relationship between the gain/loss value and the reference point.Second,the attitude function is constructed based on the results of state division to establish the utility function.Third,the comprehensive utility value is calculated as the basis for alternatives classification and ranking.Finally,the new method is used to evaluate the development level of smart cities.The results show that the new method can judge the degree to which the alternatives meet the requirements of the decision-maker.While the new method can effectively screen out the unsatisfactory alternatives,the ranking results of other alternatives are consistent with those of traditional methods. 展开更多

研究目的:为探明无导洞法连拱隧道先行洞仰拱衬砌开裂的原因,本文首先通过现场监测得到先行洞的受力规律,然后基于该受力特征提出一种考虑后行洞开挖的先行洞荷载-结构计算模型,进而结合现场监测和数值计算分析先行洞仰拱衬砌的开裂原因... 研究目的:为探明无导洞法连拱隧道先行洞仰拱衬砌开裂的原因,本文首先通过现场监测得到先行洞的受力规律,然后基于该受力特征提出一种考虑后行洞开挖的先行洞荷载-结构计算模型,进而结合现场监测和数值计算分析先行洞仰拱衬砌的开裂原因,最后评价先行洞二衬的安全性并给出相应的控制措施。研究结论:(1)当后行洞开挖前,先行洞二衬对称受力且各截面的安全系数大于2.4;当后行洞开挖后,先行洞二衬处于偏压受力状态,仰拱右侧的安全系数仅为1.25,其内表面恰是最大拉应力所在位置,与现场仰拱衬砌的开裂位置吻合;(2)先行洞仰拱衬砌开裂的原因是由于后行洞开挖导致的隧道偏压受力以及仰拱不均匀沉降;(3)提高支护抗力系数有助于改善衬砌结构的安全性,但支护抗力系数高于某值后安全系数变化不大;(4)本研究成果可为相关连拱隧道的设计和施工提供参考。 展开更多

为了实现透射电镜样品制备的质量评定,选择影响电解双喷的主要实验工艺参数,制备TC4钛合金、DC56D+Z钢和AA6451铝合金的透射电镜样品,以薄区形貌图像为分析对象,设计了透射电镜样品制备的定量分析和定性评价系统。该系统主要包括灰度测... 为了实现透射电镜样品制备的质量评定,选择影响电解双喷的主要实验工艺参数,制备TC4钛合金、DC56D+Z钢和AA6451铝合金的透射电镜样品,以薄区形貌图像为分析对象,设计了透射电镜样品制备的定量分析和定性评价系统。该系统主要包括灰度测量与统计、阈值分割以及颗粒特征与分析模块。根据薄区形貌图像的灰度特征,选择某一个灰度级进行阈值分割,二值化图像后提取薄区孔洞轮廓,并定量统计薄区孔洞面积,从而分析对样品制备质量的影响规律;选取合适的灰度级范围,对其像素数平均值进行统计,选择并确定样品制备质量合格与否的临界值。在较高倍数下,通过透射电镜观察评定合格的样品微观形貌,以验证样品制备评定系统的准确性。通过以上标准化透射电镜样品制备的实验工艺和评定分析流程,可以优化制备工艺参数和提高测试分析效率。 展开更多
