TRIZ: The Enlightenment of the Training Mode of Excellent Chinese Engineers

China has been the largest country in terms of the scale of higher engineering education in the world. The training plan of excellent engineers (TPEE) that launched in 2010 is to train various types of high-quality engineers and technical personnel who have strong innovative abilities and meet the need of economic and social development. The theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), as a scientific methodology to solve innovation problems, provides a theoretical basis and practical guideline for the training of excellent engineers. This paper analyzes the teaching philosophy and methods for the training of excellent engineers within TRIZ framework from the demand perspective, and then discusses the enlightenment of disseminating TRIZ in the following aspects, such as TRIZ application in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education, faculty development, platform development of innovative education and so on.

Education Training Improvement of Built Environment and Energy Application Engineering in Line with the ABET Criteria

Built Environment and Energy Application Engineering(BEEAE),namely Heating,Ventilating,Air Conditioning and Refrigerating(HVAC&R),is one of the international accreditation programs.Its knowledge system of professional theory and professional education in accredited engineering academic programs must meet the requirements of the relevant international engineering certification.In view of professional engineers and technicians training of BEEAE,the professional training programs and the knowledge system are compared and explored in line with the international certification criteria.This study compares the items and requirements of different international certification criteria,and summarizes the experienced methods of education training.The undergraduate education and training programs are then improved in accordance with the requirements from international certification criteria.The BEEAE education training schemes should combine the knowledge system of the national professional guidance standards with the items from international certification criteria.

The Gap and Bridge between the Cultivation of Excellent Engineer and the Need of Enterprises

Industrial demand is the leading core of engineering education reform. Promoting the integration between engineering personnel training and business needs is an important and urgent issue of our outstanding program implementation. Based on the empirical research conclusions of ＂investigation on innovative engineering talent structure of Chinese enterprises＂ and ＂survey of the current outstanding engineer training model＂, analyzing the gap between outstanding engineer training and business needs, proposing to strengthen benefits on personnel training of both schools and enterprises, taking personnel training environment, talent development goals and talent evaluation criteria as a starting point, and promoting personnel training process is deeply involved in the smooth implementation of Outstanding Program.

The Research of Excellent Talent Training Model Reform and Practice Innovation Aimed at Computer Specialty

Combined with“Excellent engineer education and training project”of the instructions and general requirements that the ministry of education presents,The paper analyses the problem of the existing computer specialty talent training project,according to relevant requirements and implementation issues of“The Excellent engineer”program,combined with running situation of our school,explored computer science implementation methods and specific measures of“The Excellent engineer”training project,and analyzed the talent training quality and service ability.Practice shows that education“Excellent engineer education and training program”in our school had achieved good effect,for excellence engineers engineering practice education quality improvement has a certain reference significance.

Fast Trainable Capabilities in Software Engineering-Skill Development in Learning Factories

The increasing demand for software engineers cannot completely be fulfilled by university education and conventional training approaches due to limited capacities.Accordingly,an alternative approach is necessary where potential software engineers are being educated in software engineering skills using new methods.We suggest micro tasks combined with theoretical lessons to overcome existing skill deficits and acquire fast trainable capabilities.This paper addresses the gap between demand and supply of software engineers by introducing an actionoriented and scenario-based didactical approach,which enables non-computer scientists to code.Therein,the learning content is provided in small tasks and embedded in learning factory scenarios.Therefore,different requirements for software engineers from the market side and from an academic viewpoint are analyzed and synthesized into an integrated,yet condensed skills catalogue.This enables the development of training and education units that focus on the most important skills demanded on the market.To achieve this objective,individual learning scenarios are developed.Of course,proper basic skills in coding cannot be learned over night but software programming is also no sorcery.

住院医师培训“EXCELLENT——卓越计划”的实施

住院医师培训体系是目前我国医疗系统采用并推广的青年医师培养体系,至今已取得较大的成效,但目前对住院医师的培养方法尚存在改进的空间。为更好地培养合格的住院医师,中南大学湘雅二医院急诊医学科自2017年起开始实施住院医师培养的"EXCELLENT——卓越计划"。"EXCELLENT"是病历汇报、每日十问、临床思维、特殊情况、倾听与告知、自主学习、辅助检查、夜班注意事项和团队合"英文首字母的缩写,涉及住院医师管理的多个层面,旨在通过这一计划培养出具有卓越临床技能的住院医师。"EXCELLENT——卓越计划"实施1年多来,取得了如下的初步成果:患者满意度度提高,急诊病房患者平均住院日缩短,科室对住院医师考核评分上升,住院医师对科室的评价提高。

Excel VBA在测量数据处理中的应用

Excel是office办公软件中的一个组件,而VBA是office应用程序共享的一种通用的自动化语言,可以使常用的office应用程序自动化,并可以创建自定义的解决方案。本文对Excel2003的数据处理功能进行分析,论述通过Excel2003的VBA编辑器创建"宏"功能实现测量数据处理的优点;并结合道路工程中桩坐标及其放样数据计算实例,给出了通过VBA编程进行测量数据处理的方法。

Excel在稀土萃取分离静态平衡教学中的应用——以单级萃取平衡为例

将信息化教学手段融入冶金工程专业的专业课程教学中,应用Excel软件并基于萃取平衡理论构建稀土萃取分离静态平衡关系,实现单级萃取槽的组分含量的准确计算,整个计算过程具有较好的操作性,给学生带来直观、简易的学习感官,帮助学生更深刻理解萃取平衡理论,并进一步引导学生构建问题到代码的逻辑思维体系,提高了学生自主学习能力,激发了学生解决复杂工程问题的应用创新意识。

利用EXCEL求解农业机器系统优化配备量

数学中线性规划问题的求解一直是很繁琐的,功能强大的Excel软件提供了一种很好的求解方法。为此,以兵团某中心团场为例,建立了农业机器系统优化配备的线性规划模型,论述了利用Excel进行求解的过程。通过Excel对建立的模型进行求解,得到了该中心团场优化的农业机器系统配备量,优化的结果与现实系统相比,全年作业成本降低了10.31%,农业机器系统配备量减少了21.39%。这表明,利用Excel进行求解具有操作方法简单、方便和快捷的特点。

Excel函数及宏编程在提高施工结算效率中的应用

为提高一线土建工程项目信息化程度,提高工程内业计量与结算工作生产效率,通过改进项目部员工Excel处理与计算方式,引入数据标准化思维方式,在不进行任何信息化软件投资前提下,通过数据标准化结合Excel函数和宏编程,大大提高了一线项目管理人员Excel数据处理能力,是一种跨学科计量思维的突破。实验结果表明,同等工作量前提下可将之前29天工作量缩减为4.7天,提高项目部工程结算量6倍。Excel函数及宏编程不仅能快速有效处理大量工程业务数据,而且能有效降低原工作模式数据误差,提高工程计量准确性与工作效率。

基于Excel的模拟程序在生化反应工程课程教学中的应用

生化反应工程是基于反应动力学原理,结合生化反应过程衍生而来的兼具理论研究价值和工程应用价值的专业学科,也是生物工程专业本科教学过程中的一门重要课程。然而,由于生化反应过程影响因素多,反应步骤复杂,其动力学过程分析通常会涉及到复杂方程的计算,对学生理解与应用反应工程理论造成了困难。为此,笔者提出采用一种基于Excel VBA开发的程序,可实现对生化反应的动力学过程进行模拟与分析,所用软件本体常见,操作过程简单,可辅助学生运用反应工程理论实现反应器模拟设计以及动力学过程的分析,有助于加深学生对反应工程理论知识的理解,提升学生对课程学习的兴趣,适合于生物工程专业本科学生的教学活动。

EXCEL VBA编程在公路工程计量支付中的应用

针对公路工程计量支付中用表多,数据输入量大等问题,结合远安县棚马线洋坪至河口二级公路改建工程,利用Excel VBA二次开发功能,采用VBA语言编程,实现了计量支付中数据的自由引用,减少了大量数据的重复输入,实现了数据的自动化处理,提高了工作效率。

随着新工科和工程教育认证的不断发展,我国高校的工科教育建设也在不断积极改革,力求培养一流的工程技术人才。该文通过对比国内(清华大学、同济大学)和美国、英国、澳大利亚等国的多所一流高校的环境工程专业本科培养方案和课程设置,调研各国对环境工程专业人才的培养理念与培养目标,总结国内外不同特色的培养模式,并从大类招生、专业内涵、培养体系、学科交叉等方面为提高国内环境工程专业人才培养质量提出合理建议和改革对策。

EXCEL在桩基工程图表编制中的应用

以华电膝州新源热电一期桩基工程计算为例,介绍EXCEL应用程序在计算桩基工程量、钢筋用量、工程报价、绘制工程进度图表中的应用步骤。特别强调利用EXCEL模板功能,将常用的计算报表制成模板,在工程变动时,使用模板自动填充功能,将需要反复试算的问题或同类工程计算,引入模板,可方便快捷地完成重复性计算。

新工科建设与专业评估双轮驱动下建筑学专业培养计划构建——基于南阳理工学院的实践
