O3-NaNi1/3Fe1/3Mn1/3O2is a promising layered cathode material with high specific capacity,low cost,and simple synthesis.However,sluggish kinetic hindrance is attributed to the size discrepancy between the large Na-ion...O3-NaNi1/3Fe1/3Mn1/3O2is a promising layered cathode material with high specific capacity,low cost,and simple synthesis.However,sluggish kinetic hindrance is attributed to the size discrepancy between the large Na-ion and narrow tetrahedral interstitial positions,leading to inferior rate capacity and low reversible capacity.Herein,F with light-weight and strong electronegativity is introduced to substitute O atoms in the bulk structure,which intensifies the bond strength of transition metal and oxygen and enlarges the Na+diffusion channel.In addition,density-functional theory(DFT) calculations demonstrate that the electrostatic interaction is weakened between Na+in the tetrahedral site and the transitionmetal cation directly below it,dramatically reducing the migration barriers of Na+diffusion.Consequently,the as-obtained NaNi1/3Fe1/3Mn1/3O1.95F0.05sample displays outstanding rate performance of 86.7 mA h g^(-1)at 10 C and excellent capacity retention of 84.1% after 100 cycles at 2 C.Moreover,a full cell configuration using a hard carbon anode reaches the energy density of 307.7 Wh kg^(-1).This strategy paves the way for novel means of modulating the Na-ion migration path for high-rate O3-type layered cathode materials.展开更多

To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific rese...Objective: The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students. To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332”. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.展开更多

Aiming at a limitation that the fractal curve can only fill a square region, a method is developed to realize the trimming of fractal curve in arbitrary boundary layer by means of judging intersection points between parameterized arbitrary boundary and a FASS (space filling, self avoiding, simple and self similar) fractal curve. Accordingly, the related algorithm concerning with determining intersection points has been investigated according to the recursion feature of the fractal curve, and in the process of the fractal curve traversed, the rule of judging intersection points is ascertained as well, so that the laser scanning beam can “walk” along the fractal curve inside the desired boundary, and arbitrary contour components are fabricated.展开更多

However,current CSI(channel state information)feedback schemes developed in LTE for conventional MIMO systems are not efficient enough for massive MIMO systems since the overhead increases almost linearly with the number of antenna. Moreover,the codebook for massive MIMO will be huge and difficult to design with the LTE methodology. This paper proposes a novel CSI feedback scheme named layered Multi-paths Information based CSI Feedback(LMPIF),which can achieve higher spectrum efficiency for dual-polarized antenna system with low feedback overhead. The MIMO channel is decomposed into long term components(multipath directions and amplitudes)and short term components(multipath phases). The relationship between the two components and the optimal precoder is derived in closed form. The nano-particle-based planar laser scattering (NPLS) technique is used to measure the density distribution in the supersonic mixing layer of the convective Mach number 0.12, and the optical path difference (OPL)...The nano-particle-based planar laser scattering (NPLS) technique is used to measure the density distribution in the supersonic mixing layer of the convective Mach number 0.12, and the optical path difference (OPL), which is quite crucial for the study of aero-optics, is obtained by post processing. Based on the high spatiotemporal resolutions of the NPLS, the structure of the OPL is ana]ysed using wavelet methods. The coherent structures of the OPL are extracted using three methods, including the methods of thresholding the coefficients of the orthogonal wavelet transform and the wavelet packet transform, and preserving a number of wavelet packet coefficients with the largest amplitudes determined by the entropy dimension. Their performances are compared, and the method using the wavelet packet is the best. Based on the viewpoint of multifractals, we study the OPL by the wavelet transform maxima method (WTMM), and the result indicates that its scaling behaviour is evident.展开更多

The study applied Soft Design Science Methodology to address the prob...This paper presents an innovative Soft Design Science Methodology for improving information systems security using multi-layered security approach. The study applied Soft Design Science Methodology to address the problematic situation on how information systems security can be improved. In addition, Soft Design Science Methodology was compounded with mixed research methodology. This holistic approach helped for research methodology triangulation. The study assessed security requirements and developed a framework for improving information systems security. The study carried out maturity level assessment to determine security status quo in the education sector in Tanzania. The study identified security requirements gap (IT security controls, IT security measures) using ISO/IEC 21827: Systems Security Engineering-Capability Maturity Model (SSE-CMM) with a rating scale of 0 - 5. The results of this study show that maturity level across security domain is 0.44 out of 5. The finding shows that the implementation of IT security controls and security measures for ensuring security goals are lacking or conducted in ad-hoc. Thus, for improving the security of information systems, organisations should implement security controls and security measures in each security domain (multi-layer security). This research provides a framework for enhancing information systems security during capturing, processing, storage and transmission of information. This research has several practical contributions. Firstly, it contributes to the body of knowledge of information systems security by providing a set of security requirements for ensuring information systems security. Secondly, it contributes empirical evidence on how information systems security can be improved. Thirdly, it contributes on the applicability of Soft Design Science Methodology on addressing the problematic situation in information systems security. The research findings can be used by decision makers and lawmakers to improve existing cyber security laws, and enact laws for data privacy and sharing of open data.展开更多
