Hainan is a major tourist province.It is urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of Hainan’s tourism industry from a traditional service industry to a modern service industry by means of informatization.Smart tourism is a brand-new tourism form and operation mode of tourism transformation and upgrading.Integrating big data technology will make smart tourism more accurate in three aspects:tourism management,tourism service,and tourism marketing,and further enhance the satisfaction of the tourism experience.This paper studies the development status of smart tourism in Hainan,deeply summarizes its existing problems and causes,and puts forward the development strategy of smart tourism in Hainan to promote the healthy development of the tourism industry in Hainan.

Exploration of Teaching Development Strategies for Double-Qualified Teachers in University- Affiliated Hospitals Based on Role Conflict Theory

This study draws on the classic theories and research achievements of university teacher development,and from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology,proposes policy recommendations for the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges,including following different stages of teacher development and designing teaching development strategies at different levels;designing the content and form of teaching development activities to meet the temporal and spatial needs of clinical teachers;and building an academic community for clinical teachers to promote the creation of teaching development behaviors.

Challenges to establishing and maintaining kidney transplantation programs in developing countries:What are the coping strategies?

Kidney transplantation(KT)is the optimal form of renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage renal diseases.However,this health service is not available to all patients,especially in developing countries.The deceased donor KT programs are mostly absent,and the living donor KT centers are scarce.Single-center studies presenting experiences from developing countries usually report a variety of challenges.This review addresses these challenges and the opposing strategies by reviewing the single-center experiences of developing countries.The financial challenges hamper the infrastructural and material availability,coverage of transplant costs,and qualification of medical personnel.The sociocultural challenges influence organ donation,equity of beneficence,and regular follow-up work.Low interests and motives for transplantation may result from high medicolegal responsibilities in KT practice,intense potential psychosocial burdens,complex qualification protocols,and low productivity or compensation for KT practice.Low medical literacy about KT advantages is prevalent among clinicians,patients,and the public.The inefficient organizational and regulatory oversight is translated into inefficient healthcare systems,absent national KT programs and registries,uncoordinated job descriptions and qualification protocols,uncoordinated on-site investigations with regulatory constraints,and the prevalence of commercial KT practices.These challenges resulted in noticeable differences between KT services in developed and developing countries.The coping strategies can be summarized in two main mechanisms:The first mechanism is maximizing the available resources by increasing the rates of living kidney donation,promoting the expertise of medical personnel,reducing material consumption,and supporting the establishment and maintenance of KT programs.The latter warrants the expansion of the public sector and the elimination of non-ethical KT practices.The second mechanism is recruiting external resources,including financial,experience,and training agreements.

Research on strategic risk identification method of equipment system development based on system dynamics

Strategic management of equipment system develop-ment must attach importance to effective strategic risk manage-ment.Aiming at the identification of strategic risk of equipment system development,firstly,the source of strategic risk of equip-ment system development is analyzed and classified.Based on this,a causal loop diagram of strategic risk of equipment sys-tem development based on system dynamics is established.The system dynamics analysis software Vensim PLE is used to carry out the risk influencing factors analysis,risk consequences ana-lysis,risk feedback loop identification and corresponding pre-control measures,and achieves a good risk identification effect.

Analysis of the Potential for Tourism Development on Semau Island(Case Study at Liman Beach)

Semau Island has enormous potential to become a tourist destination in East Nusa Tenggara.Tourism potential is a variety of resources found in a particular area that can be developed into a tourist attraction.The potential of this island is in the form of natural potential,animal husbandry,maritime culture,and agriculture.This research aims to analyze and classify the level of potential of tourist attractions on Semau Island in improving the regional economy at tourist attractions on Semau Island.The data used is the result of direct interviews with respondents,namely village heads,tourist attraction managers,and local communities.The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative with the SWOT analysis method.The research results concluded that the tourist attraction on Semau Island has the potential to be developed as a superior tourist attraction in Kupang Regency.Strategies or steps that can be taken by managers or local governments to increase tourism development in the form of standard tourism facilities,improving the quality of human resources,and improving infrastructure.

Early Intervention Facilitates Neuropsychological Development in Children with Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of early intervention on neuropsychological development in children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),providing effective intervention strategies for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 130 children with autism and ADHD who visited the hospital between June 2023 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 65 children in each group.The intervention group received a one-year early comprehensive intervention,including behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance,while the control group only received routine medical care.The neuropsychological development assessment scale was used to evaluate both groups before and after the intervention to compare changes in their neuropsychological development levels.Results:Children in the intervention group showed significant improvements in cognitive function,social skills,language ability,and attention concentration,with an average improvement score of 23.5 points.Children in the control group did not show significant improvements in these areas,with an average improvement score of only 5.8 points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive intervention has a significant promoting effect on the neuropsychological development of children with autism and ADHD.Targeted behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance can effectively enhance children’s cognitive,social,language,and attention abilities,laying a solid foundation for their future overall development.Therefore,it is recommended to actively promote and apply early intervention strategies in clinical practice.

Connotation and Strategies of High-quality Development of Farmers' Cooperatives in Ethnic Minority Areas : A Case Study of Guizhou Province

During the "14^(th) Five-Year Plan" period, consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, promoting rural revitalization and the high-quality development of farmers' cooperatives will overlap at the same time in the spatial field of ethnic minority areas, and they have consistency in content and commonality in value. The high-quality development of farmers' cooperatives in ethnic minority areas is an important organizational way to realize the modernization of agricultural industry, and it is also the key to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization at this stage. Because there is a gap between ethnic minority areas and developed areas in key factors of production such as capital, market, labor and technology, the development of farmers' cooperatives in ethnic minority areas faces more difficulties. This paper takes the development status and outstanding problems of farmers' cooperatives in Guizhou Province as the research object, discusses the connotation and significance of the high-quality development of farmers' cooperatives, and puts forward some strategies and suggestions on the governance of hollowing cooperatives, the allocation of key production factors, and the improvement of the quality of cooperatives.

Publishers’Development Strategies in Response to Changes in National Reading-Analysis Based on the 16th to 20th National Reading Survey Report

Since 2014,nationwide reading has been included in the government work report for 10 consecutive times,and twice into the country’s five-year development plan.The importance of reading for individuals,society,and the country has become increasingly prominent.National reading has flourished,and throughout the 2018 to 2022 National Reading Survey Report,there have been welcome changes in national reading in China.This study compares and analyzes the relevant reading indicators of adult nationals from 2018 to 2022,and summarizes the five changes and new trends in national reading.That is,national reading awareness has increased,paper-book reading habits have returned,digital reading has become more diversified,the listening group has grown,and the voice of national reading activities has continued to rise.Accordingly,it provides relevant development strategies for publishers.

Current Status and Development Strategy of Mung Bean Production in Chongqing Municipality

[Objective] This paper presented the current status of mung bean produc- tion in Chongqing, and put forward the corresponding development strategies. [Meth- ods] By overviewing the status of mung bean production in Chongqing Municipality, the main problems, advantages of mung bean production in Chongqing were pre- sented, and based on corresponding development strategies were put forward.[Re- suits] Currently, the main problems of mung bean production in Chongqing area in- clude insufficient attention, serious variety degradation, lag in cultivation technology, low scientific research level. However, the region has strengths in growing mung beans which would have broad prospects by appropriate adjustment and planning. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for the development of mung bean pro- duction and promotion of economic development in Chongqing Municipality.

Current Status of Rice Production in Burundi and Its Development Strategies

Burundi, a landlocked country locked near the equator, is one of the least developed countries confirmed by the United Nations and the 60% financial revenue needs aid. Rice is the most important and extravagant food in Burundian consumption for no more than 5 kg on average per people by year. It＇s especially suitable to plant rice in Burundi because of the sufficient sunlight and rain. But the lack of new varieties, practical technology and modern service make it very difficult for rice production. According to this significant roll, the rice production has to be increased in order to satisfy the consumption needs which are now becoming higher and keep the food safe. This article mainly shows the rice ecological types, production facts and the major constraints of rice production in Burundi, and then look into the distance on how to solve the problems.

At present,high-value eco-agriculture research in China is till limited and controversial,theoretical innovation and practices on eco-agriculture should be conducted.The key problems which should be solved urgently on the development of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River now including：the connotation and characteristics of high-value eco-agriculture,the construction of high-value eco-agriculture system and the policies of the development of high-value eco-agriculture.Therefore,the strategic development research on high-value eco-agriculture mainly includes the following aspects：development of agriculture modernization and theory and practices of eco-economics;theory of high-value eco-agriculture;practice of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;construction of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;development strategy and system innovation of high-value eco-agriculture in the lower and medium reaches of Yangtze River.

Strategies and Suggestions for the Development of Mechanized Rapeseed Production in Sichuan

Mechanization is the future direction of rapeseed production in Sichuan. A series of technology tests for rapeseed mechanized production have been carried out in terms of variety selection, key agronomic measures and machinery in the main production area of Sichuan in recent years. In the research, the agronomic techniques, including variety selection for mechanical production, key agronomic measures and mechanical harvesting were analyzed. Based on the present condi- tions, strategy and suggestions for the development of mechanized rapeseed produc- tion in Sichuan also were presented.

Development Strategies of Tea Culture Tourism in the Age of Experience Economy

Research on Development Strategy of Tourism Supporting for Poverty Alleviation in West Hubei

West Hubei Circle referred to the eight cities and prefectures which were Xiangfan,Jingzhou,Yichang,Shiyan,Jingmen,Suizhou,Enshi and Shennongjia.The economic and social development in this area was lagging behind,with wide poverty area,large impoverished population,poor natural condition and weak development foundation.Owing to lack of investment sources,the poverty-overcoming cost and poverty-returning rate in this area was high.It was the key area of poverty alleviation of Hubei Province.On the basis of analysis of the features of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas of West Hubei,with the internal relation between tourism and poverty-alleviation as the reference,the author proposed the conceptualization of linkage development of tourism and poverty-alleviation west Hubei and preliminarily analyzed the feasibility of the linkage development between tourism and poverty-alleviation.The author considered that tourism and poverty-alleviation could mutually complement each other in function.The cultural and ecological tourism resources in West Hubei were abundant and unique,high in resources taste.And tourism was an industry with high return and intensive capital.It could collect capitals,lands,talents and technologies,win a great deal of human,material,capital and information resources in West Hubei,so as the promote the amelioration of the rural infrastructure and living conditions and urban construction.Meanwhile,the basic strategy of poverty-alleviation was put forward,that is,establishing the development mechanism with government as the lead and enterprises as the subjects,the financing mechanism of diversified investments and wide-ranging financing.Besides,with tourism as the trigger,tourism supporting for poverty-alleviation and ecological cultural village would be developed simultaneously,assisted by community participation mechanism,so as to realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation of tourism and poverty-alleviation.

Production Performance and Development Strategies of Double-cropping Rice in Hunan Province

ln the research, an empirical analysis was performed on production per-formance and influential factors of rice in Changsha County and Liling City. The re-sults showed that production scale has been closely linked to age and education level of farmers. The larger scale, the higher comprehensive performance, but rele-vant efficiency tends to be lower. Sowing area and yield per unit area are major in-fluential factors of production performance of double-cropping rice, but the rest influ-ential factors are different upon production scale. Final y, developmental strategies are proposed for development of double-cropping rice.
