文章基于相关研究文献与语料,对加拿大WNB阅读治疗实践进行梳理与归纳。WNB首次使用交互式数字叙事技术,构建面向公众的阅读治疗平台,以其交互式特征,融合了阅读和治疗引导两个过程,提供可访问的非临床方式,可面向大规模人群实现预防性健康干预。基于数据与计算的精准化阅读治疗是数字人文视角下的新变革,更具推广应用价值;以在线阅读平台建设为依托,推进实施平台化的阅读和治疗应成为未来发展方向之一;基于阅读形态与体验因技术赋能而改变的现状,图书馆应发挥引领作用,积极收集、创建或协助创建数字故事,推进阅读推广、服务与治疗的融合性发展,成为社区建设促进者、历史欣赏者和社区参与倡导者,也使阅读借助交互式数字叙事这一新载体,更好地发挥变革的力量,促进健康与幸福。

以读促写,以写促读:北师大版初中英语新教材Writing Workshop的设计理念与实施路径

北师大版初中英语新教材中的Writing Workshop的设计遵循“从读听课输入到读写课输出,在单元中逐步生成写作能力”“采用读写结合模式,注重过程指导,提供多维写作支架”“从问题入手,贯穿‘学—思—用—创’一体化思路,以多元评价促学”的理念。它分两个课时进行教学:第一课时强调把握写作任务,由读到写;第二课时注重写作与评价共进,旨在切实提升学生的写作能力,发展学生的核心素养。

基于iWrite平台的高职学生英语写作教学实践研究

为研究智能评阅平台对高职学生英语写作的影响,对学生在iWrite平台上的英语写作任务进行了错误点分析。结合平台分数反馈,通过文献研究法和行动研究法客观分析了高职英语写作教学现状。结果显示,智能评阅显著改善了分值较低、基础较弱学生的技术规范和语法错误,对于学生英文写作水平有一定的提升效果,在教学实践中该类型平台值得推广应用。

To Write Self and World with Fun——Culture Mode in L2 Writing

The English writing is a fundamental and critical skill for English learners who they perform disatisfactorily in both classrooms and national writing tests. Culture Mode is hereby proposed The mode proposed is consisted of two parts: the compilation of reading materials and the reform of teaching process. An action research is conducted and interview is held to explore the efficacy of it to stimulate the students' interests in writing by reading crossculturally, to develop their writing skills by recording their daily life or their observation of the society, to cultivate their critical thinking by writing responses after each session of practice.

18th-century British Women Poets’ Patriotic Voices

Right from the beginning to the end of the 18th-century,a large number of British women poets stepped out as outright and eloquent patriots.Through celebration,persuasion,and protest with their poems,18th-century British women poets voiced out their patriotism,especially in their promotion of the British national identity by building up national confidence,constructing national ideals,and bringing the national ideals closer together with the actual practices during national crises in the War of American Independence,anti-slavery activism,and the French Revolution.The majority of their patriotic poems got published in the 18th-century.Their patriotic voices,especially those of their vigorous construction of the British national identity,have been largely neglected and therefore should be fully acknowledged since that identity they helped to promote remains a key issue for the British even today.

Moral Education Enlightenment of the Classic Patriotic Song“My Motherland and Me”

“My Motherland and Me”,a passionate patriotic song,can stand out from many patriotic themes after more than 30 years of writing,and with the help of“Flash Mob”,a new type of artistic expression,the theoretical self-confidence,road self-confidence,system self-confidence,and cultural self-confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics over the past 40 years of reform and opening up were passed.It conveys the endless patriotism and nationalism of the Chinese nation,and conveys the strong historical blame of the rise and fall of the world,showing the powerful aesthetic and moral education functions of musical works.Teachers can use“My Motherland and Me”as a teaching case for the collaborative education of moral education and aesthetic education,and from here and there,promote the teaching experience of moral education.

What do student writers benefit from pre-writing discussions？

Given that speaking plays a fundamental role in writing, this paper reports on a one-year program of the training of student writers. This training program consists of three parts： a pre-training investigation over learners＇ needs and expectations, various forms of the pre-writing discussions over different stages of the program, and a post-training investigation to get the feedback from the learners.

Research on the Strategy of Integrating Red Culture into Patriotic Education Activities of Young People

Young people are the flowers of the motherland, is the future of the motherland, youth teachers have great responsibilities. Integrate red culture into daily teaching activities, inherit and carry forward, enhance children’s values, cultivate children’s excellent qualities such as patriotism and selfless dedication, improve children’s comprehensive quality, and let children grow up healthily. Taking red culture as the starting point, this paper discusses the strategy of integrating red cultural resources into patriotic education activities of teenagers, points out the existing problems in the current integration of red culture into patriotic education activities of teenagers and finds out the reasons;clarify the relevant concepts of red culture and patriotic education activities for young people;from the three aspects of integrating curriculum resources to enhance the significance of red culture education, creating a red environment to create a red education atmosphere, and digging deep into red cultural resources, this paper discusses the strategy of integrating red culture into patriotic education activities for young people, aiming to promote the organic combination of patriotic education activities and red culture for young people, and increase national and cultural self-confidence.

Constructing Writer Identity in Developing Second Language Writer's Academic Writing

Writer identity in academic writing has long been ignored by developing L2 writers.Moreover,research has much focused on the reader in shaping writing,and treated the role of the writer as unproblematic.In this essay,the construction of writer identity in developing writers’academic writing practice will be explored through a review of some relevant literature research and gain insights for the development of writer apprentices and writing instruction.

Identity Construction in Academic Writing of Student Writers Who Use English as an Additional Language:A Literature Review

Academic writing is social interaction between writer and reader,during which writers can employ discursive and non-discursive features to construct their identities.However,many student writers who are users of English as an additional language(EAL)may find it challenging to construct their identities in academic writing.Properly constructed identity in academic writing can help EAL student writers develop a stronger sense of self,exercise their agency,and negotiate the academic discourse.Therefore,this paper reviews empirical studies on EAL student writers'identity construction when they write in English to investigate the features of identities that EAL student writers construct in texts and the factors that influence their identity construction.The findings show that,compared with expert writers and native-English-speaking(NES)counterparts,EAL student writers tend to present a weak authorial identity.Furthermore,EAL student writers tend to be more engaged with texts than with readers and lack commitment to their claims.The identities that EAL student writers construct in academic writing are also interwoven with EAL students'English proficiency levels,educational experience,disciplinary conventions,genre affordances,and audience awareness.The findings of this literature review can help teachers and educators raise EAL students’identity awareness and facilitate students in strategically constructing writer identities in academic writing.

Detecting LLM-assisted writing in scientific communication:Are we there yet?

Large Language Models(LLMs),exemplified by ChatGPT,have significantly reshaped text generation,particularly in the realm of writing assistance.While ethical considerations underscore the importance of transparently acknowledging LLM use,especially in scientific communication,genuine acknowledgment remains infrequent.A potential avenue to encourage accurate acknowledging of LLM-assisted writing involves employing automated detectors.Our evaluation of four cutting-edge LLM-generated text detectors reveals their suboptimal performance compared to a simple ad-hoc detector designed to identify abrupt writing style changes around the time of LLM proliferation.We contend that the development of specialized detectors exclusively dedicated to LLM-assisted writing detection is necessary.Such detectors could play a crucial role in fostering more authentic recognition of LLM involvement in scientific communication,addressing the current challenges in acknowledgment practices.

A Corpus-based Study on Writer/reader Visibility in English Writing by Chinese EFL Learners

Writer/reader(W/R) visibility is regarded as an important indicator of personal involvement. Previous studies concluded that EFL learners tend to contains more personal involvement than native speakers in their writing, making it resemble spoken language as a result. Therefore, this paper examines the degree of W/R visibility in English writing by university-level Chinese learners to verify the applicability of the previous findings on Chinese learners. Based on the data collected in the corpora CLEC,WECCL and LOCNESS, the results show that Chinese EFL learners have the tendency to employ more features of W/R visibility than native speakers, for example the high use of first or second person reference and words that represent mental process. Besides, the paper also reveals little distinction on W/R visibility between English and non-English majors, suggesting the inefficiency of the writing ability of today's English majors.

基于port write事件触发的RapidIO节点动态管理方法

针对现有大规模的综合化电子信息系统中RapidIO节点管理实时性不强、CPU资源占用多的问题,提出了一种基于port write事件触发的RapidIO节点动态管理方法。该方法利用RapidIO交换芯片的port write包上报退网或者入网的节点信息,通过该信息动态管理RapidIO网络中的所有节点。工程应用实测结果表明,该方法实时性高,CPU资源占用少。

Analysis on the Way of Integrating Educational Drama into Patriotism Education for Primary School Students

In the process of patriotism education for primary school students,educational drama can play a very important role.However,the premise is that educational drama should be successfully integrated into the process of patriotism education of primary school students,instead of simply and mechanically stuffing educational drama into patriotism education of primary school students.As far as the integration mode of educational drama is concerned,educational drama can be divided into three kinds,namely,discipline-oriented drama education,infiltration-oriented drama education and activity-oriented drama.Therefore,the integration methods are also divided into three categories,namely,setting up educational drama courses,using educational drama to infiltrate patriotic education into other disciplines and carrying out activity-oriented drama education.

A Revision Model in Writing for Novice Writers with a Focus on Audience and Feedback

Revision is a complex,yet important phase in writing to improve the quality of a text.Some revision models are created to explain its components and the ways these components work.However,analysis of available models shows that they are proposed mainly for expert writers,who can complete the complex revision process individually,without the need of support or feedback.Most of the available revision models also do not include audience as a component.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to introduce an alternative revision model for novice writers at or higher than highschool level with a focus on audience and feedback.First,the definition of revision is made,which is followed by summaries of the importance of audience and feedback in writing.Second,available revision models in literature that serves as the basis of the alternative model are reviewed.Finally,the alternative revision model is introduced with its components and the way these components work is explained.The revision model presented in this paper will contribute to literature on writing by filling the gap in revision models by proposing a model for novice writers and highlighting the importance of audience and feedback.

Contribution and Modern Public Debt:On the Nature of Patriotic Public Debt in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China

There are different opinions about the first modern domestic debt in China.The theorists judge whether a certain public debt has modernity according to whether it has modern public debt form,ignoring the inconsistency between form and content,institutional provisions and actual implementation.The modern nature of public debt must have both the form and content of modern public debt.Based on the analysis of the issuing background,system design,collection and repayment of patriotic bonds in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,it is considered that the part of patriotic bonds subscribed by the Qing royal family is still the nature of donation and return,while the part subscribed by ordinary businessmen and people in the early Republic of China has a modern nature.The dual nature of patriotic bonds is closely related to the social background when the bonds are issued.

During a life-long career, everyone has memorable moments constantly cherished in the heart.So is the case for Prof. Yu Guocong. It was on May 29, 1959, when the late Premier Zhou Enlai came to visit Dr. Yu’s laboratory during his inspection tour at the Tianjin University. This has been an unforgettable event in Prof. Yu’s mind. When shaking hands with Prof. Yu, Premier Zhou said: "I heard that you have made great advances in the rescarch of heavy water. I am eagerly waiting for further success in your work. For the honor of our country, we must have heavy water developed with our own hands, in defiance of someone who attempts to strangle us." Looking into the Premier’s eyes of encouragement,Prof. Yu was then determined to live up to the expectations of the motherland by making a good job of his research work.
