A Survey Study on TPACK Framework for Normal Students of English Major in Ethnic Colleges and Universities:Empirical Analysis Based on Structural Equation Modeling

With the continuous advancement of education informatization,Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK),as a new theoretical framework,provides a novel method for measuring teachers’informatization teaching ability.This study takes normal students of English majors from three ethnic universities as the research object,collects relevant data through questionnaires,and uses structural equation modeling to conduct data analysis and empirical research to investigate the differences in the TPACK levels of these students at different grades and the structural relationships among the elements in the TPACK structure.The technological pedagogical knowledge element of the TPACK structure was not obtained by exploratory factors analysis but through path analysis and structural equation modeling,the results show that the one-dimensional core knowledge of technological knowledge(TK),content knowledge(CK),and pedagogical knowledge(PK)have a positive effect on the two-dimensional interaction knowledge of technological content knowledge(TCK)and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK);furthermore,TCK and PCK have a positive effect on TPACK;and TK,CK,and PK indirectly affect TPACK through TCK and PCK.On this basis,suggestions are provided to ethnic colleges and universities to develop the TPACK knowledge competence of normal students of English majors.

The Integration of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities and Employment of College Students

In recent years,major universities of our country constantly expand enrollment,the number of students in colleges and universities are also constantly increasing,but the posts are still limited,this virtually increases the employment pressure of college students.ln order to ease the employment pressure of college students,the government has taken various measures,the most important thing is to strengthen the college education.Through the study of the relationship between ideological and political education in colleges and universities and employment of college students,this paper analyzes the problems of the integration of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and employment of college students,finally, according to the existing problems to take corresponding countermeasures,so as to alleviate the employment problems of the major colleges and universities.

Students'Political Belief Education in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges and Universities in Network Environment:Taking Northwest A&F University as an Example

The influence of the network environment on the education of political beliefs of college students in China cannot be ignored.Taking Northwest A&F University as an example,starting from the current situation of students'political belief education in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,the impact of network environment on the education of political beliefs of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities was analyzed,and the implementation path of improving political belief education in the network environment was explored,in order to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.

Survey and Countermeasures on Current Situation of Life Education for College Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

The Practice of a Method of Self-Study Students Counting in Classrooms Based on Head Detection in Colleges and Universities

In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for students to find self-study classrooms because of the limited classroom resources, combined with the current situation of informatization in colleges and universities, a feasible method of students counting in classrooms based on head detection is proposed. This method first collects the scene images in the classroom at regular intervals based on the existing examination monitoring system, and then uses the offline trained AdaBoost cascade detector to detect the head candidate region in the images. Then, the trained CNN-SVM model is used to further identify the head, and finally the identification results are processed and the number of students in the classrooms is counted. The test and practice show that the query system for the idle situation of self-study classrooms constructed by coordinating the classroom seat capacity, classroom scheduling data and the students counting in the classroom based on the above method can easily query the current crowded degree of the students in the classrooms, which plays a good guiding role for students to find self-study classrooms. The method has strong reference and promotion significance for solving similar problems in other universities.

Studies of the management work on the college students in colleges and universities

An Analysis on Mental Health Education of College Students with Financial Difficulties

With the enrollment expansion of college and continuous reform of college education system and college charging system,the number of college students with financial difficulties is increasing. The college students with family financial difficulties not only bear the huge economic burden,but also bear the huge pressure of learning and mental stress,and they have many kinds of psychological problems including psychological distress of tension and anxiety,psychological conflict of self-respect and self-abasement,conflict of desire for interpersonal interaction and self-containment and strong vanity and dependence mentality. This paper puts forward the corresponding recommendations to solve these problems.

Predicament of College Students with Economic Difficulties in Career Development and Assistance Strategies

College students with economic difficulties are the vulnerable groups who are easy to fall into the predicament of career development. They are mainly characterized as weak career awareness,unclear self-awareness,lack of social resources,and poor comprehensive quality. This paper comprehensively analyzed the predicament of college students and causes. On the basis of causes,it came up with strategies including establishing a perfect whole-process education mechanism,strengthening psychological health and ideological and political education,actively expanding social practice internship platform,and vigorously cultivating employment competitiveness,so as to help students with economic difficulties to get out of their predicament and realize sustainable and comprehensive career development.

Analysis of the targeted funding of the university students with profiles and cards from the perspective of poverty alleviation and tackling difficulties

The poor households with profiles and cards are the important objects of the targeted poverty alleviation. The supporting work of the students with profiles and cards in colleges and universities is an important part of the poverty alleviation in education. The university support should not only maintain in the economic and material support, but should also pay more attention to each student as the pillar of the socialist modernization in China, to fundamentally block the intergenerational transmission of the students with profiles and cards and their families. In fact, the path is to build up the supporting concept of the growth and development based on the students with cards and profiles, build a three-dimensional identification path, and establish and improve the tracking and evaluation mechanisms for the targeted funding.

Survey and Thought on Graduates' Repayment Awareness of Student Loan in Agricultural Universities and Colleges

To find out graduates' repayment awareness of student loan,we conducted a questionnaire survey for those graduates who applied for student loan in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering.The survey has following results.First,the national student loan plays an important role in assisting poor students in finishing their study.Second,graduates value social function of personal credit.Third,trustworthiness education activities carried out by colleges and universities are effective.Fourth,economic income is a major factor of graduates repaying capital with interest.Fifth,bank's student loan management system is not perfect.Sixth,the national student loan system remains to be improved.In line with these results,we put forward five countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the trustworthiness education of students;standardize the credit investigation management of students' personal credit;establish student information management mechanism;standardize banks' payment reminder administration behavior;and perfect national student loan system.

Research on Practical Pathways of Strengthening Labor Education for College and University Students in the New Era

Labor education is an essential component of college and university education that can help students to develop a strong work ethic,acquire practical skills,and better understand the value of work.Strengthening labor education for college and university students is an urgent need of the high-quality development of the society and the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of individuals.This study analyzes the importance of strengthening labor education for college and university students in the new era and proposes four practical pathways which draw on labor courses and campus activities,social practices,scientific research projects,and internships.After implementing these pathways,a survey of 967 students showed that students’understanding and awareness of labor was deepened,their hands-on skills and interests in science and labor practices were improved,and they became more cordially respectful to the working class.Taken together,the exploration and practice of these pathways helps college and university students to recognize their abilities,strengths,and interests,and guides them to form good labor habits that permeate all aspects of their studies and lives.

Survey and Thoughts on Computer Usage Situation of University and College Students

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous advancement of society, computers have also entered thousands of households, playing an increasingly important role in people's production and life, and college students have become one of the most active groups of computer enthusiasts. Investigation of the Academic Performance of College-to-University Transfer Students

Over the last decade, many universities/colleges have developed formal agreements which permit students from recognized college programs to be able to seamlessly transfer to a closely-related university program with advance standing. There has been some concerned raised that students that come to university from college may not be academically (or emotionally) prepared for the faster-paced university programs. This research, which was funded by an Ontario Council on Articulation and Transfer Faculty Fellowship, examines the academic performance of students in computer-related disciplines with a focus on comparing students who come to a university through a formalized college-to-university transfer agreement relative to students who enroll directly from high school. The comparisons will be based on metrics such as graduation rates, course failure rates, overall averages, course-level averages, and course-subject averages.

Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

Theoretical Application to Understand Food Insecurity Among College Students: A Multi-Systems Life Course Perspective

Empirical studies have shown a distinct relationship between academic performance and food insecurity in college students. Specifically, food-insecure students are more likely to report a lower grade point average than their food secure counterparts. Since the Great Recession, more attention has been given to the topic of hunger and food insecurity among college students;however, the literature still lacks a comprehensive examination of various issues facing today’s college students. Using a multi-systems life course (MSLC) perspective, this paper provides a conceptual explanation of the lived experience of college students by offering a better understanding of the unique challenges faced by this population. Findings from this study will assist researchers, practitioners, and university administrators in their efforts to address hunger among this population.
