People's Well-rounded Development:The Value Orientation of Common Prosperity in the New Era

Achieving common prosperity for all is an important feature of Chinese modernization and an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the core value orientation of promoting the people’s well-rounded development.This reflects the close relationship between people’s well-rounded development and common prosperity and implies that common prosperity is not just an economic issue,but also a political matter,a moral subject,and a human rights goal.Being“people-centered”is the core positioning of common prosperity,with its inherent collective and individual attributes.In terms of the object dimension of prosperity,it encompasses a wide range of rights such as material and spiritual well-being,which are advanced in a coordinated manner,and a deepening level of guarantee gradually improving.In the practical concept of“shared development,”it emphasizes the unity of state obligations and individual responsibilities,as well as the phased approach and promotion of common prosperity through the rule of law.Therefore,the essence of common prosperity lies in shifting from a“material-centered”perspective to a“people’s well-rounded development-centered”perspective.It combines the principles of fairness and inclusiveness with the recognition of diverse developmental needs.The focus is on enhancing the subjective initiative of the people,aiming to truly achieve the happiness of the people and promote people’s well-rounded development through the realization of“common prosperity.”

On the Plaintiff's Subject Qualification for Environmental Public Interest Litigation Instituted by People's Procuratorates

Although it is not the main duty for the People's Procuratorate to institute environmental public interest litigation proceedings, the existence of "reserve" prosecution right of plaintiff not only is beneficial to timely prevention and cure of environmental damage, but also contributes indispensable judicial supervision force to the environmental legality construction. In order to safeguard environmental public interests, many local prosecutorial organizations have practiced environmental public interests litigation. Since Chinese law has not made explicit stipulation on the function of the People's Procuratorate instituting environmental public interest litigation, the plaintiff's subject qualification for environmental public interest litigation instituted by the People's Procuratorate is still in question. In order to propel the People's Procuratorate to completely and fully exercise their power of supervision and prosecution, there shall be corresponding legislation that provides powerful guarantee for the People's Procuratorate instituting environmental public interest litigation.

Public Square Dancing Intervention on Subjective Well-Being of Middle-Aged and Elderly People:A Meta-Analysis

Objective:To understand the influence of public square dancing on the subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:According to the principle of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,we search Chinese databases,such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP,and English databases,such as Proquest,Web of Science,Pubmed,Cochrane,and ScienceDirect,and collect relevant articles at home and abroad from 2006 to December 2019 for meta-analysis in January 2020.Result:A total of 10 articles were included.The meta-analysis results showed that the well-being of middle-aged and elderly people in the public square dancing intervention group was significantly higher than that of the other exercise group and control group(both P<0.01).The results of the subgroup analysis showed the following:Different durations of intervention significantly influence the intervention effect(P<0.01).No difference was found between the effect of the mixed-gender intervention and the individual female intervention(P>0.05).No significant difference was found between the groups with weekly intervention frequency(P>0.05).Conclusion:Public square dancing intervention is effective for middle-aged and elderly people’s subjective well-being.Neither mixed intervention nor the times of weekly intervention have an impact on the intervention effect.However,the length of duration of intervention influences the intervention effect.

The Relationship between Mental Health Literacy and Subjective Well-Being of Young and Middle-Aged Residents: Perceived the Mediating Role of Social Support and Its Urban-Rural Differences

This study investigates mental health literacy among young and middle-aged urban and rural residents and the differences in mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being.From January to February 2022,620 participants(320 rural and 300 urban residents)from three provinces of China were selected by con-venience sampling.A general data questionnaire,mental health literacy scale,perceived social support scale and subjective well-being scale were administered.The mental health literacy scores of urban residents were 3.34±0.57 and those of rural residents were 2.73±0.79.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the mental health literacy scores of rural residents were more significant than those of urban residents in terms of sex and age,while urban residents’mental health literacy scores were more significant than those of rural resi-dents in terms of monthly income.Mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being of young and middle-aged urban and rural residents were all positively correlated(P<0.01).While the level of mental health literacy is better among urban residents than rural residents,perceived social support plays a partial mediating role between mental health literacy and subjective well-being of both urban and rural residents,and should be the focus of researchers seeking to improve the level of well-being of residents.

The New Social and Identitary Models of Old People—Deepening the Concept of Successful Ageing

The concept of ageing society includes the quantitative factor that there will be more and more older people according to population transitions. But, at the same time, qualitative factors such as quality of life, identity changes and the experience of high changes in the subjectivity need to be included alongside these quantitative factors. So, the purpose and significance of the paper indicate that is necessary to ensure structures that can tolerate the new scenarios of this current generation of older people, who seek new life options, renewed emotional perspectives and transgenerational confrontation with traditional models of ageing and grandparenthood.

Social demographic factors and leisure time physical activity influencing the self-rated health and happiness of Chinese people

Background and aims:The holistic definition of health is not merely the absence of disease or infirmity,but a state of complete physical,mental,and social well-being.However,related research on the influencing factor of self-rated health and happiness have generally remained separate.Therefore,this study aimed to 1)find individual level determinants of the two facets of health;and 2)investigate the covariance of the two facets of health within individual levels.Methods:Multivariate multilevel analysis of self-rated health and happiness at level 1,were nested within 10,968 people at level 2.Data were obtained from the 2015 Chinese General Social Survey.Results:Lower happiness and self-rated health were found in 1)females;2)the elderly;3)people with a lower educational level;4)people who were presently single;5)people with a lower self-rated economic status;6)people who resided in urban areas;and 7)people with sedentary lifestyles as compared to those in other categories of the same variable.After adjusting the related individual level determinants,the correlation coefficient of two facets of health at the individual level is 0.19,which indicates that no robust covariance was observed.Conclusions:The current study indicates the existence of disparity in the subjective physical and psychological dimensions of health among the elderly in China.Our findings emphasize the importance of paying attention to different aspects of health simultaneously in investigations and the benefits of leisure time activities.

“合群”对民众主观幸福感影响的实证研究——基于中国社会状况综合调查数据的分析

运用2021年“中国社会状况综合调查数据”,在建立二元Logit模型基础上,使用非线性模型的中介效应检验-KHB方法对“合群”效应进行分解,探讨了“合群”与当前中国民众主观幸福感的关系,验证了“合群”对民众主观幸福感的影响,并进一步比较分析了其中介作用机制。研究发现:“合群”可以显著提升民众的主观幸福感;“合群”通过影响社会信任水平和社会联结程度,进而影响主观幸福感;社会信任水平和社会联结程度是“合群”影响主观幸福感的重要中介机制,其中介效应比例存在一定差异,社会联结程度的解释比例要高于社会信任水平。在此基础上,证实了“合群”对民众主观幸福感增进作用的存在,也为更好地认识“合群”如何有效地促进民众主观幸福感提供了微观证据。

“下交群评”:迈向人民主体性的基层治理——以北京市平谷区接诉即办改革为例

论人工智能对人的主体性的冲击及化解路径——基于马克思机器论视角的考察

在马克思看来,新机器的发明和应用既具有推动社会生产力发展的积极面,也会引发一些消极后果。人工智能作为数字时代的典型产品,其本质是一种合目的的手段,是人的本质的对象化,它的出现使人制造和使用某种工具的能力在层次上有了一个巨大的飞跃。但是,作为一项新技术,人工智能同样不可避免地面临科林格里奇困境,并凭借其大数据的精确计算实质性地加剧现代社会中人的异化状态,对人的主体性造成冲击。具体表现为,侵犯人的人格尊严,削弱人的自主性和独立性,挤压人在社会中的主体地位以及导致人的交往异化问题。化解人工智能对人的主体性造成的冲击,首先,要坚持人是实践主体原则,为人的主体性复归提供理论遵循;其次,要坚持技术理性和价值理性的统一,使人摆脱人工智能的牵引和钳制;最后,严格遵循科技伦理,明确作为主体的人与作为工具的人工智能之间的边界。

从科技对教育影响的历史看数字化对教育变革的作用

教育数字化有多种话语形态,需要从单一强势的技术话语中走出,避免师生陷入工具理性窠臼,让所有人在数字化话语中处于相对平等的站立状态。科技对教育影响的历史表明,即便科技发展对教育的影响是巨大而又关键的,但它的影响具有明显的层级差异。教育作为巨复杂系统不可能彻底科技化、数字化。教育数字化需要在遵从教育原理与规律、坚守教育目的与价值基础上主动积极数字化。在现实中,形式化、功利化、低效的教育数字化危害已经出现,如何有效、适量、恰当地满足使用者自主自愿需求,避免过度抬高数字化而贬低人,需要不断探索。数字化对学生人格的养成造成伤害,技术治理主义对人的本性不断挤压,数字化不断加剧教育的同质化,用大数据方式违逆并损伤学生本能的小数据认知能力与方式,不断增大的数字鸿沟,等等问题,不仅未能引起足够的关注,更没有可行与有效的解决措施。在教育数字化进程中,坚守人的主体性,注重人的成长过程与成长效果,“避免被数字化”成为需要在各方面、各环节严守的底线。教育数字化在技术上可能出现奇点,但通过坚守人本、法治和平权的理念,在均势条件下,以道德规范、群体规则、法律建设和防危害技术的不断提升,确保尽可能减少技术不确定性给人类带来的风险与伤害。
