Flow Field Around Rushton Turbine in Stirred Tank by Particle Image Velocimetry Measurement

In this paper, particle image velocimetry (PIV) was used to measure the mean and root meansquare(RMS) velocity in the stirred tank with six-flat blade Rushton turbine and with no baffles. Two typesof motion patterns were studied. One was that the impeller runs at constant speed, the other was that the impellerruns at time-dependent speed and in a periodic way. The emphasis of the paper was on the comparison of meanand RMS velocity vector maps and profiles between these two types of motion patterns, and especial attention waspaid to the comparison of the mean velocity, time-averaged RMS velocity, phase averaged RMS velocity betweenthe constant 3 RPS (revolution per second) and time-dependent operation. The Reynolds number was between 763and 1527. The study explained the mechanism that time-dependent RPS is more efficient for mixing than that ofconstant RPS.

Eating disorders, body image, and dichotomous thinking among Japanese and Russian college women

This study explored cross-cultural differences between Japan and Russia in terms of women’s body images, proneness to eating disorders, and the effects of dichotomous thinking. Participants included 419 Japanese and 187 Russian college women who completed the Dichotomous Thinking Inventory (DTI), the 26-item version of the Eating Attitudes Test, and responses regarding nine figures representing female body shapes. The mean age of the participants was 19.8 years, with no significant age differences between the countries. The results showed that Japanese women have leaner ideal body images than Russian women, whereas there were no cross-cultural differences in the participants’ real body images. DTI scores among Russian participants were higher than DTI scores among Japanese participants, which indicated that Russian women think more dichotomously than Japanese. Structural equation modeling indicated a significantly negative effect of dichotomous thinking only on real body image in Russia;the ideal body image had greater effects on eating disorder in Russia than in Japan.

The Analysis on the Research Hotspot and Trend of Think Tanks of Chinese University Libraries

To objectively reflect the relevant situation of researches on think tank service of Chinese university libraries, this paper uses CNKI Database as the retrieval source, the bibliometric analysis method, and CiteSpace, a citation network analysis tool, to make quantitative analysis on the literature data of researches on the think tank service of university libraries;draw the knowledge map of literature authors, organization distribution, keyword co-occurrence, research hotspot distribution, etc.;objectively and comprehensively analyzes the hot topics and cutting-edge trends of researches on the think tank service of libraries, the research includes the following aspects: First, the status quo and orientation of the existing university library think tanks in China;second, it is recommended to carry out research on policy support and system guarantee for university library think tank services;third, integrate big data technology is merged into the construction of university libraries think tanks;fourth, the transformation of library and information institutions to new types of think tanks, including the transformation of knowledge services, disciplinary services, and characteristic think tanks, in order to provide reference for researches and practical work of think tank service of libraries in China.

高校智库服务决策的模式构建与高质量发展——基于知识生产模式转型的视角

高校智库服务决策本质上是一种知识生产活动。知识生产模式转型背景下,高校智库服务决策的内涵更加丰富,目标情境、参与主体、研究范式、评价方式等不断变化,展现出诸多新特征。本研究通过对高校智库服务决策特征变化的分析,构建了高校智库服务决策的三种模式:学科中心学术情境下“学—政”互动的专家模式、跨学科应用情境下“智—政”互动的平台模式和超学科适应情境下多边互动的开放模式。在这三种模式演进和共生发展情境下,提出高校智库服务决策实现高质量发展的四条进路:树立符合国家需求与公共利益的服务决策理念,创新多边互动的服务决策组织形式,构建多层次的服务决策研究范式,建立开放多元的服务决策评价体系。

智库研究在新兴产业评估评价中发挥的作用——以太空经济为例

针对智库评估评价对产业发展作用认识不足的问题,以太空经济为研究对象,提出了智库在新兴产业中发挥解码-内化-输出的作用机理,并采用利益相关者方法,从个体、产业、国家3个层面分析出太空经济发展领域智库研究的12类利益相关者;基于作用机理,分析了国内外智库围绕太空经济开展的研究实践;提出智库要成为太空经济产业分析模型搭建的推动者、产业发展各主体的桥接者、产业政策及行业态势的传播者。研究内容对智库研究在产业培育方面的作用机理探讨具有一定的普适性和实践价值,可为智库发挥公共服务价值、促进太空经济发展提供新的方法和思路。

社交媒体时代全球智库国际传播力研究:基于87家智库Twitter账户的社交网络分析

[目的/意义]智库在舆论引导、政治外交等方面发挥着重大作用,是国际传播力建设中不可或缺的一部分。开展智库国际传播力研究有利于提升智库综合实力及整个国家的国际传播力。[方法/过程]本文选取《全球智库报告2020》世界顶级智库榜单中智库的Twitter账户作为研究对象。首先,使用Python爬虫、NodelXL获取智库关注、互动数据。其次,运用社交网络分析法分析智库Twitter传播特点和各智库网络属性。再次,借助熵权TOPSIS法对其传播能力、传播效力进行综合评价。最后,通过线性回归探究二者关系。[结果/结论]第一,全球顶尖智库在Twitter中形成了紧密的社会关系网络,但智库间的直接信息交流占比低。第二,Twitter中智库交流较为开放,但同一国家、地区、机构的智库更易形成小团体。第三,对各智库传播能力、传播效果进行了综合评价,得到相应排名,其中美国、德国智库传播力评价结果突出。第四,传播能力对传播效力有一定正向影响,对传播范围正向影响更为显著。最后本文结合研究结论为我国智库提升国际传播力提出了3点建议。

依托一流工程学科建设高校科技智库的难点、路径和策略

科技智库是支撑国家科技决策的重要力量,近年来科技智库的建设在全球范围内得到越来越多的重视和加强,其中依托高校成立的科技智库占据重要地位。全球高校科技智库越来越聚焦专业技术领域政策研究,理工类学科在科技智库建设和发展中发挥的作用愈加凸显。高水平研究型大学是国家科技创新体系中的重要力量,依托高校建设科技智库既是国家加强高端智库建设的需要,也应成为高校服务国家战略的自觉追求。本研究基于国外高校科技智库发展趋势,针对我国目前依托高校一流工程学科建设科技智库的难点,深入阐述破解发展难题的路径和策略。
