This article firstly analyzes the positive impact of new media background on enterprise marketing in expanding the scope of information release, improving marketing targeting, and creating new marketing platforms. Secondly, it explores the problems faced by enterprises in the current marketing process, such as outdated ideological concepts, insufficient team building, and rigid marketing content. Finally, strategies such as updating marketing concepts, strengthening team building, and innovating marketing content were proposed to provide some reference and inspiration for enterprises to smoothly promote marketing work under the background of new media.

A new algorithm based on the background field for red tide monitoring in the East China Sea

Remote sensing has been proven to be an effective means of monitoring red tides. The spectral information is an important basis for establishing a model to monitor red tides. The spectral curves of red tide events are analyzed and compared with multiyear monthly averaged spectral curves based on MODIS data from July 2002 to June 2012, as well as spectral differences at the same location during red tide presence and absence. A red tide monitoring algorithm is developed based on the background field to extract the red tide information of the East China Sea （ECS）. With the application of the algorithm in the ECS, the results reveal that the developed model can effectively determine the location of red tides, with good correspondence to the results from an official bulletin. This demonstrates that the algorithm can effectively extract the red tide information.

In view of these problems, the strategies for remodeling the supply mechanism of rural public service are put forward, covering intensifying the input intensity of the government, expanding the coverage of public services; vigorously supporting the development of social organization and improving its capability of public goods; breaking through dual system and realizing the equalization of urban-rural public service; perfecting rural diversified public services and perfecting its public service functions; promoting the market progress of rural public services and improving the efficiency of public service.

The Current Situation and Planning Strategy of Police Station Facilities in Megacities Under the Background of New Urbanization:A Case Study of Changping District in Beijing

In the process of new urbanization,the population of megacities is increasing rapidly,the scale of cities is expanding,and the supply of service facilities has been unable to meet the demand.As an important carrier of urban governance and urban management,the police station should properly deal with the existing problems in the urban police stations,and improve the quality of life of residents by optimizing urban service facilities,which is of great significance for the implementation of people-oriented new urbanization.Taking Changping District of Beijing as an example,this study pointed out that there were many problems in police stations in Changping District.For example,the area of land is not up to the standard,the service capacity is not up to the demand,and the facilities are not up to the demand.Then,three planning strategies:adjusting the planning standards of facilities,optimizing the spatial layout of facilities,and strengthening the later guarantee of facilities were put forward,so as to improve people’s satisfaction with life,promote the high-quality development of new urbanization,and provide reference for the supplement of service facilities in megacities.
