Currently, S Middle School, leveraging local resources and grounded in reality, adheres to the educational philosophy of “integration of the five domains of education” and, in conjunction with its “Morality and Wisdom” campus culture, has pioneered a “Morality∙Wisdom” labor education curriculum system. It has initially established a mechanism for collaborative education among schools, families, and society. However, issues such as incomplete course objective settings, unreasonable criteria for categorizing course content, imbalanced proportions of course content, and a shortage of specialized teachers persist. Therefore, it is necessary to design and articulate the objectives of labor education courses with a focus on labor literacy, reset the criteria for categorizing course content, and design clusters of labor tasks centered around three major domains. Additionally, enhancing the balance of course content proportions and appropriately increasing project-based courses, as well as strengthening the construction of the labor education faculty and improving teachers' professional competence, are crucial for optimizing the existing labor education curriculum system and ensuring the realization of its multiple educational values.展开更多
