The quantitative results show that the average ...The effect of grain size of primary α phase on the bonding interface characteristic and shear strength of bond was investigated in the press bonding of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The quantitative results show that the average size of voids increases from 0.8 to 2.6 μm and the bonding ratio decreases from 90.9% to 77.8% with an increase in grain size of primary α phase from 8.2 to 16.4 μm. The shape of voids changes from the tiny round to the irregular strip. The highest shear strength of bond can be obtained in the Ti-6Al-4V alloy with a grain size of 8.2 μm. This is contributed to the higher ability of plastic flow and more short-paths for diffusion in the alloy with smaller grain size of primary α phase, which promote the void closure process and the formation of α/β grains across bonding interface.展开更多
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of deposition of inosine monophosphate (IMP) and intramuscular fat (IMF) in muscles of Jinghai yellow chickens and its crossbred.[Method] The charact...[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of deposition of inosine monophosphate (IMP) and intramuscular fat (IMF) in muscles of Jinghai yellow chickens and its crossbred.[Method] The characteristics of IMP and IMF deposition of 112-day-old Jinghai yellow chickens (J×J) and its two different 70-day- old crossbreeds (J×B and B×B) were analyzed. The IMP content in breast muscle and leg muscle were determined by HPLC. [Result] The contents of IMP and cor- rected inosine monophosphate (IMPc) in breast muscle were significantly or ex- tremely significantly higher than that in leg muscle of the chickens in the three groups whether in male or female chickens (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). There were no sig- nificant difference in the contents of IMP and IMPc between hens and roosters (P〉 0.05). The fresh degree of breast muscle and leg muscle was 96,11%-98.16% and 87.22%-93.07%, respectively. And the fresh degree of breast muscle was higher than that of leg muscle. In the three groups, the IMF content in leg muscle was significantly higher than that in breast muscle whether in male or female chickens (P〈0.05). The contents of IMF in breast muscle and leg muscle were 0.36%-0.75% and 1.84%-2.38%, respectively. The iMP content in breast muscle of chickens in Bx J group was extremely significantly higher than that in breast muscle of chickens in JxJ group (P〈0.01), but the contents of IMPc and iMF of breast muscle and leg muscle of the chickens in the three groups had no significant difference (P〉0.05). [Conclusion] To sum up, the freshness and flavor significantly differ between the breast muscle and leg muscle of chickens, but show no significant difference among the three groups.展开更多

The results showed that the pre-slaughter weight of the adult male and female Changtai yak was 364.32 and 266.83 kg, respectively, which presented extremely significant difference (P〈0.01). The carcass weight, net bone weight net meat weight, and the ratio of bone to meat also showed extremely significant difference (P〈O.01), which were 186.60 and 125.67 kg, 39.74 and 25.00 kg, 147.84 and 100.83 kg, 1:3.73 and 1: 4.03, respectively. The dressing percentage had significant difference which was 51.15% and 49.34%, respectively (P〈0.05). The neat meat percentage and carcass meat production rate showed no significant difference which were 40.54% and 37.66%, 79.29% and 80.24%, respectively (P〉0.05). It indicated that Changtai yak has better growth performance and meat performance potential, and worth of further studying and breeding.展开更多

The N2O fluxes were observed in four experimental treatments, as follows: none N fertilizer (CK), single organic fertilizer (OM), conventional fertilization (FP) and opti- mized and reduced nitrogen fertilization (OPT), by a close chamber-gas chromato- graph method. The effects of different fertilization treatments on N2O emission and tomato yield were analyzed. The results showed that following the fertilization and ir- rigation, the pulsed emissions of N2O were measured. The N2O emission peak ap- peared after basal fertilizer application and irrigation and could be maintained for about 20 days. While the N2O emission peak caused by topdressing was smaller and last only 3-5 days. The statistical analysis showed that the N2O fluxes were affected by air temperature, soil temperature and WFPS at soil depth of 3 cm. The total contents of soil N2O fluxes had significant differences among experimental groups. The total content orderly was FP of 14. 77 kg/hm^2, OPT of 9. 73 kg/hm^2, OM of 6.84 kg/hm^2 and CK of 2.37 kg/hm^2. The N~:~ emission coefficient ranged from 0.83%-1.10%,which was close to or more than the recommended value (1.0%) by IPCC. Compared with the FP treatment, the tomato yield in OPT treatment, whose application rate of chemical N fertilizer decreased by about 60%, increased by 2.2%. Under the current management measures, the reasonable reduction on ap- plicaUon rate of organic manure and chemical nitrogen fertilizer could effectively re- duce the N=O emissions in greenhouse vegetable fields.展开更多
Public Key Encryption with Keyword Search (PEKS), an indispensable part of searchable encryption, is stock-in- trade for both protecting data and providing operability of encrypted data. So far most of PEKS schemes ...Public Key Encryption with Keyword Search (PEKS), an indispensable part of searchable encryption, is stock-in- trade for both protecting data and providing operability of encrypted data. So far most of PEKS schemes have been established on Identity-Based Cryptography (IBC) with key escrow problem inherently. Such problem severely restricts the promotion of IBC-based Public Key Infrastructure including PEKS component. Hence, Certificateless Public Key Cryptography (CLPKC) is efficient to remove such problem. CLPKC is introduced into PEKS, and a general model of Certificateless PEKS (CLPEKS) is formalized. In addition, a practical CLPEKS scheme is constructed with security and efficiency analyses. The proposal is secure channel free, and semantically secure against adaptive chosen keyword attack and keyword guessing attack. To illustrate the superiority, massive experiments are conducted on Enron Email dataset which is famous in information retrieval field. Compared with existed constructions, CLPEKS improves the efficiency in theory and removes the key escrow problem.展开更多

The PEKS is useful to keep the management of large data storages secure such as those in a cloud. In this paper, to protect against quantum computer attacks, we present a lattice-based identity-based encryption scheme with key- word search. We have proved that our scheme can achieve ciphertext indistinguishability in the random oracle model, and our scheme can also achieve trapdoor security. In particular, our scheme can designate a unique tester to test and return the search results, therefore it does not need a secure channel. To the best of our knowledge, our scheme is the first iden- tity-based encryption scheme with keyword search from lattice assumption.展开更多

Methods: Twenty-nine consecutive patients enrolled i...Objective: The aim of our study was to investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI for evaluating differential diagnosis of pulmonary isolated lesions. Methods: Twenty-nine consecutive patients enrolled in this study, all of whom underwent DCE-MRI examinations and received a histologic and clinical diagnosis. Among these, lung tuberculoma 7 cases, harmatoma 3 cases, peripheral lung cancer 19 cases. DCE-MRI was acquired with 3D LAVA technique, total 18 phases were acquired, scanner time of per phase was 5-7″. After contrasting agent, twice successive scanning was acquired at 10″ and 50″. Then 1′30″, 2′, 2′30″, 3′, 3′30″, 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′, 8′, 9′, 10′, 11′, 12′ performed scanning. Region of interest was placed on the Maximum level in the tumors. According to Schaefer's standard, four types of time signal intensity curve (TIC) were classified, which were A, B, C and D. Compared the dynamic parameters between benign and malignant nodules. Results: Lung tuberculoma may display three curves: A type 1 case, ring-shaped enhancement 4 cases (periphery ring A type, central region D type), D type 2 cases. Harmatoma may display three curves: A type 1 case, C type 2 case. Peripheral lung cancer may display A type. Except 2 cases D type lung tuberculoma, we compared curve data of 8 cases benign nodules (including tuberculoma Atype and periphery ring Atype, harmatoma Atype and C type) and lung cancer. SlEP%: benign nodules 0.7885 ±0.5543, lung cancer 1.2623 ±0.3059, P 〈 0.05; MER: benign nodules 1.0007 ± 0.4251, lung cancer 1.3694 ±0.2740, P 〈 0.05; washout: P 〉 0.05. Conclusion: Lung MR imaging is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of isolated benign and malignant nodules. SIEP% and MER could offer valuable information. The evolution of global tuberculosis may be from A type to ring-shaped ennoblement to D type. It was easy to do right diagnosis to lung tuberculoma with ring-shaped ennoblement and D type. Peripheral lung cancer commonly displayed A type and needed identification with acute inflammation. So, it is important to anti-inflammatory follow-up for a few A type nodules.展开更多

Methods: Kunming male mice were randoml...Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the adaptive response of low-dose radiation-induced apoptosis in mouse spleen cells and its related proteins control mechanism. Methods: Kunming male mice were randomly divided into sham-irradiation group, attacking dose irradiation group (D2) and low-dose radiation + attacking dose irradiation group (D1+D2). After a week the D1+D2 group was given low-dose radiation (doses were 25,50,75 and 100 mGy, dose rate of 12.5 mGy/min), after 6 hours the D2 group and the D1+D2 group were given attacking dose of radiation (Dose of 1.5 Gy, dose rate of 287 mGy/min). After 18 hours all mice were killed. The spleen cell apoptosis and Caspase-3 expression's changes were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) analysis, and the changes of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemical staining semi-quantitative method. Results: The rate of apoptosis, the fluorescence intensity of Caspase-3, and the semi-quantitative results of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax in every group were significantly different. Of all groups, the apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 fluorescence intensity of D2 group were the highest. Compared with the sham-irradiated group, Bcl-2 protein level of D2 group decreased significantly, and Bax protein level of D2 group increased significantly. But compared with D2 group, the apoptosis rates, the fluorescence intensities of Caspase-3 expression and the Bax protein levels in D1+D2 group were lower in different doses, and the Bcl-2 protein levels in D1+D2 group were higher in different doses. Conclusion: 25-75 mGy low-dose radiation can induce the adaptive response of mouse spleen cells' apoptosis, the expression of Caspase-3, and the apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2 expression increased, Bax reduced, and it leads to the apoptosis of the spleen cells decreased.展开更多

We analyzed the results from four aspects:...This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 1251 articles related to Antarctic krill from 1960 to 2015, based on the Core Collection in Thomson Reuters' Web of Science. We analyzed the results from four aspects: annual distribution, Web of Science categories and the major journals, inter- national collaboration and author keywords. The Antarctic krill research has developed rapidly since 1978, with an increasing article output. The studies mostly focused on the fields of marine and freshwater biology, oceanography, and ecology. Polar Biology, Marine Ecology-Progress Series and Deep-Sea Research Part II-Topical Studies in Oceanography, were the top three journals to publish the Antarctic krill-related papers. Although Russia is the earliest state to report Antarctic krill, U.S.A. and England were leaders with the largest output quantity and the highest cooperation frequencies. The researches in PR China have taken a blooming since 2009 and will play a more and more important role in the world. The frequencies of author keywords were counted. The high-frequency keywords were further divided into four groups with cohesive subgroup analysis, which suggested the major themes. This paper depicts the existing publica- tions on Antarctic krill. Objective:In this study, we investigated the in vitro binding capacity of β-HCG antibody targeted SonoVue microbubbles to trophoblasts with distinct differentiation in order to explore the possibility of utility of t...Objective:In this study, we investigated the in vitro binding capacity of β-HCG antibody targeted SonoVue microbubbles to trophoblasts with distinct differentiation in order to explore the possibility of utility of targeted SonoVue microbubbles imaging for early locating diagnosis of malignant trophoblastic cell disease. Methods:Three cell groups were included in the study: (1) choriocarcinoma cells (poorly differentiated) (JAR, n=10), (2) early gestational trophoblastic cells (ETC, n=10) and (3) late placenta trophoblastic cells (LTC, n=10). The binding efficiency of the contrast agents to the targeted cells was evaluated by counting the ring formation rate before and after rinsing with PBS. Results: The binding rate was significantly higher in JAR group 84.3±5.5% than in the ETC group 67.3±3.9% and LTC group 60.4±4.6% (P<0.05). The binding rates of different targeted cells to the related targeted microbubble contrast agent (TMCA) before and after PBS rinse did not change significantly. The JARs group exhibited the highest binding rate of (84.3±5.5)% and (82.4±3.7)% before and after PBS rinse (P>0.05). The binding rates of the targeted microbubbles labeled with fluorescence by FCM to JARs, ETC or LTC were 90.1%, 81.5% and 69.2%, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: This in vitro study demonstrated that β-HCG an-tibody-targeted SonoVue had different binding capacities to trophoblasts with distinct degrees of differentiation. The highest binding rate occurred with the choriocarcinoma cell line JAR. There is the possibility that the β-HCG antibody-targeted strategy could improve the discriminative ability of SonoVue, in the locating malignant trophoblastic cells.展开更多

As one of the largest landholders in Australia, the Australian Defence Force (ADF) is increasingly concerned with susta...Environmental management of military activities is of growing global concern by defence forces. As one of the largest landholders in Australia, the Australian Defence Force (ADF) is increasingly concerned with sustainable environmental management. This paper focuses on how the ADF is maintaining effective environmental management, especially in environmentally sensitive marine protected areas. It uses Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA) as a research example to examine environmental management strategies conducted by the ADF. SWBTA is one of the most significant Defence training areas in Australia, with a large number of single, joint and combined military exercises conducted in the area. With its maritime component contained in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (GBRMP), the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area (GBRWHA), and abutting Queensland's State Marine Parks, it has high protection values. It is therefore vital for the ADF to adopt environmentally responsible management while they are conducting military activities. As to various tools employed to manage environmental performance, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) is widely used by the ADE This paper exanlines military activities and marine environmental management within SWBTA, using the Talisman Saber (TS) exercise series as an example. These are extensive joint exercises conducted by the ADF and the United States defence forces. The paper outlines relevant legislative framework and environmental policies, analyses how the EMS operates in environmental management of military activities, and how military activities comply with these regulations. It discusses the implementation of the ADF EMS, including risk reduction measures, environmental awareness training, consultation and communication with stakeholders. A number of environmental management actions used in the TS exercises are presented to demonstrate the EMS application. Our investigations to this point indicate that the ADF is complying with all relevant legislation and policies. Further research is required to confirm compliance and conclude that military activities have good accord with environmental management objectives.展开更多
Objective: The aim of the study was to explore the effects of the same target (si-10) on lung cancer cells with different expression levels of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein by RNAi and malignant proliferation of th...Objective: The aim of the study was to explore the effects of the same target (si-10) on lung cancer cells with different expression levels of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein by RNAi and malignant proliferation of these cells. Methods: COX-2 was selected as the target and one siRNA expression vector with the best effect was selected and thought as the subject from three COX-2 siRNA expression vectors with human U6 promoter. The siRNA expression vector (psi-10) and the vacant vector (pEGFP) were transfected into these cells with different COX-2 expression states (801D, A549 and LTEP-A2) with lipofectamine respectively and the transfected cell strains were constructed. The change of COX-2 expression levels was examined by Western blot and RT-PCR. The effects on the proliferation of lung cancer cells were studied by cell growth curve and clonogenic assay. Results: The siRNA and U6 promoter were validated by PCR, restriction endonucleases identification and DNA sequencing and BLAST alignment and cloned into the pEGFP vector. The cell strains transfected that 801D was used as maternal line were named as 801D-p and 801D-10 respectively. The cell strains transfected that A549 was used as maternal line were named as A549-p and A549-10 respectively. The cell strains transfected that LTEP-A2 was used as maternal line were named as LTEP-A2-p and LTEP-A2-10 respectively. These cells transfected pEGFP (801D-p, A549-p and LTEP-A2-p) had the expression of GFP and 801D-10, A549-10 and LTEP-A2-10 cells had not in 24, 48 and 72 hours after transfected. The results of RT-PCR and Western blot showed the siRNA expression vector produced marked effects in two cells (A549 and LTEP-A2) expressing COX-2 and the expression of COX-2 was inhibited. But the inhibited effects were differ- ent and the expression of COX-2 was more inhibited obviously in LTEP-A2 cells than in A549 cells though the expression of COX-2 was also inhibited obviously in A549 cells. In contract to their maternal line, the levels of COX-2 mRNA of LTEP-A2-10 and A549-10 cells reduced 64.2% and 61.2% respectively; the levels of COX-2 protein reduced 60.2% and 56.2% respectively. But the levels of COX-2 mRNA and protein had not change in 801D cells not expressing COX-2. The results of cell growth curve and clonogenic assay showed the growth of LTEP-A2-10 cells slowed and the clonal formation rate reduced and the size of the colonies became small; the growth of A549-10 cells showed slow and more obviously in the cell growth curve especially. But the growth of 801D-10 cells had not obvious change. Conclusion: The si-10 target of COX-2 has different inhibition effects on lung cancer cells with different COX-2 expression levels and the different inhibition effects have different effects on cells malignant proliferation.展开更多
Objective:This survey was a non-intervention study,which aimed to investigate symptom burden and treatment status in cancer patient with bone metastasis,and to make out whether patients received the normative treatmen...Objective:This survey was a non-intervention study,which aimed to investigate symptom burden and treatment status in cancer patient with bone metastasis,and to make out whether patients received the normative treatment.Methods:We designed a questionnaire,the main items of which include patient's symptom burden,previous and ongoing treatment.We used it to investigate 120 patients from six different medical agencies.We examined the association between symptoms using Spearman's rank correlation.SPSS software was used to analyze data.Results:The data of one hundred one questionnaires were completed and fitted for analysis.The five most prevalent symptoms were fatigue(84.2%),unhappiness(83.2%),pain(77.2%),dry mouth(77.2%) and lack of appetite(73.3%).Three symptom clusters were identified.Cluster 1 included anxiety and unhappiness and accounted for 61.4% in all patients.Cluster 2 included pain,fatigue and constipation and accounted for 39.6% in all patients.Cluster 3 included nausea,vomiting,lack of appetite and accounted for 27.7% in all patients.Cronbach's alpha coefficient demonstrated high internal reliability in the clusters,with a coefficient ranging from 0.65 to 0.84.The proportion of patients receiving analgesic therapy,bisphosphates therapy,palliative chemotherapy and radiotherapy were 70.3%,63.4%,58.4% and 36.6% respectively.Pain in various degree was obviously alleviated(P < 0.01) after analgesic therapy.Among the surveyed patients,64 patients received bisphosphates therapy,while the administration of zoledronic acid accounted for the most large proportion.The average duration of bisphosphates administration was 5.79 months(SD = 7.43).Patients who received radiotherapy adopted multiple fractions treating mode.Conclusion:Symptom burden was common and severe in patients with bone metastasis,which often appeared as symptom cluster,and significantly affected their quality of life(QOL).The normative treatment should be strengthened to manage and control patients' symptoms and improve their QOL.The analgesic therapy was normative in patients with bone metastasis.Reasons impeding patients to receive bisphosphates were in varieties.More propaganda should be done to generalized bisphosphates therapy for patients with bone metastasis.展开更多

There were no sig- nificant difference in the contents of IMP and IMPc between hens and roosters (P〉 0.05). The fresh degree of breast muscle and leg muscle was 96,11%-98.16% and 87.22%-93.07%, respectively. And the fresh degree of breast muscle was higher than that of leg muscle. In the three groups, the IMF content in leg muscle was significantly higher than that in breast muscle whether in male or female chickens (P〈0.05). The contents of IMF in breast muscle and leg muscle were 0.36%-0.75% and 1.84%-2.38%, respectively. The iMP content in breast muscle of chickens in Bx J group was extremely significantly higher than that in breast muscle of chickens in JxJ group (P〈0.01), but the contents of IMPc and iMF of breast muscle and leg muscle of the chickens in the three groups had no significant difference (P〉0.05). [Conclusion] To sum up, the freshness and flavor significantly differ between the breast muscle and leg muscle of chickens, but show no significant difference among the three groups.

文摘For studying the germplasm charactedsUcs and carcass traits of Changtai yak, 8 adult yaks (5 male, 3 female) were selected and tested. The results showed that the pre-slaughter weight of the adult male and female Changtai yak was 364.32 and 266.83 kg, respectively, which presented extremely significant difference (P〈0.01). The carcass weight, net bone weight net meat weight, and the ratio of bone to meat also showed extremely significant difference (P〈O.01), which were 186.60 and 125.67 kg, 39.74 and 25.00 kg, 147.84 and 100.83 kg, 1:3.73 and 1: 4.03, respectively. The dressing percentage had significant difference which was 51.15% and 49.34%, respectively (P〈0.05). The neat meat percentage and carcass meat production rate showed no significant difference which were 40.54% and 37.66%, 79.29% and 80.24%, respectively (P〉0.05). It indicated that Changtai yak has better growth performance and meat performance potential, and worth of further studying and breeding.

文摘To make clear the emission characteristics of soil N20 from typical green- house vegetable fields in North China, an experiment was conducted in greenhouse tomato field in Shouguang city, Shandong province, China's "Home of Vegetables". The N2O fluxes were observed in four experimental treatments, as follows: none N fertilizer (CK), single organic fertilizer (OM), conventional fertilization (FP) and opti- mized and reduced nitrogen fertilization (OPT), by a close chamber-gas chromato- graph method. The effects of different fertilization treatments on N2O emission and tomato yield were analyzed. The results showed that following the fertilization and ir- rigation, the pulsed emissions of N2O were measured. The N2O emission peak ap- peared after basal fertilizer application and irrigation and could be maintained for about 20 days. While the N2O emission peak caused by topdressing was smaller and last only 3-5 days. The statistical analysis showed that the N2O fluxes were affected by air temperature, soil temperature and WFPS at soil depth of 3 cm. The total contents of soil N2O fluxes had significant differences among experimental groups. The total content orderly was FP of 14. 77 kg/hm^2, OPT of 9. 73 kg/hm^2, OM of 6.84 kg/hm^2 and CK of 2.37 kg/hm^2. The N~:~ emission coefficient ranged from 0.83%-1.10%,which was close to or more than the recommended value (1.0%) by IPCC. Compared with the FP treatment, the tomato yield in OPT treatment, whose application rate of chemical N fertilizer decreased by about 60%, increased by 2.2%. Under the current management measures, the reasonable reduction on ap- plicaUon rate of organic manure and chemical nitrogen fertilizer could effectively re- duce the N=O emissions in greenhouse vegetable fields.

文摘Public Key Encryption with Keyword Search (PEKS), an indispensable part of searchable encryption, is stock-in- trade for both protecting data and providing operability of encrypted data. So far most of PEKS schemes have been established on Identity-Based Cryptography (IBC) with key escrow problem inherently. Such problem severely restricts the promotion of IBC-based Public Key Infrastructure including PEKS component. Hence, Certificateless Public Key Cryptography (CLPKC) is efficient to remove such problem. CLPKC is introduced into PEKS, and a general model of Certificateless PEKS (CLPEKS) is formalized. In addition, a practical CLPEKS scheme is constructed with security and efficiency analyses. The proposal is secure channel free, and semantically secure against adaptive chosen keyword attack and keyword guessing attack. To illustrate the superiority, massive experiments are conducted on Enron Email dataset which is famous in information retrieval field. Compared with existed constructions, CLPEKS improves the efficiency in theory and removes the key escrow problem.

文摘Public key encryption scheme with keyword search (PEKS) enables us to search the encrypted data in a cloud server with a keyword, and no one can obtain any infor- mation about the encrypted data without the trapdoor corresponding to the keyword. The PEKS is useful to keep the management of large data storages secure such as those in a cloud. In this paper, to protect against quantum computer attacks, we present a lattice-based identity-based encryption scheme with key- word search. We have proved that our scheme can achieve ciphertext indistinguishability in the random oracle model, and our scheme can also achieve trapdoor security. In particular, our scheme can designate a unique tester to test and return the search results, therefore it does not need a secure channel. To the best of our knowledge, our scheme is the first iden- tity-based encryption scheme with keyword search from lattice assumption.
文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI for evaluating differential diagnosis of pulmonary isolated lesions. Methods: Twenty-nine consecutive patients enrolled in this study, all of whom underwent DCE-MRI examinations and received a histologic and clinical diagnosis. Among these, lung tuberculoma 7 cases, harmatoma 3 cases, peripheral lung cancer 19 cases. DCE-MRI was acquired with 3D LAVA technique, total 18 phases were acquired, scanner time of per phase was 5-7″. After contrasting agent, twice successive scanning was acquired at 10″ and 50″. Then 1′30″, 2′, 2′30″, 3′, 3′30″, 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′, 8′, 9′, 10′, 11′, 12′ performed scanning. Region of interest was placed on the Maximum level in the tumors. According to Schaefer's standard, four types of time signal intensity curve (TIC) were classified, which were A, B, C and D. Compared the dynamic parameters between benign and malignant nodules. Results: Lung tuberculoma may display three curves: A type 1 case, ring-shaped enhancement 4 cases (periphery ring A type, central region D type), D type 2 cases. Harmatoma may display three curves: A type 1 case, C type 2 case. Peripheral lung cancer may display A type. Except 2 cases D type lung tuberculoma, we compared curve data of 8 cases benign nodules (including tuberculoma Atype and periphery ring Atype, harmatoma Atype and C type) and lung cancer. SlEP%: benign nodules 0.7885 ±0.5543, lung cancer 1.2623 ±0.3059, P 〈 0.05; MER: benign nodules 1.0007 ± 0.4251, lung cancer 1.3694 ±0.2740, P 〈 0.05; washout: P 〉 0.05. Conclusion: Lung MR imaging is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of isolated benign and malignant nodules. SIEP% and MER could offer valuable information. The evolution of global tuberculosis may be from A type to ring-shaped ennoblement to D type. It was easy to do right diagnosis to lung tuberculoma with ring-shaped ennoblement and D type. Peripheral lung cancer commonly displayed A type and needed identification with acute inflammation. So, it is important to anti-inflammatory follow-up for a few A type nodules.

New economic circumstances not only make the evolution of urban system present one brand-new landscape, but also put forward a new subject for planning of urban system. This article analyzes the properties of the traditional economic process and its essential effect on urban system; it makes a complete survey on the properties of new economic circumstances and its effect on re-forming of urban system; the complicated influential process and result are concluded into the aspects, such as new growth motive force, new economic organization, new location factor and new spatial phenomenon, and its inner effect mechanism in shown as well. In this article, the change process of urban system space is explained in four aspects: (1) dissimulation in the process of spatial agglomeration and diffusion; (2) change of “center-periphery” effect; (3) acceleration growth of axial regions; (4) re-forming of the world and regional urban system. Based on the above theoretical analysis and the properties & requests of new economic circumstances, this article finally puts forward four philosophies emphasized by urban system planning, and forms the new frame for drawing-up of urban system planning.
文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the adaptive response of low-dose radiation-induced apoptosis in mouse spleen cells and its related proteins control mechanism. Methods: Kunming male mice were randomly divided into sham-irradiation group, attacking dose irradiation group (D2) and low-dose radiation + attacking dose irradiation group (D1+D2). After a week the D1+D2 group was given low-dose radiation (doses were 25,50,75 and 100 mGy, dose rate of 12.5 mGy/min), after 6 hours the D2 group and the D1+D2 group were given attacking dose of radiation (Dose of 1.5 Gy, dose rate of 287 mGy/min). After 18 hours all mice were killed. The spleen cell apoptosis and Caspase-3 expression's changes were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) analysis, and the changes of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemical staining semi-quantitative method. Results: The rate of apoptosis, the fluorescence intensity of Caspase-3, and the semi-quantitative results of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax in every group were significantly different. Of all groups, the apoptosis rate and Caspase-3 fluorescence intensity of D2 group were the highest. Compared with the sham-irradiated group, Bcl-2 protein level of D2 group decreased significantly, and Bax protein level of D2 group increased significantly. But compared with D2 group, the apoptosis rates, the fluorescence intensities of Caspase-3 expression and the Bax protein levels in D1+D2 group were lower in different doses, and the Bcl-2 protein levels in D1+D2 group were higher in different doses. Conclusion: 25-75 mGy low-dose radiation can induce the adaptive response of mouse spleen cells' apoptosis, the expression of Caspase-3, and the apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2 expression increased, Bax reduced, and it leads to the apoptosis of the spleen cells decreased.

文摘This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 1251 articles related to Antarctic krill from 1960 to 2015, based on the Core Collection in Thomson Reuters' Web of Science. We analyzed the results from four aspects: annual distribution, Web of Science categories and the major journals, inter- national collaboration and author keywords. The Antarctic krill research has developed rapidly since 1978, with an increasing article output. The studies mostly focused on the fields of marine and freshwater biology, oceanography, and ecology. Polar Biology, Marine Ecology-Progress Series and Deep-Sea Research Part II-Topical Studies in Oceanography, were the top three journals to publish the Antarctic krill-related papers. Although Russia is the earliest state to report Antarctic krill, U.S.A. and England were leaders with the largest output quantity and the highest cooperation frequencies. The researches in PR China have taken a blooming since 2009 and will play a more and more important role in the world. The frequencies of author keywords were counted. The high-frequency keywords were further divided into four groups with cohesive subgroup analysis, which suggested the major themes. This paper depicts the existing publica- tions on Antarctic krill. Our goal is to serve a point of reference and provide the direction for the future work.

文摘Objective:In this study, we investigated the in vitro binding capacity of β-HCG antibody targeted SonoVue microbubbles to trophoblasts with distinct differentiation in order to explore the possibility of utility of targeted SonoVue microbubbles imaging for early locating diagnosis of malignant trophoblastic cell disease. Methods:Three cell groups were included in the study: (1) choriocarcinoma cells (poorly differentiated) (JAR, n=10), (2) early gestational trophoblastic cells (ETC, n=10) and (3) late placenta trophoblastic cells (LTC, n=10). The binding efficiency of the contrast agents to the targeted cells was evaluated by counting the ring formation rate before and after rinsing with PBS. Results: The binding rate was significantly higher in JAR group 84.3±5.5% than in the ETC group 67.3±3.9% and LTC group 60.4±4.6% (P<0.05). The binding rates of different targeted cells to the related targeted microbubble contrast agent (TMCA) before and after PBS rinse did not change significantly. The JARs group exhibited the highest binding rate of (84.3±5.5)% and (82.4±3.7)% before and after PBS rinse (P>0.05). The binding rates of the targeted microbubbles labeled with fluorescence by FCM to JARs, ETC or LTC were 90.1%, 81.5% and 69.2%, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: This in vitro study demonstrated that β-HCG an-tibody-targeted SonoVue had different binding capacities to trophoblasts with distinct degrees of differentiation. The highest binding rate occurred with the choriocarcinoma cell line JAR. There is the possibility that the β-HCG antibody-targeted strategy could improve the discriminative ability of SonoVue, in the locating malignant trophoblastic cells.
文摘Environmental management of military activities is of growing global concern by defence forces. As one of the largest landholders in Australia, the Australian Defence Force (ADF) is increasingly concerned with sustainable environmental management. This paper focuses on how the ADF is maintaining effective environmental management, especially in environmentally sensitive marine protected areas. It uses Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA) as a research example to examine environmental management strategies conducted by the ADF. SWBTA is one of the most significant Defence training areas in Australia, with a large number of single, joint and combined military exercises conducted in the area. With its maritime component contained in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (GBRMP), the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area (GBRWHA), and abutting Queensland's State Marine Parks, it has high protection values. It is therefore vital for the ADF to adopt environmentally responsible management while they are conducting military activities. As to various tools employed to manage environmental performance, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) is widely used by the ADE This paper exanlines military activities and marine environmental management within SWBTA, using the Talisman Saber (TS) exercise series as an example. These are extensive joint exercises conducted by the ADF and the United States defence forces. The paper outlines relevant legislative framework and environmental policies, analyses how the EMS operates in environmental management of military activities, and how military activities comply with these regulations. It discusses the implementation of the ADF EMS, including risk reduction measures, environmental awareness training, consultation and communication with stakeholders. A number of environmental management actions used in the TS exercises are presented to demonstrate the EMS application. Our investigations to this point indicate that the ADF is complying with all relevant legislation and policies. Further research is required to confirm compliance and conclude that military activities have good accord with environmental management objectives.
文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to explore the effects of the same target (si-10) on lung cancer cells with different expression levels of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein by RNAi and malignant proliferation of these cells. Methods: COX-2 was selected as the target and one siRNA expression vector with the best effect was selected and thought as the subject from three COX-2 siRNA expression vectors with human U6 promoter. The siRNA expression vector (psi-10) and the vacant vector (pEGFP) were transfected into these cells with different COX-2 expression states (801D, A549 and LTEP-A2) with lipofectamine respectively and the transfected cell strains were constructed. The change of COX-2 expression levels was examined by Western blot and RT-PCR. The effects on the proliferation of lung cancer cells were studied by cell growth curve and clonogenic assay. Results: The siRNA and U6 promoter were validated by PCR, restriction endonucleases identification and DNA sequencing and BLAST alignment and cloned into the pEGFP vector. The cell strains transfected that 801D was used as maternal line were named as 801D-p and 801D-10 respectively. The cell strains transfected that A549 was used as maternal line were named as A549-p and A549-10 respectively. The cell strains transfected that LTEP-A2 was used as maternal line were named as LTEP-A2-p and LTEP-A2-10 respectively. These cells transfected pEGFP (801D-p, A549-p and LTEP-A2-p) had the expression of GFP and 801D-10, A549-10 and LTEP-A2-10 cells had not in 24, 48 and 72 hours after transfected. The results of RT-PCR and Western blot showed the siRNA expression vector produced marked effects in two cells (A549 and LTEP-A2) expressing COX-2 and the expression of COX-2 was inhibited. But the inhibited effects were differ- ent and the expression of COX-2 was more inhibited obviously in LTEP-A2 cells than in A549 cells though the expression of COX-2 was also inhibited obviously in A549 cells. In contract to their maternal line, the levels of COX-2 mRNA of LTEP-A2-10 and A549-10 cells reduced 64.2% and 61.2% respectively; the levels of COX-2 protein reduced 60.2% and 56.2% respectively. But the levels of COX-2 mRNA and protein had not change in 801D cells not expressing COX-2. The results of cell growth curve and clonogenic assay showed the growth of LTEP-A2-10 cells slowed and the clonal formation rate reduced and the size of the colonies became small; the growth of A549-10 cells showed slow and more obviously in the cell growth curve especially. But the growth of 801D-10 cells had not obvious change. Conclusion: The si-10 target of COX-2 has different inhibition effects on lung cancer cells with different COX-2 expression levels and the different inhibition effects have different effects on cells malignant proliferation.
文摘Objective:This survey was a non-intervention study,which aimed to investigate symptom burden and treatment status in cancer patient with bone metastasis,and to make out whether patients received the normative treatment.Methods:We designed a questionnaire,the main items of which include patient's symptom burden,previous and ongoing treatment.We used it to investigate 120 patients from six different medical agencies.We examined the association between symptoms using Spearman's rank correlation.SPSS software was used to analyze data.Results:The data of one hundred one questionnaires were completed and fitted for analysis.The five most prevalent symptoms were fatigue(84.2%),unhappiness(83.2%),pain(77.2%),dry mouth(77.2%) and lack of appetite(73.3%).Three symptom clusters were identified.Cluster 1 included anxiety and unhappiness and accounted for 61.4% in all patients.Cluster 2 included pain,fatigue and constipation and accounted for 39.6% in all patients.Cluster 3 included nausea,vomiting,lack of appetite and accounted for 27.7% in all patients.Cronbach's alpha coefficient demonstrated high internal reliability in the clusters,with a coefficient ranging from 0.65 to 0.84.The proportion of patients receiving analgesic therapy,bisphosphates therapy,palliative chemotherapy and radiotherapy were 70.3%,63.4%,58.4% and 36.6% respectively.Pain in various degree was obviously alleviated(P < 0.01) after analgesic therapy.Among the surveyed patients,64 patients received bisphosphates therapy,while the administration of zoledronic acid accounted for the most large proportion.The average duration of bisphosphates administration was 5.79 months(SD = 7.43).Patients who received radiotherapy adopted multiple fractions treating mode.Conclusion:Symptom burden was common and severe in patients with bone metastasis,which often appeared as symptom cluster,and significantly affected their quality of life(QOL).The normative treatment should be strengthened to manage and control patients' symptoms and improve their QOL.The analgesic therapy was normative in patients with bone metastasis.Reasons impeding patients to receive bisphosphates were in varieties.More propaganda should be done to generalized bisphosphates therapy for patients with bone metastasis.
