目的 分析消积豁痰汤加减联合玉屏风散对肺脾气虚型支气管哮喘患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法 62例支气管哮喘患者以随机数字表法分研究组(31例)、对照组(31例),对照组给予玉屏风散,研究组在对照组基础上给予消积豁痰汤加减方剂治... 目的 分析消积豁痰汤加减联合玉屏风散对肺脾气虚型支气管哮喘患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法 62例支气管哮喘患者以随机数字表法分研究组(31例)、对照组(31例),对照组给予玉屏风散,研究组在对照组基础上给予消积豁痰汤加减方剂治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月后评价效果。比较两组中医症状评分、肺功能及临床疗效,对比两组外周血因子、体液免疫因子、细胞免疫因子变化情况,记录两组治疗期间不良事件发生情况。结果 两组治疗后的主症、次症中医证候评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的主症、次症中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后第1秒用力肺活量(forced expiratory volume in the first second, FEV1)/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity, FVC)均高于治疗前,最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow, PEF)变化率与FEV1变化率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的FEV1/FVC高于对照组,PEF变化率与FEV1变化率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(96.77%,30/31)高于对照组(77.42%,24/31)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清干扰素γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的IFN-γ、IL-4、TGF-β、IL-17均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后外周血中免疫球蛋白E(immunoGlobin E,IgE)、IgG、IgM均低于治疗前,补体C3、C4均高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的IgE、IgG、IgM均低于对照组,C3、C4均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后辅助性T细胞1(Helper T cell 1,Th1)/Th2、Th17/调节性T细胞(Regulatory T cells, Treg)均低于治疗前,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg均低于对照组,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总不良事件发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 消积豁痰汤加减联合玉屏风散治疗肺脾气虚证支气管哮喘可改善临床症状及肺功能,增强治疗效果,改善患者外周血因子分泌及免疫功能,且安全性良好。 展开更多

Deposition-precipitation(DP)method is commonly used to prepare the supported metal catalysts.In this study,the modification effect of the mild DP method on the photocatalytic performance of TiO_(2)was investigated.The TiO_(2)samples with DP treatment,as well as Au/TiO_(2)prepared under the same conditions,showed enhanced photocatalytic performance of the degradation of methylene blue(MB).·OH generated by photoexcited holes is identified as the main intermediate reactive species during the degradation reaction.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)show that TiO_(2)(A)-17 after DP treatment has the most amount of surface OH^(-)_(ad)species.The presence of surface OH^(-)_(ad)species not only changes the surface zeta potential,favoring the attraction of cationic MB;but also depresses the electron-hole recombination,favoring photodegradation of MB by hole-produced·OH.An implication of these findings is that the modification of support properties should be taken into account while preparing supported metal catalysts using DP methods. 展开更多

Objective To observe the value of long TR three-dimensional inversion recovery sequence with real reconstruction(3D real IR)for quantifying inner ear endolymphatic hydrops(EH).Methods Totally 46 Ménière's disease(MD)patients and 21 healthy volunteers were prospectively enrolled.MR scanning for inner ear based on 3D real IR and 3D fluid attenuated inversion recovery(3D FLAIR)sequence 4—6 h after administration of contrast agents were performed.The imaging qualities were scored and compared between groups.The endolymphatic space area and the membranous labyrinth area of cochlea and vestibule,as well as endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage were calculated,the present or not of EH and the grade of EH were evaluated.EH inner ears of MD patients were enrolled in EH group,while inner ears of healthy volunteers were taken as controls(control group).The endolymphatic space area,membranous labyrinth area and endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage of cochlea and vestibule were compared between groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to calculate the diagnostic efficacy of the above indexes.Results Cochlear and/or vestibular EH were detected in 56 ears,including cochlear EH in 52 ears and vestibular EH in 45 ears among 46 MD patients(EH group),but not in 42 ears in control group.The subjective quality scores of 3D real IR images were higher than those of 3D-FLAIR(both P<0.05).Quantitative analysis based on 3D real IR images revealed that,compared with control group,significantly larger endolymph areas and endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentages in both cochlea and vestibule were found in EH group(all P<0.001).The area under the curve(AUC)of cochlear or vestibular endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage for identifying inner ear EH was 0.999 and 0.985,respectively.Taken 13.64%and 24.13%as the critical value of cochlear or vestibular endolymph,the specificity was 100%and 92.86%,respectively,and the sensitivity was 96.43%and 96.43%,respectively.Conclusion MR long TR 3D real IR was helpful to quantifying inner ear EH. 展开更多

An eco-friendly superhydrophobic protective film(DTMS/TEOS silane film)was fabricated on sintered NdFeB substrate through the utilization of electrochemically assisted deposition technology.The structure,properties,and film-forming mechanism of dodecyltrime-thoxysilane(DTMS)/tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)silane films were comprehensively analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Based on the test results,it can be determined that this film has a superhydrophobic property with a hydrophobicity angle of 152°.This special property can be attributed to the long alkyl chains in the DTMS molecule,the rough morphology,and the low surface energy of the DTMS/TEOS silane film.The surface of sintered NdFeB is coated with a layered three-dimensional network silane film that forms through the condensation of silanol substances.This film provides excellent corrosion resistance to the sintered NdFeB substrate,reducing its corrosion current density to 2.02×10~(-6)A/cm~2.Moreover,the impact of film on the magnetic characteristics of sintered NdFeB was assessed and found to be minimal. 展开更多

Using interface engineering,a highly efficient catalyst with a shell@core structure was successfully synthesized by growing an amorphous material composed of Ni,Mo,and P on Cu nanowires(Ni-MoP@CuNWs).This catalyst only requires an overpotential of 35 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).The exceptional hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activity is attributed to the unique amorphous rod-like nature of NiMoP@CuNWs,which possesses a special hydrophilic feature,en-hances mass transfer,promotes effective contact between the electrode and electrolyte solution,and exposes more active sites during the catalytic process.Density functional theory revealed that the introduction of Mo weakens the binding strength of the Ni site on the catalyst surface with the H atom and promotes the desorption process of the H_(2) product significantly.Owing to its facile syn-thesis,low cost,and high catalytic performance,this electrocatalyst is a promising option for com-mercial applications as a water electrolysis catalyst. 展开更多

Mill vibration is a common problem in rolling production,which directly affects the thickness accuracy of the strip and may even lead to strip fracture accidents in serious cases.The existing vibration prediction models do not consider the features contained in the data,resulting in limited improvement of model accuracy.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional multi-modal cold rolling vibration time series prediction model(MDMMVPM)based on the deep fusion of multi-level networks.In the model,the long-term and short-term modal features of multi-dimensional data are considered,and the appropriate prediction algorithms are selected for different data features.Based on the established prediction model,the effects of tension and rolling force on mill vibration are analyzed.Taking the 5th stand of a cold mill in a steel mill as the research object,the innovative model is applied to predict the mill vibration for the first time.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient(R^(2))of the model proposed in this paper is 92.5%,and the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 0.0011,which significantly improves the modeling accuracy compared with the existing models.The proposed model is also suitable for the hot rolling process,which provides a new method for the prediction of strip rolling vibration. 展开更多

The classification of infrasound events has considerable importance in improving the capability to identify the types of natural disasters.The traditional infrasound classification mainly relies on machine learning algorithms after artificial feature extraction.However,guaranteeing the effectiveness of the extracted features is difficult.The current trend focuses on using a convolution neural network to automatically extract features for classification.This method can be used to extract signal spatial features automatically through a convolution kernel;however,infrasound signals contain not only spatial information but also temporal information when used as a time series.These extracted temporal features are also crucial.If only a convolution neural network is used,then the time dependence of the infrasound sequence will be missed.Using long short-term memory networks can compensate for the missing time-series features but induces spatial feature information loss of the infrasound signal.A multiscale squeeze excitation–convolution neural network–bidirectional long short-term memory network infrasound event classification fusion model is proposed in this study to address these problems.This model automatically extracted temporal and spatial features,adaptively selected features,and also realized the fusion of the two types of features.Experimental results showed that the classification accuracy of the model was more than 98%,thus verifying the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model. 展开更多

Past studies reveal the prevalence of anxiety,coupled with low motivation and disengagement among students in English-medium instruction(EMI)programs.Given the detrimental impact these negative emotions can have on learning outcomes,it is imperative that teachers establish positive emotional rapport with their students.This study explores how experienced and highly rated EMI lecturers at a Chinese university’s overseas campus use communication strategies to build rapport with their students during interactive academic activities.It identifies the strategies used by these lecturers and examines how the strategies facilitate the teaching-learning process.The data,consisting of 10 hours of tutorials and 10 hours of supervisor-student supervision meetings,is analyzed using an adapted Conversation Analysis(CA)approach.The analysis reveals three types of communication strategies(CSs)frequently used by lecturers:back-channeling,codeswitching,and co-creation of messages.By employing these strategies,the lecturers established a strong rapport with the students,which created an encouraging and supportive learning environment.Consequently,this positive atmosphere facilitated students’learning of content knowledge through English.The findings of this study have implications for the training of lecturers who encounter difficulties in establishing rapport with multilingual students in the EMI setting. 展开更多

目的评价电阻抗法分析化痰消积方结合聚乙交酯丙交酯(Poly ethyl acetate lactide,PGLA)埋线、易医脐针治疗腹型肥胖的临床疗效及对脂联素、内脂素水平的影响。方法研究共纳入96例腹型肥胖患者,均来源自于2019年1月—2021年1月医院中医... 目的评价电阻抗法分析化痰消积方结合聚乙交酯丙交酯(Poly ethyl acetate lactide,PGLA)埋线、易医脐针治疗腹型肥胖的临床疗效及对脂联素、内脂素水平的影响。方法研究共纳入96例腹型肥胖患者,均来源自于2019年1月—2021年1月医院中医科。按照治疗方式的不同分为PGLA埋线组(32例)、埋线+脐针组(32例)、观察组(32例),PGLA埋线组采用PGLA埋线治疗,埋线+脐针组在PGLA埋线治疗的同时,采用易医脐针治疗,观察组在埋线+脐针组治疗的基础上,口服化痰消积方治疗。3组分别治疗12周。观察3组入组前、治疗8周后胃热湿阻证中医证候积分变化,采用生物电阻抗原理测量内脏脂肪面积(Visceral fat area,VFA)、体脂含量(Body fat,BF)、体脂率(Body fat rate,PBF),并测量腰围(Waist circle,WC),计算身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)。采用全自动分析生化仪检测甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C)水平,脂联素和内脂素水平,比较治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组(P<0.05);埋线+脐针组治疗后中医证候积分低于PGLA埋线组,观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组(P<0.05);埋线+脐针组治疗后VFA、BF、PBF、WC、BMI水平低于PGLA埋线组,观察组治疗后VFA、BF、PBF、WC、BMI水平低于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组(P<0.05);埋线+脐针组治疗后血脂指标TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于PGLA埋线组,HDL-C水平高于PGLA埋线组。观察组治疗后血脂指标TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组,HDL-C水平高于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组(P<0.05);埋线+脐针组治疗后脂联素水平高于PGLA埋线组,内脂素水平低于PGLA埋线组。观察组治疗后脂联素水平高于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组,内脂素水平低于PGLA埋线组、埋线+脐针组(P<0.05)。结论化痰消积方结合PGLA埋线、易医脐针治疗可降低腹型肥胖患者的中医证候积分,改善脂肪的沉积和分布、脂肪代谢因子和血脂指标,提高整体治疗疗效,值得进一步研究探讨。 展开更多

The details of the algorithm are as follows:the control points set, containing correct phase unwrapping points on the subsidence basin edge generated by D-InSAR and several observation points (near the maximum subsidence and inflection points), was established at first; genetic algorithm (GA) was then used to optimize the parameters of probability integral method; at last, the surface subsidence was deduced according to the optimum parameters. The results of the experiment in Huaibei mining area, China, show that the presented method can generate the correct mining subsidence basin with a few surface observations, and the relative error of maximum subsidence point is about 8.3%, which is much better than that of conventional D-InSAR (relative error is 68.0%). 展开更多

Sedum alfredii Hance has been identified as a new Zn-hyperaccumulator native to China. In this study, responses and metal accumulation of S alfredii were examined under Zn/Cd complex polluted conditions. The results showed that optimal growth of S alfredii in terms of the maximum dry matter yield was observed at Zn/Cd complex level of 500/100 mumol/L. Plant cadmium (Cd) or zinc (Zn) concentrations increased with increasing Cd or Zn supply. During the 20 d treatment, the highest Cd concentration in the leaves reached 12.1 g/kg at Zn/Cd level of 50/400 mumol/L and that of Zn in the stems was 23.2 g/kg at Zn/Cd level of 1000/50 mumol/L. The distribution of Cd in different plant parts decreased in the order: leaf > stem greater than or equal to root, whereas that of Zn was: stem > leaf greater than or equal to root. The accumulation of Cd and Zn in the shoots and roots of S. alfredii increased with the increasing of Zn/Cd supply levels, peaked at Zn/Cd levels of 250/400 and 500/100 mumol/L, respectively. The highest Cd and Zn uptake by the shoots was approximately 5 and 11 mg/plant, and was over 20 and 10 times higher than those in the roots, respectively. Zn supply at levels less than or equal to 500 mumol/L increased plant Cd concentrations, whereas high Zn supply decreased root Cd but did not affect leaf Cd concentrations in S alfredii Low Cd supply increased Zn concentration in the leaves, but Cd supply higher than 50 mumol/L considerably reduced root Zn concentrations, especially at low Zn level. These results indicate that S. alfredii can tolerate high Zn/Cd complex levels and has an extraordinary ability to hyperaccumulate not only Zn but also Cd. It could provide a new valuable plant material for understanding the mechanisms responsible for co-hyperaccumulation of Zn and Cd as well as for phytoremediation of the Cd/Zn complex polluted soils. 展开更多

Theresults show that a higher initial ammonium concentration in a certain range can enhance the mass transfer process. pH of leachingagent in the range of 2 to 8 almost has no effect on the mass transfer efficiency of RE, but plays a positive role in the mass transferefficiency of Al under strong acidic condition (pH〈4). There is an optimum flow rate that makes the highest mass transfer efficiency.The optimum leaching condition of RE is the leaching agent pH of 4?8, ammonium concentration of 0.4 mol/L and flow rate of0.5 mL/min. The mass transfer efficiencies of RE and Al both follow the order: (NH4)2SO4〈NH4Cl〈NH4NO3, implying thecomplexing ability of anion. 展开更多

In order to improve the tribological properties of titanium alloys,the in-situ TiN coatings were prepared by electrospark deposition(ESD) on the surface of TC11 titanium alloy.The effects of nitrogen flux on the microstructure and tribological properties of TiN coatings were investigated.The results show that the coating is relative thin when the nitrogen flux is small and mainly consists of Ti2N,α-Ti,Ti O and TiN phases,and the metastable phase of Ti2N is developed due to the rapid solidification of ESD.While in excessive nitrogen flux condition,many micro-cracks and holes might be generated in the coating.In moderate nitrogen flux,the coating is mainly composed of TiN phase,and is dense and uniform(50-55 μm).The average hardness is HV0.2 1165.2,which is 3.4 times that of the TC11 substrate.The TiN coatings prepared in moderate nitrogen flux perform the best wear resistance.The wear loss of the coating is 0.4 mg,which is 2/9 that of the TC11 substrate.The main wear mechanisms of the coatings are micro-cutting wear accompanied by multi-plastic deformation wear. 展开更多

Reef-bank reservoirs are an important target for petroleum exploration in marine carbonates and also an essential supplemental area for oil and gas production in China. Due to the diversity of reservoirs and the extreme heterogeneity of reef-banks, it is very difficult to discriminate the sedimentary facies and lithologies in reef-bank reservoirs using conventional well logs. The borehole image log provides clear identification of sedimentary structures and textures and is an ideal tool for discriminating sedimentary facies and lithologies. After examining a large number of borehole images and cores, we propose nine typical patterns for borehole image interpretation and a method that uses these patterns to discriminate sedimentary facies and lithologies in reeI^bank reservoirs automatically. We also develop software with user-friendly interface. The results of applications in reef-bank reservoirs in the middle Tarim Basin and northeast Sichuan have proved that the proposed method and the corresponding software are quite effective. 展开更多

An in situ method was designed to measure a continuous open circuit potential (OCP) curve of AZ31 magnesium alloy and to observe the morphology variation of Ni-P coating during the process of the electroless plating. The deposition mechanism of the electroless Ni-P plating on AZ31 Mg alloy was studied by OCP curve, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS). The process of electroless Ni-P plating contains the coating formation stage and the coating growth stage. The formation stage includes three procedures, i.e., the nucleation and growth of Ni crystallites, the extension of the coating in two-dimensional (2D) direction and the coalescence of the coating along three-dimensional (3D) direction. SEM investigations demonstrate that the spherical nodules of the Ni-P coating are not only formed during the coating growth stage, but also generated in the initial deposition stage of electroless Ni-P plating. The variation of the coating rates at different deposition stages corresponds to the deposition mechanism of their respective deposition stage. 展开更多

The characteristics of hot filament chemical vapor deposition(HFCVD) diamond films are significantly influenced by the deposition parameters, such as the substrate temperature, total pressure and carbon concentration. Orthogonal experiments were introduced to study the comprehensive effects of such three parameters on diamond films deposited on WC-Co substrates. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and Raman spectrum were employed to analyze the morphology, growth rate and composition of as-deposited diamond films. The morphology varies from pyramidal to cluster features with temperature decreasing. It is found that the low total pressure is suitable for nano-crystalline diamond films growth. Moreover, the substrate temperature and total pressure have combined influence on the growth rate of the diamond films. 展开更多
