[Method] The research was made by comparison, according to the development impetus. [Result] The results show that foreign agricultural informatization is mainly divided into three categories: the first category is the government leading; the second category is the industry self-help; the third category is typical demonstration. Since the reform and opening, Chinese agricultural informatization has made considerable achievements. [Conclusion] The agricultural informatization is significant to promote the update of the traditional agriculture, and it is also essential to Chinese agricultural sustainability.展开更多

Methods: Seventy-one patients with primary dysmenorrhea were enrolled to receive moxibustion and infrared to detect the heat-sensitization of Guanyuan (CV 4). The results were then analyzed and compared. Results: The infrared radiation showed a lower temperature when the acupoint Guanyuan (CV4) was sensitized in patients with primary dysmenorrhea. Compared with moxibustion sensation, its sensitivity rate (real positive rate) was 76.6%, divergence rate (real negative rate) was 70.1%, and the accuracy rate was 74.6%. After giving moxibustion to Guanyuan (CV4), the infrared radiation area was significantly expanded longitudinally and transversely. Compared with moxibustion test, the sensitivity rate (real positive rate) of infrared test was 78.7%, divergencerate (real negative rate) was 83.3%, and the accuracy rate was 80.3%. Conclusion: To a certain extent, the heat-sensitization of the acupoint Guanyuan (CV4) in patients with primary dysmenorrhea can be revealed by infrared thermography. The acupoint heat-sensitization phenomena (heat extension or transmission) after giving moxibustion to the heat-sensitized acupoints can also be demonstrated objectively by infrared thermography, besides experienced subjectively by the receivers.展开更多

Methods: Two groups of 60 outpatients diagnosed with neck pain were suited to the manipulation and each group was 30 cases. The diagnosis of neck pain was made with conventional clinical evaluation, including history, palpation examinations, CT scan and X-ray. Group A received a manipulation of obliquely pulling the neck. While group B received manipulation of pulling the rotated and located neck. Subjects received a maximum of 10 treatments over a 3-week treatment period. Both treatment groups were assessed with subjective (cervicodynia, neck discomfort, upper limb numbness, vertigo and tinnitus) and objective (cracking sounds). The cracking sounds during two of the manipulations were recorded by a microphone positioned at both sides of the neck. The sounds were compared in patients of two groups. Statistical analysis was conducted with a one-factor within subjects analysis of variance tests and descriptive statistic. Results: Analysis of the subjective indicated that the cases with upper limb numbness were reduced from 12 to 6 in group 2, while the cases with vertigo and tinnitus were reduced from 13 to 4 in group 1. Analysis of the objective indicated two kinds of neck rotary manipulations act not only on the rotary-side facet joints, but on the opposite to the rotary side only in a few cases. The results showed that manipulation of pulling the rotated and located neck has a small action range and centralized action points, while manipulation of obliquely pulling the neck has many action segments and discentralized action points. Conclusion: It was concluded that the rotary manipulations act mainly on the rotary side, not on the opposite, and that manipulation of obliquely pulling the neck has a wider action range and a better therapeutic effect on cervical upper segment lesions, while manipulation of pulling the rotated and located neck has a limited action range and is suitable for cervical lower segment lesions. There were some relations between the joint sounds during the manipulation and clinical curative effect.展开更多

Methods One hundred and sixty cases of gout were randomized into an acupuncture group (80 cases) and an Indomethachin group (80 cases). In the acupuncture group, acupuncture was applied to Zusanli(足三里 ST 36), SanyTnjiao (三阴交 SP 6), Quchi (曲池LI 11), Xuehai (血海 SP 10), Yanglingquan (阳陵泉 GB 34) and Ashi points (阿是穴). Additionally, infrared irradiation was used in the local area. The treatment was given once daily. In the Indomethachin group, Indomethachin was taken orally, 25 mg each time, three times per day. The treatment lasted for 5 days in either group. Separately, before and after treatment, pain severity and the levels of blood uric acid (BUA), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were detected. Additionally, the efficacy and the impacts on liver function were assessed. Results The cured rate was 52.5% (42/80) in the acupuncture group, which was superior to 22.5% (18/80) in the Indomethachin group (P〈0.01). In the acupuncture group, the analgesic efficacy was better than that in the Indomethachin group (P〈0.01) and the effect on reducing BUA and ERS levels was same as that in the Indomethachin group (all P〉0.05). After treatment, ALT and AST levels had no changes in the acupuncture group, but they increased apparently in the Indomethachin group (all P〈0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation achieves a superior efficacy on acute gouty arthritis as compared with oral medication of Indomethachin and the therapy provides a significant effect on analgesia and does not bring the damage of liver function.展开更多
