中国历史文选课是一门承传中华文化的基础课程,意义极为重大。从20世纪20年代陈垣在北京大学开设中国历史名著选读课开始,中国历史文选课已然走过100个春秋,其间成就瞩目,但也存在着教材杂乱不利规范教学的隐患,因此中国历史文选的课程... 中国历史文选课是一门承传中华文化的基础课程,意义极为重大。从20世纪20年代陈垣在北京大学开设中国历史名著选读课开始,中国历史文选课已然走过100个春秋,其间成就瞩目,但也存在着教材杂乱不利规范教学的隐患,因此中国历史文选的课程建设仍行进在路上。单元制革新型《中国历史文选》历经近40年的发展,进行过3次重大修改,旨在探索赋予中国历史文选课一个准确定位,即培养历史专业学生阅读和使用文献典籍能力的工具性的、独立的基础课程。单元制文选教材以单元的形式,涵盖经史子集、民族文献、考古文献,通过典籍概述、文章选讲、练习文选和通论4个层次的教学手段,力图对学生进行通史、史学史、文献学、古汉语等多门课程的综合训练,为提高学生阅读古籍能力提供切实的手段和保障。 展开更多

We should understand that within the range of the same cultural context, people have little difficulties in communicating with others; however, if we use the same way to treat the one who is under other cultural backgrounds, they tend to have misunderstanding or confliction, affecting the interaction and communication and causing undue loss. Business English translation is communication process and tools held between people speaking different languages to conduct commercial communication. Culture is a factor in translation that cannot be ignored, different nations have different historical backgrounds, manners, customs, cultural traditions, therefore, business English translation must understand the cultural differences between China and the West, and tried to make these differences disappear in the interpretation process and find the exact words in the target language, so exotic cultural can represented in the target language. 展开更多

City development is a result of many factors, of which land value is one of the major determinants. The past urban economics studies have shown that land value is largely determined by location factors such as distance from Central Business District (CBD) ignoring the non-location factors like time of purchase and neighbourhood infrastructures. Therefore, this paper attempts to establish the relative importance of location and non-location factors in the determination of residential land value by positing Onitsha, Nigeria as a case study. Eight hundred and fifty residential housing units were selected and questionnaire administered to the landlords through multi-stage sampling technique. The stepwise regression analysis results showed that non-location factors, especially, time of land purchase, contribute more to the variation in residential land values. The paper suggests the revision of the classical economic theories to represent the conditions of urban areas in developing countries . 展开更多

As a kind of new thing in the Internet economy, E-commerce can attract customers and expand sales efficiently; therefore, E-commerce becomes a powerful means by which enterprises can improve customer asset rapidly. However, compared with customer asset of traditional commerce enterprises, E-commerce enterprises customer asset is more liable to be affected by the surroundings, which will result in risk. On the other hand, though enterprises pay close attention to the study of customer asset risk of E-commerce enterprises currently, the academic circles have made little research in this respect, which is not helpful for enterprises to improve customer asset by applying for E-commerce, nor can meet the actual requirement for the development of academic circles. Therefore, the customer asset risk discernment of E-commerce enterprises has been studied in this paper, and case-based reasoning(CBR) has been applied to the discernment of the customer asset risk of E-commerce enterprise, which provides quantitative basis for customer asset risk management of E-commerce enterprises and conduces to the prevention of customer asset risk and the efficiency improvement of E-commerce. 展开更多

After a systematic review of 38 current intelligent city evaluation systems (ICESs) from around the world, this research analyzes the secondary and tertiary indicators of these 38 ICESs from the perspec- tives of scale structuring, approaches and indicator selection, and determines their common base. From this base, the fundamentals of the City Intelligence Quotient (City IOD Evaluation System are developed and five dimensions are selected after a clustering analysis. The basic version, City IQ Evaluation System 1.0, involves 275 experts from 14 high-end research institutions, which include the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the National Academy of Science and Engineering (Germany), the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, the Planning Management Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, and the Development Research Center of the State Council of China. City IQ Evaluation System 2.0 is further developed, with improvements in its universality, openness, and dy- namic adjustment capability. After employing deviation evaluation methods in the IQ assessment, City IQ Evaluation System 3.0 was conceived. The research team has conducted a repeated assessment of 41 intelligent cities around the world using City IQ Evaluation System 3.0. The results have proved that the City IQ Evaluation System, developed on the basis of intelligent life, features more rational indicators selected from data sources that can offer better universality, openness, and dynamics, and is more sen- sitive and precise. 展开更多

This paper utilizes multiple-case study method to present the motivations, modes and challenges of Finnish KIBS (Knowledge Intensive Business Service) firms in the process of internationalization to China. The case KIBS firms are in technical service and software industry. The study shows that the motivations of KIBS firms in internationalization are market entry, client following and cost saving. The modes of internationalization include local presence through WOE (Wholly Owned Enterprise) and JV (Joint Venture) establishment and service export through partnership. The challenges vary between the industries of the KIBS finns. In technical service industry, the firms confront an immature market with little appreciation and reluctant outsourcing of technical service by Chinese clients. Finnish technical service providers also encounter the challenges such as price sensitivity, short lead time and marketing dilemma. In software industry, the challenges are lowering the high pricing of services, building customer network and improving service product. Some practical solutions are taken to remedy the challenges by the case companies. 展开更多
