Effects of slurry pack cementation temperature on microstructure and wear resistance of Ti-Al co-deposited coating on copper plated nickel layer 被引量:2

In order to improve the wear resistance properties of copper substrate, a layer of electroplated nickel was firstly deposited on copper substrate, subsequently these electroplated specimens were treated by slurry pack cementation process with a slurry pack cementation mixture composed of TiO2 as titanizing source, pure Al powder as aluminzing source and also a reducer for titanizing, an activator of NH4Cl and albumen (egg white) as cohesive agent. The Ti-Al coating was fabricated on the surface of electro-deposited nickel layer on copper matrix followed by the slurry pack cementation process. The effects of slurry pack cementation temperature on the microstructures and wear resistance of Ti-Al coating were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the coating changed from NiAl+Ni3(Ti,Al) to NiAl +Ni3(Ti,Al)+Ni4Ti3 to Ni4Ti3+NiAl, and to NiAl+Ni3(Ti,Al)+NiTi with slurry pack cementation temperature ranging from 800 ℃ to 950 ℃ in 12 h. The friction coefficient of Ti-Al coating decreased and the hardness increased with increasing the slurry pack cementation temperature. The minimum friction coefficient was 1/3 and the minimum hardness was 5 times larger than that of pure copper. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for effective prevention of goat pox disease.[Method] 5 cases of infected goats were diagnosed for goat pox with microbiology examination.The poxes on their skin,rumen,reticulum,omasum,abomasum and submandibular lymph nodes,bronchial lymph nodes,lung and spleen were macroscopically and microscopically observed with pathanatomical and histopathological technique.[Result] Poxes on skin mainly showed ashen hemisphere state and gave prominence to the surface of skin; some cases had hemorrhage in the poxes and showed dark purplish red.Poxes on gastric mucosa showed ashen.Cytoplasmic inclusion body could be all observed in epithelial cells of the poxes and macrphages of lymph node,lung and spleen.[Conclusion] Poxes on skin,lung and the surface of gastric mucosa as well as cytoplasmic inclusion body in the epithelial cells of pox and the macrphages of lymphoid organs were the especial pathochanges of goat pox,which could be taken as the proof of goat pox's clinic diagnisis. 展开更多

To improve the ablation resistance of carbon/carbon(C/C)composites,a SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 double layer coating was fabricated by pack cementation and slurry-sintering method.The ablation resistance of the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating was tested under plasma flame above 2300°C.The results indicate that the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 double layer coating exhibits superior ablation resistance than the ZrC-ZrB2 single layer coating.After being ablated under the plasma flame for 20 s,the mass and linear ablation rates of the ZrC-ZrB2 coating are 0.89 mg/s and 15.3μm/s,while those for SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating are 0.09 mg/s and 24.15μm/s,respectively.During ablation,the SiC inner layer can generate SiO2 glass and result in the formation of ZrO2-SiO2 molten film.Compared with the ZrO2 molten film formed on the ZrC-ZrB2 coating surface,the ZrO2-SiO2 molten film with lower oxygen diffusion rate and viscosity enables the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating to have better self-healing ability.Therefore,the enhanced ablation resistance of the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating can be attributed to the formation of dense ZrO2-SiO2 molten film under the plasma flame. 展开更多

T-P-X parameters of two end-member magmas have been estimated several times, but usually estimations are based on phenocrysts assemblages. The water content and hydrogen isotope composition of continental lithospheric mantle and mantle-derived mafic igneous rocks in eastern China 被引量:1

The water contents of minerals and whole-rock in mantle-derived xenoliths from eastern China exhibit large variations and are generally lower than those from other on- and off-craton lithotectonic units. Nevertheless, the water contents of mineral and whole-rock in Junan peridotite xenoliths, which sourced from the juvenile lithospheric mantle, are generally higher than those elsewhere in eastern China. This suggests that the initial water content of juvenile lithospheric mantle is not low. There is no obvious correlation between the water contents and Mg~# values of minerals in the mantle xenoliths and no occurrence of diffusion profile in pyroxene, suggesting no relationship between the low water content of mantle xenolith and the diffusion loss of water during xenolith ascent with host basaltic magmas. If the subcontinental lithospheric mantle(SCLM) base is heated by the asthenospheric mantle, the diffusion loss of water is expected to occur. On the other hand, extraction of basaltic melts from the SCLM is a more efficient mechanism to reduce the water content of xenoliths. The primary melts of Mesozoic and Cenozoic basalts in eastern China have water contents, as calculated from the water contents of phenocrysts, higher than those of normal mid-ocean ridge basalts(MORB). The Mesozoic basalts exhibit similar water contents to those of island arc basalts, whereas the Cenozoic basalts exhibit comparable water contents to oceanic island basalts and backarc basin basalts with some of them resembling island arc basalts. These observations suggest the water enrichment in the mantle source of continental basalts due to metasomatism by aqueous fluids and hydrous melts derived from dehydration and melting of deeply subducted crust. Mantle-derived megacrysts, minerals in xenoliths and phenocrysts in basalts from eastern China also exhibit largely variable hydrogen isotope compositions, indicating a large isotopic heterogeneity for the Cenozoic SCLM in eastern China. The water content that is higher than that of depleted MORB mantle and the hydrogen isotope composition that is deviated from that of depleted MORB mantle suggest that the Cenozoic continental lithospheric mantle suffered the metasomatism by hydrous melts derived from partial melting of the subducted Pacific slab below eastern China continent. The metasomatism would lead to the increase of water content in the SCLM base and then to the decrease of its viscosity. As a consequence, the SCLM base would be weakened and thus susceptible to tectonic erosion and delamination. As such, the crust-mantle interaction in oceanic subduction channel is the major cause for thinning of the craton lithosphere in North China. 展开更多
