In order to analyze the effects of different cooperative mechanisms between a mobile device manufacturer and a mobile network operator ( MNO ), a Stackelberg structure is constructed. The manufacturer acts as a leader, while the MNO acts as a follower, i. e., a traditional retailer. Three cooperative mechanisms are considered: the manufacturer does not invest in developing the propriety function and software to support the infrastructure capacity of the MNO; the manufacturer invests in the development; the MNO offers a subsidy to encourage the manufacturer to invest in development. The results reveal that investing in the development can increase the profits of both the manufacturer and the MNO. Furthermore, if the MNO shares certain investment costs with the manufacturer, the MNO may charge higher prices of mobile connection services and mobile value-added services, and the profits of the two players may be enhanced. 展开更多

With the development of communication and ubiquitous computing technologies, context-aware services, which acquire contextual information of users and environment, have become critical applications providing customization in mobile commerce. Meanwhile, tourism has attracted increasing attention as a high value-added service and a hot academic topic. However, the research on how to provide tour services based on context-aware services is in fact still at an early stage, limited to concept elaboration, service framework discussion, prototype system development etc. In this paper, we summarized the previous researches on context-aware services to establish the research foundation, put forward a way of analyzing a tour planning problem with a modified model of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), and we applied an innovated Resource Constrain Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) mathematical model to solve the tour planning problem based on context information. Understanding the dynamic traffic and usage characteristics of data services in cellular networks is important for optimising network resources and improving user experience.Recent studies have illustrated traffic characteristics from specific perspectives,such as user behaviour,device type,and applications.In this paper,we present the results of our study from a different perspective,namely service providers,to reveal the traffic characteristics of cellular data networks.Our study is based on traffic data collected over a five-day period from a leading mobile operator's core network in China.We propose a Zipf-like model to characterise the distributions of the traffic volume,subscribers,and requests among service providers.Nine distinct diurnal traffic patterns of service providers are identified by formulating and solving a time series clustering problem.Our work differs from previous related works in that we perform measurements on a large quantity of data covering 2.2 billion traffic records,and we first explore the traffic patterns of thousands of service providers.Results of our study present mobile Internet participants with a better understanding of the traffic and usage characteristics of service providers,which play a critical role in the mobile Internet era. 展开更多

Supported by a new generation of mobile devices, e-commerce is now in the process of being converted into m-commerce. While the traditional fixed PC access to the Internet continues to be important, the mobile access appears to attract more people because of its flexibility. The purpose of this paper is to develop and analyze a mathematical model for capturing how e-commerce performance would be affected by the mobile access to the Internet, where the original paper by Sumita and Yoshii (2010) is extended for better reality. The traditional e-commerce via the fixed PC access is compared with m-commerce which accommodates both the fixed PC access and the mobile access. The distribution of the number of products purchased by time t and the distribution of the time required for selling K products are derived explicitly. Numerical examples are given for illustrating behavioral differences between m-commerce consumers and traditional e-commerce consumers. 展开更多

However, mobile users wonder if their cloud video data leakage or dynamic migration to illegal service providers. In this paper, we design a novel provable data possession protocol based on data geographic location attribute, which allows data owner to auditing the integrity of their video data, which put forward an ideal choice for remote data possession checking in the mobile cloud storage. In our proposed scheme, we check out whether the video data dynamic migrate to an unspecified location (such as: overseas) by adding data geographic location attribute tag into provable data possession protocol. Moreover, we make sure the security of our proposed scheme under the Computational Diffic-Hellman assumption. The analysis and experiment results demonstrate that our proposed scheme is provably secure and efficient. 展开更多

The suppliers disassemble the service requests of consumers into the sub-requests. Then suppliers respond the sub-requests cooperatively. Thus the Service Supply Chain (SSC) can be formed. But the existing bottom-up and up-bottom supply chain formation fashions cannot be adapted to the SSC in distributed environment of E-Commerce. Task Dependency Network is exploited to illustrate the service relationship among consumers and suppliers. The formation of SSC with some simulations is elaborated. Then the influence on the formation of SSC caused by the type of service suppliers, the quantities of MA and its variety in number is elucidated. 展开更多
