Effects of Planting Density, Duration of Disclosing Plastic Film and Nitrogen Fertilization on the Growth Dynamics of Rapeseed under No-tillage Cultivation

[ Objective] This study was to understend the optimized combination of planting density, duration of disclosing plastic film and nitrogen fertilization under no-tillage cultivation. [ Method] Quadratic polynomial regression and saturated D-optimal design were employed to investigate the effects of planting density, duration of disclosing plastic film and nitrogen fertilization on the dynamics growth of rapeseed under no-tillage cultivation.[ Result] Within the experimental range, the growth dynamics of no-tillage cultivated rapeseed assumed a rise-fall tend. For the effects to the growth dynamics of no-tillage cultivated rapeseed, nitrogen application amount was higher than planting density and duration of disclosing plastic film. The interaction effect between planting density and duration of disclosing plastic film was higher than that between nitrogen application amount and planting density, and between nitrogen application amount and duration of disclosing plastic film. [ Conclusion] The optimized combination of these factors for dynamic growth of rapeseed under no-tillage cultivation was determined to be： planting density of per hectare 154 925 individuals, duration of disclosing plastic film of 110 d, nitrogen application amount of 315 kg/hm^2.

Comparative Study on the Structural and Moisture Characteristics of Leaf from the Plantlets of Three Types of Ornamental Lilium brownii

[ Objective] The study was to compare the structural and moisture characteristics of leaf from the plantlets of three types of omamental lily（ Lilium brownii）. [ Method ] The paraffin sections of leaves of tested lily varieties were prepared and then observed under microscope, and the stomatal characteristics and moisture characteristics of tested lily varieties were measured. I Resaltl All the three ornamental lily varieties show isobilateral leaf, single layer of epicuticula and lower epidermis, and no obvious differentiation of palisade tissue and spongy tissue; their stomata distribute in lower epidermis, and the guard cells are dumbbell-shaped; all of these matedais present high moisture. For the leaf sick- ness, midrib sickness and mesophyll tissue sickness, the order was determined to be oriental lily 〉 Lilium/ongiflorum 〉 Asian lily; of the three types of ornamental lily, Ulium Iongiflorum has the largest stomatai aperture and Asian lily has the smallest; focusing the water potential and moisture, the turn was Asian lily 〉 oriental lily 〉 Lilium Iong＇fflorum. [ Condusion] The study may facilitate the artificial regulation of the growth conditions of the plantlets of ornamental lily.

论生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度的构建

现有制度体系下,生态环境损害赔偿磋商协议的执行保障依靠民事司法确认制度。生态环境利益的公益属性与民事权益的私益属性形成强烈反差,民事司法确认制度建构以私益为基础,难以满足生态环境利益救济的需要,基于现实需求,生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度亟待建立。在制度构建过程中,要明确生态环境损害赔偿司法确认制度与民事司法确认制度的差异,把握住生态环境利益的公益属性,将更好地实现受损生态环境利益的救济作为根本追求,以专业性为依托,从申请方式、管辖法院等五个维度完成制度核心的构建,进而保证受损生态环境利益救济的质量与效率。

Analyses of English demand in employment units

By using investigative means of marketing, this paper collects and analyzes the data of English demand of employment units for newly-graduated .graduates. Its research and analysis include six parts, namely, an overall analysis, an analysis of English demand according to the kind of employment units, according to trade, according to job, according to specialty and the five skills of ＂listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation＂. The supplied data tell the reality of the current English demand of employment units in China, which would also reflect the trend in the coming few years. The analysis of the data embodies the reality of college English teaching, discusses its advantages and disadvantages and puts forward reasonable suggestions on college English teaching and evaluation system.

Primary study on Nosema bombycis Infecting the Insect of Drosophila

[ Objective ] The aim of this study was to investigate the infectivity of Nosema bombycis to drosophila, which offered a new vision for systematical studies on the infection mechanism of Nosema bombycis, and also provided reference for the bio-control effect of Nosema bombycis. [ Method ] Nosema bombycis was used to feed wild type and mutant drosophila, and the morphological observation of Nosema bombycis in drosophila body fluid was also analyzed by calcofluor white M2R fluorescent staining. [ Result] Nosema bombycis could infect drosophila, and the number of Nosema bombycis in the infected mutant drosophila was higher than that in wild type drosophila. [ Conclusion ] Nosema bombycis can infect drosophila, which provides primary reference for studies on the infectivity of Nosema bombycis to other hosts and also lays a foundation for further study on the infection mechanism of Nosema bombycis.

On Formative Assessment in College English Teaching

高校图书馆参与第一代大学生支持服务的经验及启示——基于美国研究型大学图书馆的调查分析

我国高等教育进入普及化发展阶段,第一代大学生在校占比持续上升且受先赋性不利因素的影响,在学业、社交、校园生活等方面表现不足,部分教育收获较低。高校图书馆的适时介入与助推可显著减少高等教育对该群体的无效供给,有效改善其大学体验感和受教育经历。文章以美国研究型大学图书馆为研究对象,运用系统性文献研究方法,从Web of Science核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)检索文献中梳理美国图书馆学界参与校园支持的研究进展;运用网络调研方法,调查美国13所研究型大学图书馆的服务举措。立足我国第一代大学生非经济因素群体困境,借鉴国外图书馆的支持理念和服务经验,建议我国“211工程”和“985工程”高校图书馆从减少服务障碍、搭建同伴支持平台、尽早开展信息素养和财经素养教育以及合作组织高影响力教育活动5个途径开展支持服务,以融入大学“三全育人”体系,助力大学生成长成才、促进教育公平和高质量发展。

考虑滑面材质的碎屑流试验堆积特征分析

为分析高速远程滑坡运动与堆积特征,在室内设置物理试验模型,设计级配、坡角、碎屑流质量、滑面材质4种因素,分析各因素对碎屑流堆积特征的影响。研究结果表明:坡角减小、滑面更粗糙使部分颗粒堆积或滞留于坡面,颗粒堆积特征与颗粒完全堆积于坡底时相比存在差异;滑面材质与冲程等堆积特征基本呈负相关,坡角与堆积特征基本呈正相关,二者对堆积特征影响最大;碎屑流质量与堆积特征基本呈负相关,对颗粒堆积特征分布影响较小;级配与颗粒堆积特征无明显相关性。

English newspapers and magazines and the teaching of College English

Review and prospects: in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Journal of Southeast University (English Edition)

The twenty years history of Journal of Southeast University (English Edition) and its significant achievements are briefly reviewed. Based on the experiences accumulated over its twenty years, some suggestions for improving the quality of this English-language academic journal are proposed, including focusing on the report of the excellent disciplines of its sponsoring university, attracting high-level papers by giving the priority of publication, publishing special issues for experts and scholars at home and abroad, shortening publication period, and realizing the internationalization of the members of the editorial committee, etc.

College English autonomous teaching and learning research and practice

This paper intends to promote a college English autonomous teaching and learning approach by introducing the whole process of its implementation and feedback from the learners. The theoretical and practical framework of this approach is： with multiple autonomous learning research and practice models as its core, with process syllabus as its guidance, with task-based teaching as its essential principle, with group cooperation and reciprocal learning as its means, with extracurricular activities, online learning and self-access center as its learning environment, with formative assessment system as its guarantee and with cultivation of learners＇ comprehensive English practical skills and autonomy as its goal. The application of formative assessment in college oral English teaching

Teaching assessment is one of the most important components of college English teaching. The traditional assessment system over emphasizes the summative assessment, which used examinations as the main assessment method. An Exploration of the Interactive Web-based College English Teaching Model

In pace with the constant increase of exchange with other countries, the traditional teaching approach cannot meet the demand of modem education. But the communicative approach conforms to historical trends, focusing on students and developing their overall language ability to handle changes and solve problems. Proceeding from the tortuous course of teaching reform on English, analyzing theories of foreign language approaches and characteristics of communicative approach and researching into its strategies, the author aims to study how to spur teaching reform on college English towards great success.

中国留学生语言焦虑状况调查与分析——以胡弗汉顿大学中国留学生为例

外语学习者大都经历过语言焦虑,语言焦虑会给学生学业成绩造成负面影响,研究焦虑和学习者特征之间的关系,能够帮助我们从学习者的角度深入理解语言学习的过程。本研究试图找出学生语言焦虑的本质,以解释为什么一些学生文化适应的速度减缓甚至停滞。本研究将结合笔者在英国胡弗汉顿大学搜集整理的数据以及访谈,研究留学生的生活时间、学习专业、性别以及文化适应等变量如何影响学生语言焦虑,以期拓宽对语言焦虑的理解,并对中国留学生有一定的借鉴意义。

On fostering the autonomous learning ability in college English teaching
