In the theory of seasonal health preservation in the “Shoushi Qingbian”, it is believed that all five internal organs need to be calm, tranquil, and void of desire in all seasons. Specifically, the principle of nurturing the liver is to refrain from anger, the principle of nurturing the heart is to be good at restraining desires, the principle of nurturing the spleen is to eat less grain, the principle of nurturing the lungs is to nurture one’s breath, and the principle of nurturing the kidneys is to protect one’s essence. In the theory of dietary health preservation, the general principle is that the five tastes should not be excessive. Specifically, in the spring, less acid should be eaten and sweet food should be preferred;in the winter, bitter food should be preferred instead of salty food;in the summer, more spicy food should be eaten and less bitter food;in the autumn, spicy food can be reduced and acidic food can be added;in each season, a little salty and sweet food can be consumed with caution. This article aims to study the stipulations on seasonal health preservation in the “Shoushi Qingbian” and analyze the academic thought of health preservation, in order to provide ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in modern times.展开更多
