Backlash analysis of a new planetary gearing with internal gear ring

Due to low carrying capacity and short life of current ring reducer,we proposed a new planetary gearing with internal gear ring,which consisted of two stages.One was an involute planetary drive and the other was an N-type planetary drive with small teeth difference.The kinematic calculation was conducted based on the analysis of structural composition and working principle.Formulas of backlash calculation for the new planetary gearing were derived by using probabilistic theory and the analytical model was created at the same time.Then,main factors that affect the systematic backlash were introduced and the effects of manufacture error,misaligments and roller bearing parameters on the distribution of backlash were presented.The influence of gear backlash on systematic return difference was performed based on the backlash mathematic model proposed.The results show that the backlash is a little large,of which the backlash of bearing takes a greater part than two gearing stages.So we presented some practical methods to reduce the systematic backlash.

Lymphocytic esophagitis: Still an enigma a decade later

Lymphocytic esophagitis (LE) is a clinicopathologic entity first described by Rubio et al in 2006. It is defined as peripapillary intraepithelial lymphocytosis with spongiosis and few or no granulocytes on esophageal biopsy. This definition is not widely accepted and the number of lymphocytes needed to make the diagnosis varied in different studies. Multiple studies have described potential clinical associations and risk factors for LE, such as old age, female gender and smoking history. This entity was reported in inflammatory bowel disease in the pediatric population but not in adults. Other associations include gastroesophageal reflux disease and primary esophageal motility disorders. The most common symptom is dysphagia, with a normal appearing esophagus on endoscopy, though esophageal rings, webs, nodularities, furrows and strictures have been described. Multiple treatment modalities have been used such as proton pump inhibitors and topical steroids. Esophageal dilation seems to be therapeutic when dysphagia is present along with esophageal narrowing secondary to webs, rings or strictures. The natural history of the disease remains unclear and needs to be better delineated. Overall, lymphocytic esophagitis seems to have a chronic and benign course, except for two cases of esophageal perforation in the literature, thought to be secondary to this entity.

Analysis and Discussion of Fiber Motion in the Spinning Triangle of Ring Spinning

In order to analyze the effect of the spinning triangle on yarn structure,a shape model of the spinning triangle is established.The fiber motion in the spinning triangle can be divided into three stages,and the relationship between yarn structure and fiber duration as well as the force acting on the fibers in the three stages is analyzed.The fiber elongation in different location of the spinning triangle is variational.The difference is that the elongation of fiber in the middle spinning triangle is bigger than that in the edge of it and the difference will be amplified with the increase of spinning triangle width,which has an effect on the characteristic of yarns structure.Research results for further study on compact yarn structure and improving spinning frame structure provide theory basis.

One-pot Synthesis of 6-Hydroxyhexanoic Acid from Cyclohexanone Catalyzed by Dealuminated HBEA Zeolite with Aqueous 30% H_2O_2 Solution

The one-pot synthesis of 6-hydroxyhexanoic acid from cyclohexanone via the integrated Baeyer-Villiger oxida-tion and ring opening reaction catalyzed by dealuminated HBEA zeolite has been developed. Under optimized conditions,the cyclohexanone conversion and 6-hydroxyhexanoic acid selectivity are over 95%, respectively. The excellent catalyticperformance is attributed to the activation of carbonyl group of cyclohexanone and the fast hydrolysis and ring opening ofs-caprolactone by both Lewis acid and Br0nsted acid sites under aqueous conditions.

Gorenstein projective modules and Frobenius extensions

We prove that for a Frobenius extension, if a module over the extension ring is Gorenstein projective,then its underlying module over the base ring is Gorenstein projective; the converse holds if the frobenius extension is either left-Gorenstein or separable(e.g., the integral group ring extension ZZG).Moreover, for the Frobenius extension RA = R[x]/(x^2), we show that: a graded A-module is Gorenstein projective in GrMod(A), if and only if its ungraded A-module is Gorenstein projective, if and only if its underlying R-module is Gorenstein projective. It immediately follows that an R-complex is Gorenstein projective if and only if all its items are Gorenstein projective R-modules.

On Coleman Automorphisms of Extensions of Finite Quasinilpotent Groups by Some Groups

Let G be an extension of a finite quasinilpotent group by a finite group. It is shown that under some conditions every Coleman automorphism of G is an inner automorphism. The interest in such automorphisms arose from the study of the normalizer problem for integral group rings. Our theorems generalize some well-known results.

Influence of chelate ring size on the properties of phosphine-sulfonate palladium catalysts

Phosphine-sulfonate based palladium is one of the most extensively studied catalyst systems in olefin polymerization.This type of catalyst features six-membered chelate ring size,and can enable the copolymerizations of ethylene with a wide variety of polar monomers.In this contribution,we decide to investigate the influence of chelate ring size on the properties of phosphinesulfonate palladium catalysts.As such,a series of phosphine-sulfonate ligands and the corresponding seven-membered ring Pd(II)complexes[κ~2-(P,O)-2-(CH_2-PR_1R_2)-4-methylphenyl-sulfonato]Pd(Me)(DMSO)(Pd1,R_1=R_2=Cy,Pd2,R_1=R_2=o-Me O-C_6H_4;Pd3,R_1=Ph,R_2=2-[2,6-(Me O)_2C_6H_3]C_6H_4;DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide)were designed,prepared and characterized.These palladium complexes are moderately active when they were applied in ethylene polymerization and copolymerizations with methyl acrylate and butyl vinyl ether.However,their properties are greatly reduced from those of the classic six-membered ring phosphine-sulfonate palladium complex Pd2′.The experimental results indicate that the bigger chelate ring size can increase the ligand flexibility and damage the catalytic properties for the phosphine-sulfonate type palladium catalysts.

Formation of wavy-ring crack in drying droplet of protein solutions

The formations of desiccation cracks and their pattems in drying droplets of protein solutions are studied experimentally. The solvent evaporation causes the dehydration self-organization phenomenon in colloidal droplets, followed by the formations of desiccation cracks. Two categories of highly ordered crack patterns, which we name ＂daisy＂ and ＂wavy-ring＂, are identified in the drying droplets. We explore the shifting of crack patterns from the ＂daisy＂ to the ＂wavy-ring＂ by varying the concentration of protein droplets. The results show that the concentration correlates with the pattern of deposition film directly, and modulates the periodicity of the crack pattern. We investigate the formations and periodicities of these two kinds of crack patterns, and obtain the scaling law of periodicity of the ＂wavy-ring＂ crack pattern. The relationship between the deposition pattern and the highly ordered crack patterns is also examined. This study will help in understanding the formation mechanisms of crack patterns in drying droplets of protein solutions and assist the future design of crack patterns in practical applications.

Weak Gorenstein Cotorsion Modules

Let R be a ring and let be the class of strongly Gorenstein fiat right R-modules. We call a right R-module M a weak Gorenstein cotorsion module if M is in the class ⊥. Properties of weak Gorenstein cotorsion modules are investigated. It is shown that weak Gorenstein cotorsion R-modules over coherent rings are indeed weaker than Gorenstein cotorsion R-modules. Weak Gorenstein cotorsion dimension for modules and rings are also studied.

In this paper, we introduce a new class of ideals that is closely related to the class of （weakly） semiprimary ideals. Let I（R） be the set of all ideals of R and let δ ： I（R） → I（R） be a function. Then δ is called an expansion function of ideals of R if whenever L, I, J are ideals of R with J I, we have L δ（L） and δ（J） δ（I）. Let δ be an expansion function of ideals of R. Then a proper ideal I of R is called a δ-semiprimary （weakly δ-semiprimary） ideal of R if ab ∈ I （0 ≠ ab ∈ I） implies a ∈ δ（I） or b∈ δ（I）. A number of results concerning weakly δ-semiprimary ideals and examples of weakly δ-semiprimary ideals are given.
