At the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry,we have been able to incorporate genetic education into a four-year medical curriculum in a fully integrated fashion. Instead of traditional classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform today, it is the learning being full of joy, independent, cooperate, and exploratory ways of learning, experience of the joy of success, positive evaluation to the diversification students. Vigorous and harmonious classroom learning atmosphere stimulates the students to actively participate in classroom, explore, and apply knowledge to solve problems. In this case, students can gain self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-belief, the courage to cynically express them and to express their unique insight. In colleges and universities curriculum reform as an opportunity to introduce outward bound training in colleges and universities sports curriculum, not only can make the college students in the smooth finish school and get good physical and psychological education, and to the healthy positive attitude in the face of social reality, rational choosing, reasonable employment, by providing the best social services, fully realize their social values and personal goals to obtain satisfactory teaching effect. In the present era of job-oriented education how the accurate language learning and strengthening of skills facilitate one＇s career building is discussed here. The present paper focuses on independent, collaborative and supportive learning environment in the class to mould the reluctant learners. It also brings out the differences between conventional learning and technology assisted learning. In the midst of thousands of soft ware available, it is difficult for one to choose which is most suitable, to use friendly English learning process and which will be specific, more and more learners center and the need for such soft wares is given specific high light here.
