《汉书·艺文志》“杂家”蠡测

《汉书·艺文志·诸子略》有“九流十家”,杂家为其中“一家一流”。班固言杂家者流盖出于王官之议官,而周官议官后世无从可考,且汉以后历代志书杂家类书目变动极大,使后世学者对于杂家究竟为何种学派争论不休。襍与雑虽俱为今简体“杂”字之繁体,但二字本意尚有所区别,战汉时期所言杂家当写作襍家更为恰当。通过将战汉史料与《汉志》《隋志》对襍家定义对比研究后可发现,襍家与西汉早期之前的博士官特征极为相似,为襍家学者或即当时之博士。汉以后博士为儒者垄断,又武帝“罢黜百家”后儒家以外百家学皆为杂学,而诸子又皆有他名固称无需再易其名,原“博士家”也就是后来的襍家,再称博士之名已不再合宜,故刘、班以“襍家”名之。

元代科举韵书《文场韵略》简俗字问题论稿

《文场备用排字礼部韵略》系元代《礼部韵略》之修订本韵书,但注释文字中出现了大量的简俗字,这些俗字除元代新产生的外,多半是民间使用既久或前代字书韵书中出现的"简俗字",而在此书中得到整理和规范。所以,这些简俗字具有很强的规律性,大多有偏旁类推的特点,或是继承前代书籍中已有的简俗字,或是根据行草楷化而类推简化,体现了汉字演变的一般性规律。梳理这些简俗字在《礼部韵略》系韵书如《文场韵略》《魁本韵略》中的分布及其规律特征,从文字断代史的角度研究宋元时期汉字的变化发展情况,可为研究汉字的演变提供有价值的参考。

Context-Oriented Multi-RAT User Association and Resource Allocation with Triple Decision in 5G Heterogeneous Networks

In the upcoming 5 G heterogeneous networks, leveraging multiple radio access technologies(RATs) shows to be a crucial issue in achieving RAT multiplexing gain to meet the explosive traffic demand. For always best connection(ABC), users tend to activate parallel transmission across all available RATs. However from a system-wide perspective, this might not be optimal given the context of network load, interference and diverse service requirements. To intelligently determine how to use these multi-RAT access resources concurrently, this paper proposes a joint multi-RAT user association and resource allocation strategy with triple decision and integrated context awareness of users and networks. A dynamic game based ant colony algorithm(GACA) is designed to simultaneously maximize the system utility and the fairness of resource allocation. Simulation results show that it's more reasonable to make multi-RAT association decision from a system-wide viewpoint than from an individual one. Compared to max-SNR based and ABC based strategies, the proposed method alleviates network congestion and optimizes resource allocation. It obtains 39%~70% performance improvement.

Novel dynamic anti-collusion ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption scheme in 5G D2D environment

To share data securely with secure attribute revocation,anti-collusion,and dynamic user management in the 5G device-to-device(D2D)environment,a novel dynamic anti-collusion ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption(NDA-CP-ABE)scheme in the 5G D2D environment is proposed.On the basis of the ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption algorithm,fine-grained access control and secure attribute revocation are realized,and the confidentiality of data is guaranteed.A polynomial function is adopted in the ciphertext generation phase to realize dynamic user management.A random number is used to prevent a collusion attack among the legitimate user equipment(UE),revoked UE,and external network attackers.Finally,on the basis of the Diffie-Hellman problem,the NDA-CP-ABE scheme is formally proved,and the simulation performances are compared with those of similar schemes.The results show that data can be securely shared through a D2D channel with secure attribute revocation,anti-collusion,and dynamic user management.Moreover,compared with similar schemes,the NDA-CP-ABE scheme has higher efficiency in encryption,decryption,and storage.

从《国故论衡·文学总略》看章太炎的文学救国思想

章太炎在《文学总略》中谈到了他对文学独到的见解。然而关于他的文学的定义以及对文学的分类,不论在当时还是在今天都遭到了批评家们的辩驳与质疑。本文便从文本分析入手,结合太炎先生的时代背景,揭示出其文学观背后隐藏的文学救国思想,对批评者的质疑作一个回应,并为当下提供一些启示。

Poetry, Ellipsis, and Katherine Mansfield＇s ＂Special Prose＂

In this essay, the author proposes to explore Mansfield＇s ＂special prose＂ by examining the two issues raised in her journal entries： First, the phrase ＂perhaps not in poetry. No, perhaps in Prose＂ in her journal entry of 22 January 1916 shows that Mansfield plans to experiment with a kind of poetic prose, or in her own words--＂special prose＂. The profound affinity between the ＂special prose＂ and the notion of elegy, ＂a mournful poem for the dead＂ （OED, ＂elegy＂, n. sense 1）, calls attention to her work＇s decisive but still insufficiently examined relationship to poetry and her preoccupation with mortality. Second, the words ＂scraps＂, ＂bits＂, and ＂nothing real finished＂ in her journal entry of 19 February 1918 indicate that the mortal fragility she writes about in her ＂special prose＂ is closely bound up with verbal fragility, as embodied, for example, in the form of an ellipsis mark that she uses extensively elsewhere in her short stories. Her connection to poetry and her use of ellipsis marks will be discussed by looking at the impact of John Keats＇s poems on her own work and ＂The Canary＂ （1922）, the last story she completed before her death.

Problems and Solutions： A Cultural and Textual Approach to the E-C Translation of Response to Modernity-A History of the Reform Movement in Judaism

This paper reviews the translation process of Michael Meyer’s Response to Modernity-A History of the Reform Movement in Judaism. As the translator of this book, the author points out the problems confronted in the course of translation from the lexical, phrasal, sentential, and textual levels, meanwhile provides the corresponding translating strategies to solve these difficulties. The cultural strategy bridges the gap between the original work and the target language readers while the textual approach enhances the readability of the translated version. The translation of Response to Modernity into Chinese is of significant reference value for Chinese scholars dedicated to Jewish studies.

A unitary caring science resilience-building model:Unifying the human caring theory and research-informed psychology and neuroscience evidence

Resilience is the psychological capability to recover from difficulties quickly.Healthcare professionals are especially vulnerable to job-related stress and burnout.Unitary Caring Science is the framework for Watson’s Human Caring Theory,providing a philosophy of practice in healthcare.With the high rates of clinician burnout and psychological issues,it will be significant to unify the human caring theory with research-informed psychological and neuroscience evidence to develop clinicians’resilience-building strategies.The purpose of this article is to introduce a Unitary Caring Science Resilience Model and explain the science behind the core strategies based on Unitary Caring Science philosophy and the psychological and neuroscience research.This model includes six strategies:Embracing loving-kindness for self and others;Nurturing interpersonal and intersubjective connections/relations;Deepening a creative use of self and sense of belonging;Balancing self-learning,self-awareness,and an evolved selfconsciousness;Valuing forgiveness and releasing negativity;Inspiring and maintaining faith-hope.The caring-theory guided resilience-building strategies are proven to alleviate the depletion of clinicians’energy and emotions.Healthcare practices are challenging but rewarding.Clinicians can be emotionally,psychologically,and physically exhausted if they always consider themselves‘giving’and‘doing’institutional tasks without a sense of purpose or fulfillment.The practice can be rewarding if it becomes more aligned with clinicians’value to serve humanity.Through the unitary caring science resilience strategies,clinicians can build resilience as an antidote to clinician burnout and depletion.

Chinese multi-document personal name disambiguation

This paper presents a new approach to determining whether an interested personal name across doeuments refers to the same entity. Firstly,three vectors for each text are formed： the personal name Boolean vectors denoting whether a personal name occurs the text the biographical word Boolean vector representing title, occupation and so forth, and the feature vector with real values. Then, by combining a heuristic strategy based on Boolean vectors with an agglomeratie clustering algorithm based on feature vectors, it seeks to resolve multi-document personal name coreference. Experimental results show that this approach achieves a good performance by testing on ＂Wang Gang＂ corpus.

Chinese Language Learning Strategies Characteristic of Language Learners

The present paper analyzes the strategic choices for learning Chinese by 300 Hungarian university students. The survey summarizes the most often used Chinese language learning strategies and verbal language learning strategies of Hungarian language learners one by one. With the help of the method of multidimensional scaling, the survey got to the result that the preference of the general language learning strategies is characterized by a strong opposition. In the case of the choice and use of three strategies--the social, the meta-cognitive and the cognitive strategies, language learners prefer a combined choice or non-choice. While in the use of the emotional, compensation and memorization strategies, a strong opposition emerges. Those using memorization strategies less prefer the emotional and the compensation strategies. This is true vice versa as well, those using emotional strategies, use memorization and compensation strategies less often. While the relation of the general language learning strategies was characterized by a certain opposition, in the use of the verbal strategies a strict continuity could be detected. Hungarian language learners consider the use of almost all verbal strategies with few exceptions to be successful in their communication. The results of the Variables path analysis with Partial Least-Squares Estimation （LVPLS） model revealed all those connections that structurally exist among the three exogen background latent variables （language level, language learner style and the ascriptive background） and the two endogen latent variables （the language learning strategies and the verbal strategies）. All of these latent variables measured with several manifest variables of the second exogen background variables, the language learning style showed the biggest affect to strategy use, this variable influences the successfulness of the learning of Chinese most strongly.

Exploring English Language Learning Policies in Iran Based on Secondary School Course Books for Learning English in Light of Globalization and Culture

With the globalization of English, the macro and micro cultures of the users of English around the world interact intensively. Considering these conditions, the local and global cultural interface seems an important issue which needs to be clarified in the materials and books used for learning English. Thus, the focus of this study was to explore the language learning policy of the new Iranian English course book at high schools, Prospect 1, recently published and taught for a year in Iran, in light of globalization and culture. This qualitative study was conducted through carrying out semi-structured interviews. The participants of this study were 30 teachers of Ministry of Education, who had the experience of teaching Prospect I for a year and they were mostly chosen from Mashhad and the rest from other cities of Khorasan province, Iran. The interview contained four main questions which were posed to the teachers. The findings of the study indicate that the language learning policy of Iran need to pay more attention to the learners＇ intercultural communicative competence because it mainly attempts at teaching English language focusing on the home culture in the Iranian context. The article ends with some pedagogical implications and more recommendations for developing research studies.

Context Information and Fragments Based Cross-Domain Word Segmentation

A new joint decoding strategy that combines the character-based and word-based conditional random field model is proposed.In this segmentation framework,fragments are used to generate candidate Out-of-Vocabularies(OOVs).After the initial segmentation,the segmentation fragments are divided into two classes as "combination"(combining several fragments as an unknown word) and "segregation"(segregating to some words).So,more OOVs can be recalled.Moreover,for the characteristics of the cross-domain segmentation,context information is reasonably used to guide Chinese Word Segmentation(CWS).This method is proved to be effective through several experiments on the test data from Sighan Bakeoffs 2007 and Bakeoffs 2010.The rates of OOV recall obtain better performance and the overall segmentation performances achieve a good effect.

China's Common Interest Theory in the Context of International Strategy

Common interest is the shared and convergent parts of national interests in the state of inter-dependency, composed of common benefits and common threats, and provides the foundation for international cooperation under bilateral, multilateral and global frameworks. This paper will take the concept of common interest on the level of international politics as the core and supplement it with thoughts, ideas and practices of the CPC and China's government leaders to sort out innovations made in China's common interest theory and international strategic thoughts since 1989, as well as sum up the basic implications of China's common interest theory and the rules of its evolution so as to offer a brand new dimension for Marxist international strategic studies in China.
