The hot compression tests of 7Mo super austenitic stainless(SASS)were conducted to obtain flow curves at the temperature of 1000-1200℃and strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1)to 1 s^(-1).To predict the non-linear hot deformati...The hot compression tests of 7Mo super austenitic stainless(SASS)were conducted to obtain flow curves at the temperature of 1000-1200℃and strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1)to 1 s^(-1).To predict the non-linear hot deformation behaviors of the steel,back propagation-artificial neural network(BP-ANN)with 16×8×8 hidden layer neurons was proposed.The predictability of the ANN model is evaluated according to the distribution of mean absolute error(MAE)and relative error.The relative error of 85%data for the BP-ANN model is among±5%while only 42.5%data predicted by the Arrhenius constitutive equation is in this range.Especially,at high strain rate and low temperature,the MAE of the ANN model is 2.49%,which has decreases for 18.78%,compared with conventional Arrhenius constitutive equation.展开更多

The influence of deformation temperature and strain rate on the flow stress of Ti-6Al-2Zr-IMo-IV alloy was studied. Based on the experimental data sets, the high temperature deformation behavior of Ti-6A1-2Zr-IMo-IV alloy was presented using the intelligent method of artificial neural network (ANN). The results indicate that the predicted flow stress values by ANN model is quite consistent with the experimental results, which implies that the artificial neural network is an effective tool for studying the hot deformation behavior of the present alloy. In addition, the development of graphical user interface is implemented using Visual Basic programming language.展开更多

The algorithm is used to reduce the number of samples and the training time of SVM on large datasets, aiNet is an artificial immune system (AIS) inspired method to perform the automatic data compression, extract the relevant information and retain the topology of the original sample distribution. The output of aiNet is a set of antibodies for representing the input dataset in a simplified way. Then the SVM model is built in the compressed antibody network instead of the original input data. Experimental results show that the ai-SVM algorithm is effective to reduce the computing time and simplify the SVM model, and the accuracy is not decreased.展开更多

Experiment data processed by fast Fourier transform(FFT) were used to train the ANN to distinguish the two battlefield targets. The ANN classifier was performed by the special program based on the modified back propagation (BP) algorithm. The ANN classifier has high correct identification rates for acoustic and seismic signals of battlefield targets, and is suitable for the classification of battlefield targets. The modified BP algorithm eliminates oscillations and local minimum of the standard BP algorithm, and enhances the convergence rate of the ANN.展开更多

The algorithm is able to track the human face against a complex background and also works well when temporary occlusion occurs. We also obtain a very high recognition rate by averaging a number of samples over a long image sequence. [ Result] The gene sequence of BAC vector lost control function of single copy number in new plasmid pUC119-BAC and was copied through High-copy form. The gene sequence of BAC vector basic function was completely cutted off through single enzyme digestion and the control function of single copy could be recovered by auto-connection. [ Conclusion] The High-copy pUC119-BAC plasmid was used to copy and amplify high copy of basic function gene sequence in BAC vector, besides that it could be used to construct transfer vector of molecular cloned recombinant virus or BAC library.展开更多

METHODS: Patients undergoing bariatric surgery underwent liver biopsy and blood sampling during su...AIM: To determine if natural killer T cell (NKT) populations are affected in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). METHODS: Patients undergoing bariatric surgery underwent liver biopsy and blood sampling during surgery. The biopsy was assessed for steatosis and immunocyte infiltration. Intrahepatic lymphocytes (IHLs) were isolated from the remainder of the liver biopsy, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from the blood. Expression of surface proteins on both IHLs and PBMCs were quantified using flow cytometry. RESULTS: Twenty-seven subjects participated in thisstudy. Subjects with moderate or severe steatosis had a higher percentage of intrahepatic CD3+/CD56+ NKT cells (38.6%) than did patients with mild steatosis (24.1%, P = 0.05) or those without steatosis (21.5%, P = 0.03). Patients with moderate to severe steatosis also had a higher percentage of NKT cells in the blood (12.3%) as compared to patients with mild steatosis (2.5% P = 0.02) and those without steatosis (5.1%, P = 0.05). CONCLUSION: NKT cells are significantly increased in the liver and blood of patients with moderate to severe steatosis and support the role of NKT cells in NAFLD.展开更多

METHODS: In Japan, mature adults are offered regular check-ups for the prevention of ...AIM:To examine the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms in a large unselected general population in Japan. METHODS: In Japan, mature adults are offered regular check-ups for the prevention of gastric cancer. A notice was sent by mail to all inhabitants aged > 40 years. A total of 160 983 Japanese (60 774 male, 100 209 female; mean age 61.9 years) who underwent a stomach check up were enrolled in this study. In addition, from these 160 983 subjects, we randomly selected a total of 82 894 (34 275 male, 48 619 female; mean age 62.4 years) to evaluate the prevalence of abdominal pain. The respective subjects were prospectively asked to complete questionnaires concerning the symptoms of heartburn, dysphagia, and abdominal pain for a 1 mo period. RESULTS: The respective prevalences of the symptoms in males and females were: heartburn, 15.8% vs 20.7%; dysphagia, 5.4% vs 7.8%; and abdominal pain, 6.6% vs 9.6%. Among these symptoms, heartburn was significantly high compared with the other symptoms, and the prevalence of heartburn was significantly more frequent in females than in males in the 60-89-year agegroup. Dysphagia was also significantly more frequent in female patients. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of typical GERD symptoms (heartburn) was high, at about 20% of the Japan population, and the frequency was especially high in females in the 60-89 year age group.展开更多

Six isonitrogenous (crude protein 40%...A 56-day feeding trial was conducted to examine the dietary leucine requirement of juvenile Japanese seabass in sea- water floating net cages (1.5 m × 1.5 m × 2.0 m). Six isonitrogenous (crude protein 40%) and isoenergetic (gross energy 20 kJ g-1) diets were formulated to contain different concentrations of leucine (0.9%, 1.49%, 2.07%, 2.70%, 3.30% and 3.88% of dry matter). Crys- talline L-amino acids were supplemented to simulate the whole body amino acid pattern of Japanese seabass except for leucine. Three groups (30 fish individuals each, 8.0g±0.20g in initial weight) were fed to apparent satiation at 5:00 and 17:30 every day. During the experimental period, the water temperature ranged from 26 to 32℃ and salinity from 26 to 30, and the dissolved oxygen was maintained at 7mgL-l. The results showed that weight gain (WG), nitrogen retention (NR), feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) were significantly increased when dietary leucine was increased from 0.90% to 2.70% of dry matter, and then declined. WG was the highest when fish were fed D4 containing 2.70% of leucine. No significant differences were observed in body composition among dietary treatments (P 〉 0.05). Considering the change of WG, the optimum dietary leucine requirement of juve- nile Japanese seabass was either 2.39% of dry matter or 5.68% of dietary protein.展开更多

Focusing on data imbalance and intraclass variation,an improved pedestrian detection with a cascade of complex peer AdaBoost classifiers is proposed.The series of the AdaBoost classifiers are learned greedily,along wi...Focusing on data imbalance and intraclass variation,an improved pedestrian detection with a cascade of complex peer AdaBoost classifiers is proposed.The series of the AdaBoost classifiers are learned greedily,along with negative example mining.The complexity of classifiers in the cascade is not limited,so more negative examples are used for training.Furthermore,the cascade becomes an ensemble of strong peer classifiers,which treats intraclass variation.To locally train the AdaBoost classifiers with a high detection rate,a refining strategy is used to discard the hardest negative training examples rather than decreasing their thresholds.Using the aggregate channel feature(ACF),the method achieves miss rates of 35%and 14%on the Caltech pedestrian benchmark and Inria pedestrian dataset,respectively,which are lower than that of increasingly complex AdaBoost classifiers,i.e.,44%and 17%,respectively.Using deep features extracted by the region proposal network(RPN),the method achieves a miss rate of 10.06%on the Caltech pedestrian benchmark,which is also lower than 10.53%from the increasingly complex cascade.This study shows that the proposed method can use more negative examples to train the pedestrian detector.It outperforms the existing cascade of increasingly complex classifiers.展开更多
The optimal path planning for fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in multi-target surveillance tasks(MTST) in the presence of wind is concerned.To take into account the minimal turning radius of UAVs,the Dubins ...The optimal path planning for fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in multi-target surveillance tasks(MTST) in the presence of wind is concerned.To take into account the minimal turning radius of UAVs,the Dubins model is used to approximate the dynamics of UAVs.Based on the assumption,the path planning problem of UAVs in MTST can be formulated as a Dubins traveling salesman problem(DTSP).By considering its prohibitively high computational cost,the Dubins paths under terminal heading relaxation are introduced,which leads to significant reduction of the optimization scale and difficulty of the whole problem.Meanwhile,in view of the impact of wind on UAVs' paths,the notion of virtual target is proposed.The application of the idea successfully converts the Dubins path planning problem from an initial configuration to a target in wind into a problem of finding the minimal root of a transcendental equation.Then,the Dubins tour is derived by using differential evolution(DE) algorithm which employs random-key encoding technique to optimize the visiting sequence of waypoints.Finally,the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated through computational experiments.Numerical results exhibit that the proposed algorithm can produce high quality solutions to the problem.展开更多

Based on the interprovincial panel data of 2000–2014, this paper carries out an empirical analysis on the relationship between energy abundance and economic growth to test the theoretical hypothesis of ‘resource cur...Based on the interprovincial panel data of 2000–2014, this paper carries out an empirical analysis on the relationship between energy abundance and economic growth to test the theoretical hypothesis of ‘resource curse' and explore its transmission mechanism for China and its three regions. The results show that, at the national level, positive correlation is present between energy abundance and economic growth, proving that the ‘resource curse' phenomenon does not exist in China as a whole. Moreover, material capital input, human capital input and the level of opening to the outside world could promote economic growth, while technology innovation input may hinder economic growth. As seen by region, a positive correlation also exists between the energy abundance and economic growth in the eastern and western regions, and there is no ‘resource curse' phenomenon either. In all three regions, the human capital input could promote economic growth. Material capital input could promote economic growth in the eastern but hinder economic growth in the western region; the level of opening to the outside world could promote economic growth in the eastern region. It is known through further survey and analysis on the transmission mechanism of resource curse that, at the national level, material capital input, human capital input, and the level of opening to the outside world present positive correlation with energy abundance, indicating that energy development becomes an important transmission factor by strengthening material capital input and human capital input and raising the level of opening to the outside world. However, technology innovation input presents negative correlation with energy development. As seen by region, both the material capital input and human capital input present positive correlation with energy development strength in the three regions. Similar as the eastern region, the level of opening to the outside world presents positive correlation with energy industry development in the middle and western regions; however, the energy development presents negative correlation with technology input level in the western region.展开更多

The gene sequence of BAC vector basic function was completely cutted off through single enzyme digestion and the control function of single copy could be recovered by auto-connection. [ Conclusion] The High-copy pUC119-BAC plasmid was used to copy and amplify high copy of basic function gene sequence in BAC vector, besides that it could be used to construct transfer vector of molecular cloned recombinant virus or BAC library.

文摘AIM: To determine if natural killer T cell (NKT) populations are affected in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). METHODS: Patients undergoing bariatric surgery underwent liver biopsy and blood sampling during surgery. The biopsy was assessed for steatosis and immunocyte infiltration. Intrahepatic lymphocytes (IHLs) were isolated from the remainder of the liver biopsy, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from the blood. Expression of surface proteins on both IHLs and PBMCs were quantified using flow cytometry. RESULTS: Twenty-seven subjects participated in thisstudy. Subjects with moderate or severe steatosis had a higher percentage of intrahepatic CD3+/CD56+ NKT cells (38.6%) than did patients with mild steatosis (24.1%, P = 0.05) or those without steatosis (21.5%, P = 0.03). Patients with moderate to severe steatosis also had a higher percentage of NKT cells in the blood (12.3%) as compared to patients with mild steatosis (2.5% P = 0.02) and those without steatosis (5.1%, P = 0.05). CONCLUSION: NKT cells are significantly increased in the liver and blood of patients with moderate to severe steatosis and support the role of NKT cells in NAFLD.
文摘AIM:To examine the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms in a large unselected general population in Japan. METHODS: In Japan, mature adults are offered regular check-ups for the prevention of gastric cancer. A notice was sent by mail to all inhabitants aged > 40 years. A total of 160 983 Japanese (60 774 male, 100 209 female; mean age 61.9 years) who underwent a stomach check up were enrolled in this study. In addition, from these 160 983 subjects, we randomly selected a total of 82 894 (34 275 male, 48 619 female; mean age 62.4 years) to evaluate the prevalence of abdominal pain. The respective subjects were prospectively asked to complete questionnaires concerning the symptoms of heartburn, dysphagia, and abdominal pain for a 1 mo period. RESULTS: The respective prevalences of the symptoms in males and females were: heartburn, 15.8% vs 20.7%; dysphagia, 5.4% vs 7.8%; and abdominal pain, 6.6% vs 9.6%. Among these symptoms, heartburn was significantly high compared with the other symptoms, and the prevalence of heartburn was significantly more frequent in females than in males in the 60-89-year agegroup. Dysphagia was also significantly more frequent in female patients. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of typical GERD symptoms (heartburn) was high, at about 20% of the Japan population, and the frequency was especially high in females in the 60-89 year age group.

文摘A 56-day feeding trial was conducted to examine the dietary leucine requirement of juvenile Japanese seabass in sea- water floating net cages (1.5 m × 1.5 m × 2.0 m). Six isonitrogenous (crude protein 40%) and isoenergetic (gross energy 20 kJ g-1) diets were formulated to contain different concentrations of leucine (0.9%, 1.49%, 2.07%, 2.70%, 3.30% and 3.88% of dry matter). Crys- talline L-amino acids were supplemented to simulate the whole body amino acid pattern of Japanese seabass except for leucine. Three groups (30 fish individuals each, 8.0g±0.20g in initial weight) were fed to apparent satiation at 5:00 and 17:30 every day. During the experimental period, the water temperature ranged from 26 to 32℃ and salinity from 26 to 30, and the dissolved oxygen was maintained at 7mgL-l. The results showed that weight gain (WG), nitrogen retention (NR), feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) were significantly increased when dietary leucine was increased from 0.90% to 2.70% of dry matter, and then declined. WG was the highest when fish were fed D4 containing 2.70% of leucine. No significant differences were observed in body composition among dietary treatments (P 〉 0.05). Considering the change of WG, the optimum dietary leucine requirement of juve- nile Japanese seabass was either 2.39% of dry matter or 5.68% of dietary protein.

This experiment is "How can a small mobile robot approach to individuals distances of foreigners (non-Japanese) up to the point where foreigners (non-Japanese) do not feel like approaching any more". It focuses on a small mobile robot and identifies distances at which the robot can approach to individuals, particularly adult foreign male. This paper clarifies how the individual distances change by the robot's speed and angle of approach varies.

文摘Focusing on data imbalance and intraclass variation,an improved pedestrian detection with a cascade of complex peer AdaBoost classifiers is proposed.The series of the AdaBoost classifiers are learned greedily,along with negative example mining.The complexity of classifiers in the cascade is not limited,so more negative examples are used for training.Furthermore,the cascade becomes an ensemble of strong peer classifiers,which treats intraclass variation.To locally train the AdaBoost classifiers with a high detection rate,a refining strategy is used to discard the hardest negative training examples rather than decreasing their thresholds.Using the aggregate channel feature(ACF),the method achieves miss rates of 35%and 14%on the Caltech pedestrian benchmark and Inria pedestrian dataset,respectively,which are lower than that of increasingly complex AdaBoost classifiers,i.e.,44%and 17%,respectively.Using deep features extracted by the region proposal network(RPN),the method achieves a miss rate of 10.06%on the Caltech pedestrian benchmark,which is also lower than 10.53%from the increasingly complex cascade.This study shows that the proposed method can use more negative examples to train the pedestrian detector.It outperforms the existing cascade of increasingly complex classifiers.

文摘The optimal path planning for fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) in multi-target surveillance tasks(MTST) in the presence of wind is concerned.To take into account the minimal turning radius of UAVs,the Dubins model is used to approximate the dynamics of UAVs.Based on the assumption,the path planning problem of UAVs in MTST can be formulated as a Dubins traveling salesman problem(DTSP).By considering its prohibitively high computational cost,the Dubins paths under terminal heading relaxation are introduced,which leads to significant reduction of the optimization scale and difficulty of the whole problem.Meanwhile,in view of the impact of wind on UAVs' paths,the notion of virtual target is proposed.The application of the idea successfully converts the Dubins path planning problem from an initial configuration to a target in wind into a problem of finding the minimal root of a transcendental equation.Then,the Dubins tour is derived by using differential evolution(DE) algorithm which employs random-key encoding technique to optimize the visiting sequence of waypoints.Finally,the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated through computational experiments.Numerical results exhibit that the proposed algorithm can produce high quality solutions to the problem.

文摘The hot deformation behavior of Al?6.2Zn?0.70Mg?0.30Mn?0.17Zr alloy was investigated by isothermal compressiontest on a Gleeble?3500machine in the deformation temperature range between623and773K and the strain rate range between0.01and20s?1.The results show that the flow stress decreases with decreasing strain rate and increasing deformation temperature.Basedon the experimental results,Arrhenius constitutive equations and artificial neural network(ANN)model were established toinvestigate the flow behavior of the alloy.The calculated results show that the influence of strain on material constants can berepresented by a6th-order polynomial function.The ANN model with16neurons in hidden layer possesses perfect performanceprediction of the flow stress.The predictabilities of the two established models are different.The errors of results calculated by ANNmodel were more centralized and the mean absolute error corresponding to Arrhenius constitutive equations and ANN model are3.49%and1.03%,respectively.In predicting the flow stress of experimental aluminum alloy,the ANN model has a betterpredictability and greater efficiency than Arrhenius constitutive equations.

文摘Based on the interprovincial panel data of 2000–2014, this paper carries out an empirical analysis on the relationship between energy abundance and economic growth to test the theoretical hypothesis of ‘resource curse' and explore its transmission mechanism for China and its three regions. The results show that, at the national level, positive correlation is present between energy abundance and economic growth, proving that the ‘resource curse' phenomenon does not exist in China as a whole. Moreover, material capital input, human capital input and the level of opening to the outside world could promote economic growth, while technology innovation input may hinder economic growth. As seen by region, a positive correlation also exists between the energy abundance and economic growth in the eastern and western regions, and there is no ‘resource curse' phenomenon either. In all three regions, the human capital input could promote economic growth. Material capital input could promote economic growth in the eastern but hinder economic growth in the western region; the level of opening to the outside world could promote economic growth in the eastern region. It is known through further survey and analysis on the transmission mechanism of resource curse that, at the national level, material capital input, human capital input, and the level of opening to the outside world present positive correlation with energy abundance, indicating that energy development becomes an important transmission factor by strengthening material capital input and human capital input and raising the level of opening to the outside world. However, technology innovation input presents negative correlation with energy development. As seen by region, both the material capital input and human capital input present positive correlation with energy development strength in the three regions. Similar as the eastern region, the level of opening to the outside world presents positive correlation with energy industry development in the middle and western regions; however, the energy development presents negative correlation with technology input level in the western region.
