The result showed that spraying 3. 375 L/hm2 48% bentazon aqua could control the self-pollinated fertilization rate below 1.0% and survival plant rate was 0. The spray of bentazon would not influence MC526 pollen vitality. Seed setting rate of female parent was not obvious different from that of control group with spraying bentazon aqua more than 3. 375 L/hm^2 from the sprouting appearing period to full heading stage. This demonstrated that bentazon aqua had no influence on seed setting rate during florescence of female parent. The weight ratio between male parent seeds and female parent seeds was 1 to 5, then seeds from parents with that weight ratio would be mixedly planted for seed production. With this weight ratio, relative proper structure of panicle and grain would be obtained ,panicle ratio was 1 to 4.3, glumous flowers ratio was 1 to 3.5. This can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of computing resources. In this paper,we study the computing resource allocation strategy for one VBS by considering the non-negligible effect of delay introduced by switches. Specifically,we formulate the VBS's sum computing rate maximization as a set optimization problem. To address this problem,we firstly propose a computing resource schedule algorithm,namely,weight before one-step-greedy(WBOSG),which has linear computation complexity and considerable performance. Then,OSG retreat(OSG-R) algorithm is developed to further improve the system performance at the expense of computational complexity. Simulation results under practical setting are provided to validate the proposed two algorithms.展开更多

It was found that the...By means of density functional calculations, the structural and electronic properties of chemical modification of pristine and Ca-doped BeO nanotubes were investigated with NH3 and H20 molecules. It was found that the NH3 and H20 molecules can be adsorbed on the Be atom of the tube sidewall with the adsorption energies of about 36.1 and 39.0 kcal/mol, respectively. Density of states analysis shows that the electronic properties of the BeONT are slightly changed after the adsorption processes. Substitution of a Be atom in the tube surface with a Ca atom increases the adsorption energies by about 7.4 and 14.7 kcal/mol for NH3 and H20, respectively. Unlike the pristine tube, the electronic properties of Ca-doped BeONT are sensitive to NH3 and H20 molecules. Also, the Ca-doped tube is much more sensitive to H20 molecule than NH3 one.展开更多

METHODS All specimens obtained from 109 cases with ovarian cancer were fixed in ...OBJECTIVE To detect Mycoplasma hyorhinis in ovarian cancer tissues and the relationship between mycoplasma infection and ovarian cancer. METHODS All specimens obtained from 109 cases with ovarian cancer were fixed in freshly prepared 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin, and cut into 4-μm sections for insitu hybridization (ISH) and then detected with immunohistochemistry (IHC). The expressions of 16S rRNA and P37 protein from mycoplasma hyorhinis were detected respectively using ISH and IHC. SPSS 13.0 software was employed to analyze the relationship between the results of the study and clinical pathological materials. RESULTS The expression rate of mycoplasma hyorhinis 16S rRNA gene and P37 protein was 20.2% (22/109) and 43.1% (47/109 cases) in ovarian cancer tissues, respectively, but it was 0 (0/30 cases) in the normal ovarian tissues. The difference in mycoplasma infection ratio between ovarian cancer tissues and normal tissues was extremely significant (P 〈 0.001). Anyhow, we didn't found any association between the mycoplasma infection and clinical pathological characters. CONCLUSION There was a mycoplasma infection in ovarian cancer tissues, which may play a role in oncogenesis of ovarian cancer.展开更多
The research was conducted to develop a robot that can navigate a paddy in between rows or hills which were transplanted by the machine transplanter with equal distance. An initial prototype robotic battery-type weede...The research was conducted to develop a robot that can navigate a paddy in between rows or hills which were transplanted by the machine transplanter with equal distance. An initial prototype robotic battery-type weeder was manufactured and tested to navigate and control weeds in rice paddy fields, but a speed was so slow, and thus second engine-type prototype was developed. A working acreage for weed control has been attained at and up to 0.8 ha/day. Small and young weed seedlings were uprooted and destroyed by passive devices in between rows as well as hills. This robot was smoothly navigated in between rows on behalf of the guidance under camera and sensor systems and control weeds with mechanical by the use of implements such as passive rotary weeders and then weeds would be cut and buried into the soils. Also muddy water was generated during operation which was none penetrated by light for weed germination to occur. The authors concluded that the robotic was an effective alternative implement to control weeds in lowland rice paddy as long as this tool was systematically introduced into the rice fields at three time intervals, viz. 15-20 days, 25-30days, and 35-40 days after transplanting of rice seedlings.展开更多

In this regard, the effect of band non-parabolieity has been performed using the Luttinger-Kohn effective mass equation. The binding energies and the diamagnetic susceptibility of the hydrogenic impurity are computed as a function of the dot radius and different values of the pressure in the presence of conduction band non-parabolicity effect. The results we arrived at are as follows: the incorporation of the band edge non-parabolicity increases the binding energies and decreases the absolute value of the diamagnetic susceptibility for a given pressure and radius; the binding energies increase and the magnitude of the diamagnetic susceptibility reduces with increasing pressure.展开更多

This experiment evaluated the allelopathic potential of Murraya paniculata (L.) against four weeds viz., Bidens pilosa L., Amarathus spinosus L., Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) Beauv. and Chloris barbata Sw.. In laboratory test, aqueous extracts from M. paniculata leaves at concentrations of 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 g/L were tested on germination and seedling growth of the weeds. The extracts showed inhibitory effect, varying with weed species and extract concentration. Increase in concentrations increased the degree of inhibition. Concentration at 50 g/L and 100 g/L, completely inhibited seed germination of C. barbara and A. spinosus. Pot experiments were done in a glasshouse, with dry leaf powder as mulch on the soil surface at levels of 2, 4 and 8 t/ha. Dry leaf powder reduced the emergence and growth of all tested weeds, varying with dose and species. Chloris barbara is the most sensitive to M paniculata leaf mulch while E. crus-galli is the most resistant. These results suggest that M. paniculata had the potential lbr weed control and might be the source of a natural herbicide.展开更多

Fourteen patient...In this paper the results of skeletal traction and irrigation therapy (STIT) used for open fracture complicated with large-sized full-thickness skin-deficit and infection wounds (OFIW) were presented. Fourteen patients of OFIW were treated by the plaster cast and wound dressing (PCWD), and 30 patients of OFIW were treated by STIT. The results indicated that after one week of treatment, the white blood cell count in the STIT group, compared to 17. 6±l. 0×109/L from before treatment, returned to 8. 8±0. 8×109/L,and in contrast, the cell count of the PCWD group was about 13. 0±1. 4×109/L. All of wound exudate culture in the STIT group was negative, and those of 7 cases (7/14) in PCWD group were positive (P<0. 0l). The symptoms and signs such as pain, fever and septic exudate on the wound in the STIT group were much milder than those in the PCWD group. There were 5 cases (35. 7%) of toxicemia and septicemia, 2 cases (14. 3%) of osteomyelitis, 2 cases (14. 3 %) of amputation, 1 case (7. 1%) of delayed union and 3 cases (21. 4 %) of malunion in the PCWD group, and no complications in the STIT group.展开更多

The leaves of the plant have been reported to be used as stimulant, carminative, sudorific and also as a cure for parasitic cutaneous diseases besides the crude leaf extract is reported to be used against colic and stomach-ache. The leaves are the source of different alkaloids, terpenes and volatile oils having allelopathic effect. In view of this the present work was carried out with an aim to investigate the allelopathic effect upon germination of rice (Oryza sativa L.). The result indicated that the higher concentration of the leaf leachate could decrease the percentage of germination besides identified as a potential bio-herbicide.展开更多

The structural parameters of PNHAAs, such as the the maximum N-NO2 hond length (LBmax), the least N-N Mulliken population (BN-N), the least negative charge on the nitro group (QNO2) and OB100, were studied to predict their relative stability or sensitivity (the easiness for initiating a detonation, high sensitivity means low stability). It was found that the same conclusion was drawn from the four parameters. With the number of nitro groups increasing, the stabilities of these compounds decrease. OB100 failed in identifying the isomers, but the EZpE energy and the dipole moment were considered to give more reliable results for the isomers.展开更多

The results indicated that after one week of treatment, the white blood cell count in the STIT group, compared to 17. 6±l. 0×109/L from before treatment, returned to 8. 8±0. 8×109/L,and in contrast, the cell count of the PCWD group was about 13. 0±1. 4×109/L. All of wound exudate culture in the STIT group was negative, and those of 7 cases (7/14) in PCWD group were positive (P<0. 0l). The symptoms and signs such as pain, fever and septic exudate on the wound in the STIT group were much milder than those in the PCWD group. There were 5 cases (35. 7%) of toxicemia and septicemia, 2 cases (14. 3%) of osteomyelitis, 2 cases (14. 3 %) of amputation, 1 case (7. 1%) of delayed union and 3 cases (21. 4 %) of malunion in the PCWD group, and no complications in the STIT group.

文摘Aiming at improving the observation uncertainty caused by limited accuracy of sensors,and the uncertainty of observation source in clutters,through the dynamic combination of ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF) and probabilistic data association(PDA),a novel probabilistic data association algorithm based on ensemble Kalman filter with observation iterated update is proposed.Firstly,combining with the advantages of data assimilation handling observation uncertainty in EnKF,an observation iterated update strategy is used to realize optimization of EnKF in structure.And the object is to further improve state estimation precision of nonlinear system.Secondly,the above algorithm is introduced to the framework of PDA,and the object is to increase reliability and stability of candidate echo acknowledgement.In addition,in order to decrease computation complexity in the combination of improved EnKF and PDA,the maximum observation iterated update mechanism is applied to the iteration of PDA.Finally,simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by a typical target tracking scene in clutters.
文摘Hyptis suaveolens (L.) Poit. is an invasive alien weed commonly known as "Bana tulst" in Odisha belonging to the family Lamiaceae and widely distributed in different parts of India. The leaves of the plant have been reported to be used as stimulant, carminative, sudorific and also as a cure for parasitic cutaneous diseases besides the crude leaf extract is reported to be used against colic and stomach-ache. The leaves are the source of different alkaloids, terpenes and volatile oils having allelopathic effect. In view of this the present work was carried out with an aim to investigate the allelopathic effect upon germination of rice (Oryza sativa L.). The result indicated that the higher concentration of the leaf leachate could decrease the percentage of germination besides identified as a potential bio-herbicide.

文摘The density function theory at the B3LYP/6-31G* level was employed to study the structures, including the total energies (EZpE), the geometries, the oxygen balances (OB100), the dipole moments, of polynitrohexaazaadamantanes (PNHAAs) and the potential candidates of high energy density compounds (HEDCs). The structural parameters of PNHAAs, such as the the maximum N-NO2 hond length (LBmax), the least N-N Mulliken population (BN-N), the least negative charge on the nitro group (QNO2) and OB100, were studied to predict their relative stability or sensitivity (the easiness for initiating a detonation, high sensitivity means low stability). It was found that the same conclusion was drawn from the four parameters. With the number of nitro groups increasing, the stabilities of these compounds decrease. OB100 failed in identifying the isomers, but the EZpE energy and the dipole moment were considered to give more reliable results for the isomers.

文摘A support(denoted AM) was prepared using pseudo-boehmite and mordenite.Ni-B and NiPtB amorphous catalysts were prepared on the support by the impregnation method followed by chemical reduction with a KBH4 solution.And the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),environment scanning electron microscope(ESEM),inductively coupled plasma(ICP),H2-temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR),differential thermal analysis(DTA),and BET.Benzene hydrogenation was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the effect of addition of small quantities of Pt on the NiB/AM catalyst.The results show that Pt can promote the reduction of NiO and the formation of active sites,leading to smaller catalyst particles and better dispersion of active metal particles on the support.The catalytic activity,sulfur resistance and thermal stability were remarkably improved by Pt doping of the NiB/AM catalyst.
