目的系统评价枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的疗效,为该药临床实践和决策提供循证依据。方法计算机检索知网、万方、CBM、PubMed及Cochrane Library,检索时限均为建库至2021年7月,收集单用或联用枫蓼肠胃康(试验组)对比基础治疗或其他药物(对... 目的系统评价枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的疗效,为该药临床实践和决策提供循证依据。方法计算机检索知网、万方、CBM、PubMed及Cochrane Library,检索时限均为建库至2021年7月,收集单用或联用枫蓼肠胃康(试验组)对比基础治疗或其他药物(对照组)治疗慢性胃炎的随机对照试验(RCT),提取资料,质量评价采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具,采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇RCT,合计894例患者。Meta分析结果显示,应用枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的试验组总有效率[相对危险度(RR)=1.20,95%置信区间(95%CI)(1.13,1.27)]明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);亚组分析中,应用枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的试验组总有效率[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.15,1.32)]明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的试验组腹痛改善[RR=1.14,95%CI(0.92,1.35)]明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的试验组胃泌素水平改善[MD=-2.14,95%CI(-2.36,-1.93)]、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平改善[MD=14.20,95%CI(12.46,15.94)]及白介素-12(IL-12)水平改善[MD=9.82,95%CI(8.45,11.19)]明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枫蓼肠胃康治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效较好,可改善腹痛症状及胃泌素、TNF-α、IL-12水平。 展开更多

目的探讨枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻的疗效,探讨对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2020年2月收治的138例感染性腹泻患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各69例,两组... 目的探讨枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻的疗效,探讨对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2020年2月收治的138例感染性腹泻患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各69例,两组均给予抗感染、补液支持及双歧杆菌三联活菌片常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上联合泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合枫蓼肠胃康胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效,分析两种治疗方式对患者炎症因子、胃肠道功能及临床症状的影响。结果观察组治疗有效率91.10%(67/69)显著高于对照组85.51%(59/69)(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组腹泻次数、大便形状、腹胀腹痛、脓血黏液便、形体消瘦、神疲乏力积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP、IL-17、白细胞计数(WBC)、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸均显著低于对照组,生长抑素(SS)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8^(+)显著降低,且观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻疗效较佳,可显著改善患者临床症状、胃肠道功能及肠黏膜状态,降低机体炎症反应,提高免疫功能,促进恢复,值得在临床推广。 展开更多

The spatial distribution and population dynamics of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz., Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance and Acer mono Maxim. were studied in three warm temperate deciduous forests in Dongling Mountain, Beijing. Clumped distributions appeared in most seedlings (≤0.4 m), short saplings (0.4-1 m) and tall saplings (1-2 m). Random distributions appeared in adults of Q. liaotungensis in Plot 1, F. rhynchophylla in Plot 3. The LSD method was used to discern the differences of different aged population. The class distribution of Q. liaotungensis was nearly a reverse-J shape for Plot 1 and Plot 3, suggesting that the population regenerates continuously. The age-structures of F. rhynchophylla and A. mono in Plot 1 and the test results indicated that they would increase continuously. In Plot 2, the class distribution and the test results showed that all populations would not regenerate continuously. 展开更多

A study was conducted to evaluate the cultivable filamentous fungal diversity in organic layers (L, F, and H layers) and A1 layer of two main forest types, Pinus massoniana and Liguidambar formasana mixed forest and Quercus variabilis forest, in Zijin Mountain(325?N, 11848?E), Nanjing, China. A total of 67 taxa comprising 56 Deuteromycetes, 3 Zygomycetes, 5 Asco-mycetes and 3 unidentified fungi were recognized from samples from the forest floor of the two forest types. The most abundant group was Deuteromycetes. The dominant genera in both forests were Alternaria sp., Aspergillus sp., Cladosporium sp., Mucor sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., Gliocladium sp. and Trichoderma spp. The fungal diversity was higher in the mixed forest than that in Q. variabilis forest. For both forest types, the maximum fungal diversity was found in layer F and there existed significantly different in fungal diversity between layer F and layer L. In the mixed forest, richness of fungi isolated from needle litter (P. massoniana) was lower than that from leaf litter (L. formasana). The richness of fungi from needle litter increased with the in-crease of forest floor depth, but for leaf litter, the fungal diversity decreased with the depth of forest floor. The co-species of fungi from the two forest types, as well as from two kinds of litters in mixed forest, increased with the depth of the forest floor. The succession of fungi along with the process of decomposition was discussed here. The results also showed that litter quality was a critical factor affecting fungal diversity. 展开更多

With annual Bischofia javanica seedlings as experimental material, the plasticity and comprehensive evaluation methods were employed to investigate the effects of different shading degrees (100% NS (natural sunshine), 41.3% NS, 14.6% NS and 3.6% NS) on B. javanica seedlings growth, so as to obtain the shade toler- ance in B. javanica. The results showed that with the shading degree increasing, the seedling height increment, diameter increment, leaf area, fresh weights (above- ground part, underground part and whole plant) and dry weights (aboveground part, underground part and whole plant) of B. javanica seedlings all increased first and then decreased, and reached peak values under 41.3% NS, while the total root length, average root diameter, total surface area, total root volume and total root number all presented a decreasing trend. Also the comprehensive evaluation by subordinate function value method and plasticity analysis were carried out on these growth indexes. One-year-old seedlings of Amur maple (Acer ginnala Maxim), Ussurian pear (Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim) and David peach (Prunus davidiana Carr) were planted in pots in greenhouse and treated with four different soil moisture contents (75.0%, 61.1%, 46.4% and 35.4%). The results showed that net photosynthesis rate (NPR), transpiration rate (TR) and stomatal conductance (Sc) of seedlings of the three species decreased with the decease of soil moisture content, and Amur maple seedlings had the greatest change in those physiological indices, followed by Ussurian pear, David peach. Amur maple and Ussurian pear seedlings also presented a decrease tendency in water use efficiency (WUE) under lower soil moisture content, whereas this was reversed for David peach. Under water stress the biomass allocation to seedling root had a significant increase for all the experimental species. As to root/shoot ratio, Amur maple seedlings had the biggest increase, while David peach had the smallest increase. The leaf plasticity of Amur maple seedlings was greater, the leaf size and total leaf area decreased significantly as the stress was intensified. No significant change of leaf size and total leaf area was found in seedlings of Ussurian pear and David peach. It was concluded that Amur maple was more tolerant to soil moisture stress in comparison with David peach and Ussurian pear. 展开更多

[Objective]Study on carbon sink effects in Conversion of Farmland to Forest Project in Hongfenghu drainage basin in order to provide evidences for assessing carbon sink potential of conversion of farmland to forest in Guizhou Province.[Method]By investigating the implement of Conversion of Farmland to Forest Project in Hongfenghu drainage basin from 2000 to 2006,the carbon sink amount and effect of seven main tree species in the foreat region like Cunninghamia lanceolata,Cryptomeria fortunei,Amygdalus persica,Prunus salicina,Armeniaca vulgaris,Camptotheca acuminate and Catalpa bungei were calculated,based on which the amount of forest carbon sinks in Hongfenghu drainage basin in 2015 was estimated.[Result]Biomass storage and carbon sink amount in middle and young aged forests were increasing over time from 2000 to 2006,which reached 1.05×107 kg by 2006 and would engage more and more potential.Cunninghamia lanceolata has the superior carbon sink capacity in the seven tree species in the research region,of which the amount of carbon sink per unit area will be 106.51 t/hm2 by 2015,followed by Cryptomeria fortunei with the amount of carbon sink per unit area by 99.42 t/hm2.Armeniaca vulgaris has the weakest carbon sink capacity of all the seven species with the amount of 13.03 t/hm2.The total amount of carbon sink in seven tree species was 2.35×107 kg,while the average amount of carbon sink per unit area was 26.17 t/hm2,which could produced economic benefit of 7.17×106 yuan calculated on the price of 305.0 yuan/t or 5.91×106 yuan calculated on the price of 254.1 yuan/t.[Conclusion]Economic benefits of carbon sink effects of Conversion of Farmland to Forest Project in Hongfenghu drainage basin were great with huge appreciation potential. 展开更多

Cloning of Atr MYB Transcription Factor Gene from Acer truncatum

[Objective] Cloning of the AtrMYB transcription factor gene from Acer truncatum was conducted to further explore the red leaf development mechanism and breed cultivars of colored-leaf maple. [Method] The Acer truncatum ‘Luhong No.1' cultivar was used as the material for cloning the MYB gene by mean of RTPCR and RACE-PCR. [Results] Sequence analysis showed that the fragment contained a full coding region of 831 bp encoding 276 amino acid residues with a molecular weight of 32.17 kD and a molecular formula C_(1430)H_(14052)N_(2247)O_(406)S_(14). The gene was named as AtrMYB with a Gen Bank accession number of 1825712. This coded protein had apI of 9.44. The results showed that the AtrMYB exhibited typical features of the R2R3-MYB domain. The AtrMYB was highly homologous with the MYB of other species at nucleotide and amino acid levels. The AtrMYB had no signal peptide, but a nuclear localization signal. The phylogenetic tree showed that the AtrMYB was at the same clade as the MYB from Citrus sinensis. [Conclusion] The AtrMYB was cloned from Acer truncatum ‘Luhong No.1' cultivar. These results have provided a foundation for further purification and identification of target protein and function study of the AtrMYB. 展开更多
