为了深入了解新冠疫情对学生体质健康的影响程度,掌握学生体质数据变化规律,本研究采用文献资料法、数理统计法以及对比分析法,对2019年和2020年江苏省南京籍大一新生《国家学生体质健康标准》测试数据进行统计和对比分析,研究结果显示... 为了深入了解新冠疫情对学生体质健康的影响程度,掌握学生体质数据变化规律,本研究采用文献资料法、数理统计法以及对比分析法,对2019年和2020年江苏省南京籍大一新生《国家学生体质健康标准》测试数据进行统计和对比分析,研究结果显示,相比于2019年,2020年江苏省南京籍大一新生《标准》测试平均分和合格率都出现不同程度的下降。学生的身高、体重、肺活量呈现逐年递增的趋势,身体发育良好,营养状况不断改善。但是2020年学生户外锻炼减少,BMI指数中,体重不正常比例增加明显。坐位体前屈等级出现下降,但合格率较高,女生柔韧素质较好且明显高于男生。男生的50m跑优秀率、女生的合格率等级下降明显,但男生总体优于女生。学生的下肢爆发力偏弱,女生仰卧起坐总体保持在较好水平。男生的引体向上成绩较差,上肢和背部力量依然普遍较弱。新冠疫情期间,学生的耐力出现较大幅度的下降,且整体水平偏低。 展开更多

[Objective] Taking the characteristic of flower diameter of Tagetes L.as an example,this study aimed to select example varieties used in the DUS Test Guideline of Tagetes L.[Method] Two continuous years of measurements of flower diameter of 25 varieties were collected and then analyzed by using the box plot to illustrate the uniformity and stability of flower diameter of each variety.[Result] According to the information of variability,distribution symmetry of measurements and outliers of flower diameter of varieties provided by box plots,variety 16,2 and 4 were selected as the example varieties for the three expression states with respective flower diameter of 3.0-4.4,6.0-7.4 and 9.0-10.4 cm.[Conclusion] The box plot is an efficient method for the general analysis of varieties,which provides information covering the actual and possible expression range,median and outliers of measurements of flower diameter of each variety.It also provides references for selecting example varieties for other quantitative characteristics and evaluating the quality of varieties. 展开更多

The World Health Organization (WHO) standard assay for determining antibody level is the rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT) and is used to determine the degree of immunity after vaccination against rabies. To compare the difference in RFFIT results between the laboratories of The National Institute of Infectious Disease in Japan (NIID) and the Chinese Centre for Disease Control (CCDC) as well the influence of the choice of standard serum (STD) for the detection, the two laboratories detection methods were simultaneously manipulated by RFFIT. The reference serums used in NIID and the WHO standard serum used in CCDC were compared in the same RFFIT detection to determine the titer of four sera samples C1, Sl, S2 and S4 in parallel, and the titers of the detected sera samples were calculated using the standard formula for neutralizing antibody titer. No significant difference was found in RFFIT methods from the two laboratories and the RFFIT testing procedures of the two laboratories have good consistency. However, different titers were obtained with the tentative internal standard serum (TI-STD) produced by adjusting to 2.0 IU of WHO standard serum in NIID and the WHO STD. The titer determined with the TI-STD was higher than that determined with WHO STD, This difference appears to be significant and requires further investigation 展开更多

At the beginning of the tests on application of ethanol gasoline in 2001, Chinese government promulgated a national standard, GB 18351-2001 "Ethanol Gasoline for Motor Vehicles". The standard specifies three kinds of ethanol gasoline, namely E10 (90 RON), E10 (93 RON) and E10 (95 RON). There were ethanol gasoline grades (90 RON and 93 RON) and conventional unleaded gasoline(97 RON) available in the areas where tests were carried out. Vehicle owners were worded about the harmful action of ethanol to their vehicles because of lack of knowledge regarding ethanol fuel, and they only refueled their cars with conventional 97 RON unleaded gasoline. This idea might cause unnecessary costs to customers and could bring about difficulty to the tests as well. Besides, some other technical questions emerged during the experimental application of ethanol gasoline, such as water content, ethanol content in gasoline, etc. Based on the experiences accumulated during the application tests, the national standard GB 18351-2001 "Ethanol Gasoline for Motor Vehicles" was revised. In order to utilize integrated passive technology in printed circuit boards (PCBs), manufacturing processing for integrated resistors by lamination method was investigated. Integrated resistors fabricated from Ohmega technologies in the experiment were 1 408 pieces per panel with four different patterns A, B, C and D and four resistance values of 25, 50, 75 and 100 fL Six panel per batch and four batches were performed totally. The testing was done for 960 pieces of integrated resistors randomly selected with the same size. The value distribution ranges and the relative standard deviation (RSD) show that the scatter degree of the resistance decreases with the resistor size increasing and/or with the resistance increasing. Patterns D with resistance of 75 and 100% for four patterns have the resistance value variances less than 10%. Patterns C and D with resistance of 100 Ω have the manufacturing tolerance less than 10%. The process capabilities are from about 0.6 to 1.6 for the designed testing patterns, which shows that the integrated resistors fabricated have the potential to be used in multilayer PCBs in the future. 展开更多

To analyze the feasibility of application of composite material as the insulating material, it is necessary to have knowledge of some of its mechanical properties. An insulating material may suffer from the most different efforts, but the major applications suggest mechanical bending and compression tests because the insulation can be applied on roofs of homes, liners similar to, in the form of plates. Thus, the product is continually flexed. When the material is used on a floor, it suffers constant compressions over its use. For tests performed in this study, we used the ASTM D695-96 for compression, an example of literature. Using such a standard test, specimens were produced for compression test, with specimens made of cylindrical shapes, respecting the condition that the height of the specimen corresponds to twice the diameter of the base. Polyurethane castor without charge vermiculite and mass loads of 10%, 15% and 20% matrix: four specimens for each type of material were produced. The composites were tested in a universal testing machine at a speed of 2 mm/s. The results are average values of four test samples, and initially show the behavior of castor oil polyurethane during the compression test, which is detailed in the stress versus strain curve. In one test, the images were obtained through X-ray microtomography and for another test via digital scanner. In both of the tests, the images were processed using techniques of mathematical morphology and pixel processing. For both NDT, it was used concrete samples with 20-30 MPa of compressive strength. The results for the porosity were compared with results obtained by the standard test proposed by NBR (Norma Brasileira) 9778 (2005) showing the compatibility between two studied methods and pattern method. 展开更多

With the popularity of the automatic precipitation gauges in national weather stations,testing their performance and adjusting their measurements are top priorities. Additionally,because different climatic conditions may have different effects on the performance of the precipitation gauges, it is also necessary to test the gauges in different areas. This study mainly analyzed precipitation measurements from the single-Altershielded TRwS204 automatic weighing gauge(TRwS_(SA)) relative to the adjusted manual measurements(reference precipitation) from the Chinese standard precipitation gauge in a doublefence wind shield(CSPG_(DF)) in the Hulu watershed in the Qilian Mountains, China. The measurements were compared over the period from August 2014 to July2017, and the transfer function derived from the work by Kochendorfer et al.(2017 a) for correcting windinduced losses was applied to the TRwS_(SA) measurements. The results show that the average loss of TRwS_(SA) measurements relative to the reference precipitation decreased from 0.55 mm(10.7%) to 0.51 mm(9.9%) for rainfall events, from 0.35 mm(8.5%)to 0.22 mm(5.3%) for sleet events, and from 0.49 mm(18.9%) to 0.33 mm(12.7%) for snowfall events after adjustment. The uncorrected large biases of TRwS_(SA) measurements are considered to be mainly caused by specific errors of TRwS_(SA), different gauge orifice area and random errors. These types of errors must be considered when comparing precipitation measurements for different gauge types, especially in the mountains. 展开更多

Process Optimization for Biodiesel Production from Animal Fat via Two-Step Catalyzed Process

The main propose of this research was to develop a two-step biodiesel production technique from animal fat as a raw material. The developed process consists ofesterification and transesterification steps. With special attention to optimize the first step is acid catalyzed esterification to reduce free fatty acid content and the second step is alkali catalyzed transesterification for converting triglyceride to fatty acid methyl ester or biodiesel. Animal fat containing 78.80 mg KOH/g of high acid value and molecular weight of 851 g/mol with the highest oleic acid content was used as raw material. Respond surface methodology (RSM) was applied for the experiment design. This were 20 experiments involving the three investigated variables of methanol to animal fat ratio, amount of sulfuric acid catalyst and reaction time that were studied on esterification to optimize the condition for decreasing acid value in animal fat less than 2 mg KOH/g. The animal fat with low acid value was further experimented in transesterification step to obtain fatty acid methyl ester or biodiesel. Animal fat biodiesel is further investigated by determining its fuel properties according to the ASTM standard test method. 展开更多

Under this regulation, the airplane must be designed and certified about static strength of the fuselage and seats, horizontal and vertical dynamic strength of seats. Human injuries in dynamic crash tests and the survivability in the turnover condition should be also evaluated. The most important part among injuries of human is a head and the head injury is evaluated by Head Injury Criterion (HIC). KC-100, 4 seats airplane that is manufactured by KAI, was conducted seat dynamic tests. The HIC from tests was well within criteria limits 1,000 and the occupant compartment for head protection provided hazard-free spaces in the occupant's head strike envelope for the frontal-horizontal crash impacts. The airplane also was conducted a turnover static test and analysis to especially show living spaces of the head. The airframe could sustain living spaces for occupants in the turnover condition and occupants could escape and be protected. The results of tests and analysis corresponded to the criteria and proved the retention of survivable space in emergency landing condition. 展开更多
