Manufacturing equipment takes the task of operation and directly effects on the manufacturing process. One single Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is mainly employed to evaluate equipment in most studies, neither integrating the KPIs into a completed evaluation system nor considering the impact and conflict among KPIs. In this paper, a KPI evaluation architecture is presented to define and analyze KPIs, and then a common structure for KPI to obtain the KPI set of manufacturing equipment is introduced. An available multi-KPl coordination model is proposed to discern and balance the relationship among multi-KPl. Finally, a case study is introduced to illustrate the applicability of the coordination model by using multi-objective optimization strategy and an efficient solution is obtained. 展开更多

In order to improve the detection accuracy of small objects,a neighborhood fusion-based hierarchical parallel feature pyramid network(NFPN)is proposed.Unlike the layer-by-layer structure adopted in the feature pyramid network(FPN)and deconvolutional single shot detector(DSSD),where the bottom layer of the feature pyramid network relies on the top layer,NFPN builds the feature pyramid network with no connections between the upper and lower layers.That is,it only fuses shallow features on similar scales.NFPN is highly portable and can be embedded in many models to further boost performance.Extensive experiments on PASCAL VOC 2007,2012,and COCO datasets demonstrate that the NFPN-based SSD without intricate tricks can exceed the DSSD model in terms of detection accuracy and inference speed,especially for small objects,e.g.,4%to 5%higher mAP(mean average precision)than SSD,and 2%to 3%higher mAP than DSSD.On VOC 2007 test set,the NFPN-based SSD with 300×300 input reaches 79.4%mAP at 34.6 frame/s,and the mAP can raise to 82.9%after using the multi-scale testing strategy. 展开更多

By making the use of the processes which includes separating trash and solid materials from the wastewater-ammonia stripping tower-UASB-biological oxidation pond, we have treated the wastewater which comes from the swine factory. The treated wastewater can meet the primary standard of The People's Republic of China based on sewage discharge standards and the wastewater treatment project design contract (GBl8596-2001), and the effluent will be used as irrigation-water. We introduce this project including the quality of influent and effluent and the flow scheme, the statement of every part, the investment and the effect, etc. The operation indicated that this process has many merits such as the stability in operation-effect and the convenience in management. Close-packed Ag pyramidal arrays have been fabricated by using inverted pyramidal pits on Si as a template and used to generate plentiful and homogeneous surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) hot sites. The sharp nanotip and the four edges of the Ag pyramid result in strong electromagnetic field enhancement with an average enhancement factor (EF) of 2.84 × 10^7. Moreover, the features of the close-packed Ag pyramidal array can be well controlled, which allows SERS substrates with good reproducibility to be obtained. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was lower than 8.78% both across a single substrate and different batches of substrates. 展开更多

The effect of volatile components in oil on evolutionary character- istics of diamondoids during oil thermal pyrolysis

On the basis of the results of simulation experiments, now we better understand the contribution of high carbon number hydrocarbons to diamondoid generation during thermal pyrolysis of crude oil and its sub-fractions(saturated, aromatic, resin, and asphalene fractions). However, little is known about the effect of volatile components in oil on diamondoid generation and diamondoid indices due to the lack of attention to these components in experiments. In this study, the effect of volatile components in oil on diamondoid generation and maturity indices was investigated by the pyrolysis simulation experiments on a normal crude oil from the HD23 well of the Tarim Basin and its residual oil after artificial volatilization, combined with quantitative analysis of diamondoids. The results indicate that the volatile components(≤n C12) in oil have an obvious contribution to the generation of adamantanes, which occurs mainly in the early stage of oil cracking(Easy Ro<1.0%), and influences the variations in maturity indices of adamantanes; but they have no obvious effect on the generation and maturity indices of diamantanes. Therefore, some secondary alterations e.g., migration, gas washing, and biodegradation, which may result in the loss of light hydrocarbons in oil under actual geological conditions, could affect the identification of adamantanes generated during the late-stage cracking of crude oil, and further influence the practical application of adamantane indices. 展开更多
