As an important place for cultural inheritance and innovation, colleges and universities have rich artistic resources and talent advantages. With the artistic practice of colleges and universities as the carrier, the multi-ethnic cultural connotation and value are deeply dug, and the cultural integration between the multi-ethnic groups is promoted, which not only improves the identity and belonging of the relocated people to the new environment, but also provides a strong cultural support for consolidating the effect of poverty alleviation relocation work. The paper holds that under the background of ethnic cultural integration, the study on how to combine the characteristics and advantages of art education in colleges and universities to reshape the characteristic core function and value of art talents in colleges and universities in Guizhou to participate in the art practice of relocated communities provides a necessary path for art to enable the cultural integration of all ethnic groups in relocated communities in Guizhou.展开更多
