In order to solve the problem of path planning of tower cranes,an improved ant colony algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the tower crane was simplified into a three-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm,and the D-H motion mode...In order to solve the problem of path planning of tower cranes,an improved ant colony algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the tower crane was simplified into a three-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm,and the D-H motion model was established to solve the forward and inverse kinematic equations.Secondly,the traditional ant colony algorithm was improved.The heuristic function was improved by introducing the distance between the optional nodes and the target point into the function.Then the transition probability was improved by introducing the security factor of surrounding points into the transition probability.In addition,the local path chunking strategy was used to optimize the local multi-inflection path and reduce the local redundant inflection points.Finally,according to the position of the hook,the kinematic inversion of the tower crane was carried out,and the variables of each joint were obtained.More specifically,compared with the traditional ant colony algorithm,the simulation results showed that improved ant colony algorithm converged faster,shortened the optimal path length,and optimized the path quality in the simple and complex environment.展开更多

Firstly, the decision-making information based on the subjective preference information in the form of the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is uniform by using a translation function. Then an objective programming model is established. Attribute weights are obtained by solving the model, thus the fuzzy overall values of alternatives are derived by using the additive weighting method. Secondly, the ranking approach of alternatives is proposed based on the degree of similarity between the fuzzy positive ideal solution of alternatives (FPISA) and the fuzzy overall values. The method can sufficiently utilize the objective information of alternatives and meet the subjective requirements of the DM as much as possible. It is easy to be operated and implemented on a computer. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the project evaluation in the venture investment.展开更多

During this optimization process, the weights are varying with the increasing generation instead of fixed values. The proposed strategy together with the linear matrix inequality (LMI) or the Riccati controller design method can find a series of uniformly distributed nondominated solutions in a single run. Therefore, this method can greatly reduce the computation intensity of the integrated optimization problem compared with the weight-based single objective genetic algorithm. Active automotive suspension is adopted as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

We develop asimple and practical approach to obtaining the priority vector of a fuzzy preference relation. Theprominent characteristic of the developed approach is that the priority vector can generally beobtained by a simple formula, which is derived from a quadratic programming model. We utilize theconsistency ratio to check the consistency of fuzzy preference relation. If the fuzzy preferencerelation is of unacceptable consistency, then we can return it to the decision maker to reconsiderstructuring a new fuzzy preference relation until the fuzzy preference relation with acceptableconsistency is obtained. We finally illustrate the priority approach by two numerical examples. Uncertainties are also considered in this article.
