《调查工作》:马克思主义新闻观中国化的理论之源

作为一种将马克思主义新闻理论同中国新闻实践相结合所产生的创新成果,马克思主义新闻观中国化首先是一种思想理论形态的“中国化”。苏区创建时期,毛泽东在与党内教条主义斗争及深入乡村寻乌调查的基础上,撰写了《调查工作》一文,他从马克思主义认识论的高度,提出了马克思主义必须中国化的思想,要求党和红军必须在深入调查、了解中国的情况下开展工作。本文认为,《调查工作》一文首次提出了马克思主义中国化的思想,开启了马克思主义新闻观中国化的起始语境,它在中国共产党新闻思想史上具有里程碑意义。

Sense of courage:The mediating role of courage between emotional reflexivity and work-life integration among nurses in Indian hospitals

Objectives:This study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional reflexivity and work-life integration through the mechanism of moral courage and enhance our understanding of the importance of these nursing concepts to enable the nurses to develop better coping strategies for work-life integration.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was performed with 249 nurses,including staff nurses,ICU and critical care nurses,operation theatre nurses,pediatric nurses from 17 hospitals.Emotional Reflexivity,work-life integration,and courage were measured using a demographic information questionnaire,Life Project Reflexivity Scale(LPRS),Nurse’s Moral Courage Scale(NMCS),andWork-Life Boundary Enactment(WLBE)scale.A series of multiple regressions analyzed the mediating effect.Results:Emotional Reflexivity was positively correlated with work-life integration(b=0.66,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between emotional reflexivity and moral courage.But the path did not get the necessary support in the structural equation modeling(SEM)(b=0.13,P=0.40).When controlling for courage(b=0.42,P<0.01),the association was significant between emotional reflexivity and work-life integration with partial mediation.Conclusion:The study reported a positive correlation between reflexivity and work-life integration.Thus,nurses’work-life integration becomes better by reinforcing their emotional reflexivity and moral courage.

Existence Results of Abstract Impulsive Integrodifferential Systems with Measure of Non-compactness

In this Paper, we study the existence of solutions for the nonlocal integrodifferential equations with interval impulse and measure of non compactness by using M6nch - fixed point theorem. Finally, an example is given to illustrate our main result.

On the basis of geological investigating work and experimental studies on slide zone soil of one landslide in Tibet,the authors analyzed granulometric composition,clay mineral composition and physical and mechanical properties for the soil in the slide zone.The soil samples are gravel containing fine particle.Particles larger than 2 mm occupy the main proportion with the content 51.5%--68.5%.The relative content of clay minerals is low.The clay minerals are illite smectite mixed layer and kaolinite,and their relative contents are 6%--13% and 4%-11%,respectively.The main mineral ingredient is quartz and the relative content is over 30%.Therefore,the soil’s hydrophily is poor.The cohesion and internal friction angle are high,causing preferable physical-mechanical features of slide zone soil.On the basis of the obtained data,the landslide stability is evaluated by means of limit equilibrium method.The safety factors are 3.191 and 1.92 respectively under both natural and normal water level conditions.The study results show that the landslide is stable.It can provide the appropriate basis and reference for landslide stability evaluation and landslide control in Tibet.

Women as a Key to Agriculture and Food Security in Sudan： The Case Study of Northern Kordofan State

In the rural areas where most of the world＇s hungry people live, women produce most of the locally consumed food. Their contribution could be much greater if they had equal access to essential resources and services, such as land, credit, and training. In Sudan, women have always been active in agriculture and food security, constituting 17% to agricultural labor force. However, culture coupled with imperfections of official data underestimates their contribution. Accordingly, this study was carried out in the western part of Sudan, namely, North Kordofan State in order to identify and assess the role of women in agriculture and food security and identify the main factors and constraints affecting their contribution to agricultural production in the state. The findings confirm that women contribute 74% to the monthly agricultural income, 65% to total income, 62% to the labor work, and 65% to the household activities. Their average daily working hours are 14, while, those of men are only 8. The study suggests that the removal of the obstacles those women face could increase their contribution to and enhances the livelihood of the people in the state. Hence, a review to the relevant government policies is needed, so that women are empowered by improving their access to resources and credit.

A Longitudinal Study of Job Satisfaction Among Flemish Professional Journalists

The focus of this paper is on the job satisfaction among the population of professional Flemish journalists by means of two surveys conducted in 2003 （N = 1,026） and 2008 （N = 682）. Both surveys focus on intrinsic and extrinsic variables linked to job satisfaction as well as on several predictors of job satisfaction such as type of contract, job function, age, and gender. The longitudinal perspective allows us to identify any evolutions or differences in satisfaction between 2003 and 2008. By taking into consideration previous mentioned predictors also the influence of external elements on job satisfaction can he researched. The 2003 and 2008 surveys suggest that the ＂average＂ Flemish professional journalist is fairly satisfied with the job content. However, we observe a slightly negative but non-significant shift occurring in 2008. The degree of job satisfaction seems to he related to the type of contract （freelance or employed on a permanent basis） and the job function. We noticed also a clear gender element in the discussion： Female journalists are not less satisfied but state to have more difficulties to combine the journalistic job with a private and family life.

Analysis on accuracy of Engineering Star RTK in cadastral survey based on SOUTH-CORS

Currently,with the fast development of GPS technique,GPS RTK is rapidly being applied to the cadastral survey. GPS RTK technique not only improves efficiency and accelerates the rate of mapping,but also increases economic efficiency. The authors introduced a method for GPS RTK rapid positioning,which uses continuous operational reference system (CORS) as a base station to change the method of previous map drawing by obtaining real-time three-dimensional coordinates of boundary points and statistically analyzing with the three-dimensional coordinates obtained by Total Station to get the accuracy of GPS RTK real-time coordinates. The application of GPS RTK in practical measurement was discussed when the data link had been lost especially. The results show that the three-dimensional coordinates measured by total station can be replaced by real-time three-dimensional coordinates measured by Engineering Star RTK in the CORS.

Dispositional Trait, Discrete Emotion, and Occupational Commitment

Accompanied by growing dispatched workers in workplace, occupational commitment is more important than ever. Despite the importance of understanding the emotional aspects of occupational commitment, previous research has paid less attention to the role of emotion in occupational commitment. This article attempts to fill this gap by examining the relationship between dispositional trait and occupational commitment. The study examined how two dispositional traits-neuroticism and extroversion-influence occupational commitment through the linking of two discrete emotions including fear and enthusiasm. A survey study with questionnaires was conducted and sample consisted of 144 respondents from the home carers in Taiwan. The predictions were then tested through the SEM approach, with acceptable fit resulted. Results showed that enthusiasm mediated the effect of extroversion on occupational commitment but fear partially mediated the impact of neuroticism on occupational commitment. These findings suggest that workers with distinguish dispositional trait have different occupational commitment, supporting the mediating role of discrete emotion on the relationship between dispositional trait and occupational commitment.

A Survey Report about the General Situation of the Students in Adult Higher Medical Education

This survey was implemented, so that the general situation of the students in adult higher medical education is more accurately and comprehensively known, and also adult education and teaching work can be developed in a targeted way. 193 students attending adult education junior college participated in this survey, and the surveyed details included the general situation of student sources, the ideological trends, and the degree of the cognition on the majors, the degree of the recognition on teaching, the employment concept, and the problems in the current jobs. By a statistical analysis, a foundation is further laid for the effective work of adult higher medical education.

Trends and Determinants of Unmet Need for Family Planning in Cameroon： The Role of Socio-Cultural Context

This study attempts to investigate and highlight the recent trends of unmet need for family planning in Cameroon. Differences for having an unmet need by place of residence, age, marital status, education, and living standards are also assessed. It is based on Cameroon Demography and Health Surveys （CDHS） which were conducted in 1991, 1998, 2004, and 2011. It aims at declaring the women＇s reasons for having an unmet need and identifying the socio-economic and cultural determinants of unmet need. A high proportion of women with unmet need are those who have experienced unwanted pregnancies. Health concerns about contraceptives and social disapprovals are other important reasons. The study identifies a significant relation among the unmet need and residence, age, work status, education, living standards, knowledge about contraceptives, and children ever born. This paper finally outlines the scope for further research, offering some perspectives on the nature and socio-cultural dimensions of unmet need.

Empirical Studies of Ecological Civilization Education in Vocational Colleges--Take Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering as the Example

Vocational college students are an important force in the country＇s future socialist construction, and their concept of ecological civilization will directly affect the future of socialist construction. This article conducted a questionnaire survey by among 960 vocational college students, and it found that the presence of ecological civilization vocational colleges of education-related departments at all levels of ecological education vocational college students are lack of rational cognition, and the attention is not enough. Therefore, educators should explore effective ways of ecological civilization education colleges, the competent authorities in the school attaches great importance to play the main channel of the effectiveness of teachers and classrooms, and strengthen ecological civilization education; improving vocational college students initiative and practicality, strengthen ecological and environmental legal education to enable students to form a sense of ecological civilization and habits, in order to receive a good education results.
