With the device feature's size miniaturization in very large scale integrated circuit and ultralarge scale integrated circuit towards the sub\|micron and beyond level, the next generation of IC device requires s...With the device feature's size miniaturization in very large scale integrated circuit and ultralarge scale integrated circuit towards the sub\|micron and beyond level, the next generation of IC device requires silicon wafers with more improved electrical characteristics and reliability as well as a high perfection of the wafer surface. Compared with the polished wafer with a relatively high density of crystal originated defects (e. g. COPs), silicon epi\|wafers can meet such high requirements. The current development of researches on the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers for advanced IC applications is described. The P/P\++ CMOS silicon epi\|wafers were fabricated on a PE2061 Epitaxial Reactor (made by Italian LPE Company). The material parameters of epi\|wafers, such as epi\|defects, uniformity of thickness and resistivity, transition width, and minority carrier generation lifetime for epi\|layer were characterized in detail. It is demonstrated that the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers on PE2061 can meet the stringent requirements for the advanced IC applications.展开更多
120 pearl oysters (Pinctada martensii) were randomly sampled from F1 population, and shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total weight of each sample were measured. Correlation and path analysis...120 pearl oysters (Pinctada martensii) were randomly sampled from F1 population, and shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total weight of each sample were measured. Correlation and path analysis were conducted on the basis of measurement data. The results showed that shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total weight were significantly correlated (P 〈 0.05). Total weight was significantly and positively correlated with shell weight (r = 0.8970), shell height (r = 0.6974), shell width (r = 0.6521) and shell length (r = 0.5486). Shell weight, shell height, shell width and shell length had positive and direct effects on total wet weight, with the values of 0.6356, 0.1872, 0.1814 and 0.0599, respectively. The results indicated that growth traits (shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total wet weigh) of the F1 population could be improved by direct or indirect selection.展开更多

A new method is proposed to estimate proximity of interconnects in a netlist, which i...To obtain a better placement result, a partitioning-based placement algorithm with wirelength prediction called HJ-Pl is presented. A new method is proposed to estimate proximity of interconnects in a netlist, which is capable of predicting not only short interconnects but long interconnects accurately. The predicted wirelength is embedded into the partitioning tool of bisection-based global placement, which can guide our placement towards a solution with shorter interconnects. In addition, the timing objective can be handled within the algorithm by minimizing the critical path delay. Experimental results show that, compared to Capol0. 5, mPL6, and NTUplace, HJ-P1 outperforms these placers in terms of wirelength and run time. The improvements in terms of average wirelength over Capo10. 5, mPL6 and NPUplace are 13%, 3%, and 9% with only 19%, 91%, and 99% of their runtime, respectively. By integrating the predicted wirelength-driven clustering into Capo10. 5, the placer is able to reduce average wirelength by 3%. The timing-driven HJ-P1 can reduce the critical path delay by 23%.展开更多
Spatial spillover effects,either positive or negative,of transport infrastructure,highways/expressways,etc.,on regional economic growth are proposed.Using the panel data for 11 cities of Zhejiang province from 1994 to...Spatial spillover effects,either positive or negative,of transport infrastructure,highways/expressways,etc.,on regional economic growth are proposed.Using the panel data for 11 cities of Zhejiang province from 1994 to 2003,a spatial production function is applied to examine the spatial spillovers which can be generated as a positive output spillover from the transport infrastructure between neighboring cities.Some spatial weighted matrices are adopted to define different neighboring cities to measure how easily factors or economic activities can migrate between regions.The estimation results show that the output elasticity of the highway infrastructure in 11 cities are all insignificant at a 5% significance level;hence,highway infrastructure in a region cannot explain the same region's economic growth.On the other hand,the highway infrastructure of other contiguous regions has positive spillover effects on a same region's economic growth.展开更多

During randomly rewiring connections the SAV is used to keep the unchanged number of links. Comparing the SAV algorithm with the Watts-Strogatz model and the “spread all over boundaries” algorithm, three methods can have the same topological properties of the small world networks. These results offer diverse formation of small world networks. It is helpful to the research of some applications for dynamics of mutual oscillator inside nodes and interacting automata associated with networks.展开更多
A new vision-based long-distance lane perception and front vehicle location method was developed for decision making of full autonomous vehicles on highway roads,Firstly,a real-time long-distance lane detection approa...A new vision-based long-distance lane perception and front vehicle location method was developed for decision making of full autonomous vehicles on highway roads,Firstly,a real-time long-distance lane detection approach was presented based on a linear-cubic road model for two-lane highways.By using a novel robust lane marking feature which combines the constraints of intensity,edge and width,the lane markings in far regions were extracted accurately and efficiently.Next,the detected lane lines were selected and tracked by estimating the lateral offset and heading angle of ego vehicle with a Kalman filter,Finally,front vehicles were located on correct lanes using the tracked lane lines,Experiment results show that the proposed lane perception approach can achieve an average correct detection rate of 94.37% with an average false positive detection rate of 0.35%,The proposed approaches for long-distance lane perception and front vehicle location were validated in a 286 km full autonomous drive experiment under real traffic conditions.This successful experiment shows that the approaches are effective and robust enough for full autonomous vehicles on highway roads.展开更多

Generally, disruption of the power of this pathway will extend longevity in species ranging from C.elegansto humans. The role of insulin/IGF-1 in longevit yis probably related to stress resistance. Although the underlying mechanisms of longevity are not fully understood, the Insulin/IGF-1 signaling pathway has attracted substantial attention and it will be a novel target to prevent or postpone age-related diseases and extend life span. Having considered the influences of path’s length and path’s congestion just like in FAR and LLR,we take into account the network resource status-amount of free wavelengths in the network. Proposed algorithm sets up connections on three possible paths according to amount of available free wave-lengths in the network,which effectively decreases the blocking probability. The National Science Foundation (NSF) network and mesh-torus network simulation results show that the performance of this algorithm is better than that of FAR and LLR.展开更多

The constraints can increase the safety coefficient of the middle saddle, and improve the stress conditions of the middle pylon and decrease the deflection in the middle of the main girder, as well as the longitudinal displacement of the main girder caused by live loads. The anchorage boxes of the elastic cable are installed in the wind fairing outside the vertical web plate of the box girder. Two anchor boxes form a pair and are arranged parallelly. Eight anchor boxes are installed in the bridge. In this paper, the design scheme and the technical difficulties in manufacturing are briefly discussed with the precision control techniques.展开更多

The anchorage boxes of the elastic cable are installed in the wind fairing outside the vertical web plate of the box girder. Two anchor boxes form a pair and are arranged parallelly. Eight anchor boxes are installed in the bridge. In this paper, the design scheme and the technical difficulties in manufacturing are briefly discussed with the precision control techniques.

文摘Proposed is an interference type of optical analog-to-digital conversion(ADC). The refractive index of Fabry-Perot cavity changes with different voltages. The Fabry-Perot resonator converts electronic intensity into light wavelength through selecting lights of different wavelengthes. The parameters of the scheme are acquired with the transmission matrix of optical element and the time of steady-state light field. The maximum sampling speedes of 4-bit, 6-bit, 7-bit, 8-bit and 9-bit(ADC) are 1.695×1010 count/s, 4.33×109 count/s, 2.38×109 count/s, 1.24×109 count/s and 5.9×108 count/s, respectively.
