Electron emission plays a dominant role in plasma-cathode interactions and is a key factor in many plasma phenomena and industrial applications.It is necessary to illustrate the various electron emission mechanisms an...Electron emission plays a dominant role in plasma-cathode interactions and is a key factor in many plasma phenomena and industrial applications.It is necessary to illustrate the various electron emission mechanisms and the corresponding applicable description models to evaluate their impacts on discharge properties.In this study,detailed expressions of the simplified formulas valid for field emission to thermo-field emission to thermionic emission typically used in the numerical simulation are proposed,and the corresponding application ranges are determined in the framework of the Murphy-Good theory,which is commonly regarded as the general model and to be accurate in the full range of conditions of the validity of the theory.Dimensionless parameterization was used to evaluate the emission current density of the Murphy-Good formula,and a deviation factor was defined to obtain the application ranges for different work functions(2.5‒5 eV),cathode temperatures(300‒6000 K),and emitted electric fields(10^(5) to 10^(10) V·m^(-1)).The deviation factor was shown to be a nonmonotonic function of the three parameters.A comparative study of particle number densities in atmospheric gas discharge with a tungsten cathode was performed based on the one-dimensional implicit particle-in-cell(PIC)with the Monte Carlo collision(MCC)method according to the aforementioned application ranges.It was found that small differences in emission current density can lead to variations in the distributions of particle number density due to changes in the collisional environment.This study provides a theoretical basis for selecting emission models for subsequent numerical simulations.展开更多

The term CI derives from the ancient Greek language and declares all the Catholic (general) Logical Propositions (<img src="Edit_5f13a4a5-abc6-4bc5-9e4c-4ff981627b2a.png" width="33" height="21" alt="" />) which will true for every element of a set A. We will study the Riemann Hypothesis in two stages: a) By using the EP we will prove that the distribution of events e (even) and o (odd) of Square Free Numbers (SFN) on the axis Ax(N) of naturals is Heads-Tails (H-T) type. b) By using the CI we will explain the way that the distribution of prime numbers can be correlated with the non-trivial zeros of the function <em>ζ</em>(<em>s</em>) of Riemann. The Introduction and the Chapter 2 are necessary for understanding the solution. In the Chapter 3 we will present a simple method of forecasting in many very useful applications (e.g. financial, technological, medical, social, etc) developing a generalization of this new, proven here, theory which we finally apply to the solution of RH. The following Introduction as well the Results with the Discussion at the end shed light about the possibility of the proof of all the above. 目的探讨基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)优化教学法在核医学教学中的价值。方法选择2021年3月—2022年4月桂林医学院临桂临床医学院2018级、2019级临床医学专业本科生共88名,随机分为PBL优化试验组、PBL传统组和对照组,每...目的探讨基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)优化教学法在核医学教学中的价值。方法选择2021年3月—2022年4月桂林医学院临桂临床医学院2018级、2019级临床医学专业本科生共88名,随机分为PBL优化试验组、PBL传统组和对照组,每组分别为28、31、29名。对照组采用传统教学模式,PBL传统组采用PBL教学法,PBL优化试验组采用PBL优化教学方法。对3组满意度评分、基础知识及临床应用考试成绩进行比较。结果 PBL优化试验组、PBL传统组、对照组满意度、基础知识成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PBL优化试验组临床应用成绩最高,PBL传统组次之,对照组最低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在核医学教学中,应用PBL优化教学法可避免普通PBL法的“发散”等弊端,兼顾传统教学知识点的归纳与PBL教学法的自主学习应用等优势,使教学目的“传授知识、学以致用”得到更好的体现,有利于提高临床应用成绩。展开更多

This understanding includes two features that complete t...In 2014, 50 years following the introduction of density functional theory (DFT), a rigorous understanding of it was published [AIP Advances, 4, 127,104 (2014)]. This understanding includes two features that complete the theory in practice, inasmuch as they are necessary for its correct application in electronic structure calculations;this understanding elucidates what appears to have been the crucial misunderstanding for 50 years, namely, the confusion between a stationary solution, attainable with most basis sets, following self-consistent iterations, with the ground state solution. The latter is obtained by a calculation that employs the well-defined optimal basis set for the system. The aim of this work is to review the above understanding and to extend it to the relativistic generalization of density functional theory by Rajagopal and Callaway [Phys. Rev. B7, 1912 (1973)]. This extension straightforwardly follows similar steps taken in the non-relativistic case, with the four-component current density, in the former, replacing the electronic charge density, in the latter. This new understanding, which completes relativistic DFT in practice, is expected to be needed for the study of heavy atoms and of materials (from molecules to solids) containing them—as is the case for some high temperature superconductors.展开更多

The following aspects regarding the transfer matrix method for multibody systems are reviewed systematically in this paper: history, basic principles, formulas, algorithm, automatic deduction theorem of overall transfer equation, visualized simulation and design software, highlights, tendency, and applications in 52 research directions in over 100 key engineering products.展开更多
