书院制模式下班级构建探索及利弊分析——以南京审计学院为例

书院制学生工作模式成为当下我国高校学生工作创新发展的趋势。书院班级在通识教育、导师制、专业互补、个性拓展等方面发挥了重要作用。文章以南京审计学院为例,论述了三种书院班级构建方案,进行了利弊分析,同时进一步给出了解决措施。

Reproduction of the Three-line Genic Male Sterile Line Parent Mian 7MB-1 （Brasscia Napus L.） and Seed Production of F1 Based on Somatic Tissue Culture

[Objective] The aim was to study the reproduction of the three-line genic male sterile （GMS） lineparent Mian7MB-1 （B. NapusL.） and the seed production of F1 through somatic tissue culture. [Methed] Through hybridization, a new breeding material Mian 7MB-1 in three-line genic temporary maintainer line propagated by tissue culture was used to improve the sterile plant rate of rapeseed in dual-purpose recessive GMS line, such as Mian 7AB type, S45AB type, and etc. And then the variety comparative test was performed. [Result] In order to avoid some fertility restoration phenomena occurring during the process of self-reproduction, Mian 7AB was propagated in bulk with somatic tissue culture of temporary maintainer line plant stem. The propagated temporary maintainer line seedlings were applied to the breeding and seed production of net room male sterile line parent, promoting the sterile plant rate of the male sterile line parent to 91.7% -93.5%. The male sterile line parents per hectare were enough for the seed production of hybrid F1 in 7 500 -15 000 hm^2. [ Conclusion ] Compared with the original dual-purpose GMS line, the seed production ultilizing male sterile line with high sterile plant rate greatly reduced the labor, significantly improved the seed yield, ensuring the seed quality and forming a perfect breeding and seed production system.

The FCC Flue Gas SOx Transfer Additive RFS Developed by RIPP

The present paper introduces the development of FCC flue gas SOx transfer additives by RIPP with a brief discussion of SOx transfer mechanism. The second-generation SO transfer additives of the RFS series are RIPP＇s proprietary additives with significantly improved performances. The results of commercial tests indicate that the RFS additive can effectively control SO emission of the FCC regenerator while maintaining product yields and product quality when the additive is used in a proper concentra- tion range.

Deprescribing antihypertensive treatment in nursing home patients and the effect on blood pressure

Background It is debatable whether treating multimorbid nursing home patients with antihypertensive drugs produces beneficial effects. Most cardiovascular guidelines promote treatment; few have advice on how to deprescribe when treatment may no longer be necessary. We investigated the effect of medication review on antihypertensive drug use and the association between cognition, blood pressure, and prescribing. Methods From August 2014 to December 2015, 765 patients from 72 units （clusters） in 32 Norwegian nursing homes were included in a 4-month, multicentre, cluster-randomized, controlled trial, with 9-month follow-up. Patients ≥ 65 years old with antihypertensive treatment （n = 295, 39%） were randomized to systematic medication review where the physician received support from peers （collegial mentoring） or were given care as usual （control condition）. Outcome measures were the number of antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure, and pulse. We used hospitalizations and deaths as criteria to assess harm. Results At baseline, each patient used 9.2 ± 3.5 regular drugs, and 1.6 ± 0.7 antihypertensives. Mean blood pressure was 128/71 mmHg and 9% had a systolic pressure ≥ 160 mmHg. Between baseline and month four, antihypertensives were deprescribed to a significantly higher extent in the intervention group （n = 43, 32%） compared to control （n = 11, 10%）; Incidence Rate Ratio = 0.8, 95% CI = 0.7？0.9. In the intervention group, there was an immediate increase in systolic blood pressure when antihypertensives were reduced, from baseline 128 ± 19.5 mmHg to 143 ± 25.5 mmHg at month four. However, at month nine, the blood pressure had reverted to baseline values （mean 134 mmHg）. Deprescription did not affect pulse and systolic pressure. The number of hospitalizations was higher in control patients at month four （P = 0.031） and nine （P = 0.041）. Conclusion A systematic medication review supported by collegial mentoring significantly decreased the use of antihypertensive drugs in nursing home patients without an effect on the systolic blood pressure over time.

RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE PROTECTS RAT HIPPOCAMPAL NEURON IN CULTURE FROM ANOXIC DAMAGE

Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM), a well-known traditional Chinese medicinal herb, has been used to improve blood circulation and resolve blood stasis. We have previously found that RSM has neuroprotective effect on ischemia and/ or ischemia-reperfusion rats. The purpose of this study was to obtain further information on the mechanism of the RSM-in-duced neuroprotection and to examine the neuroprotective effect on neurons exposed to anoxia. The effect of RSM on anoxic damage in cultured hippocampal neurons of neonatal rat was investigated by using morphological changes and heat shock protein 70kD (HSP70) expression as indicators. RSM given 0.5h before 2h-anoxia followed by 48 hours reoxygenation could significantly increase survival rate of hippocampal neurons and number of HSP70 positive cells. The results suggest that RSM has a direct neuroprotective effects on anoxic damage in hippocampal neurons.

Research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities Based on Psychological Contract

In today＇s management of the teaching staff of public security colleges and universities, the research on the Psychological Contract problem is not only beneficial to the management and estimation of the teachers, but also has an important role in the coordination and stability of the whole system of public security colleges and universities. Based on the theory of Psychological Contract, this paper expounds the basic understanding and research value of Psychological Contract, and puts forward the measures to cultivate teachers＇ good character and understanding, and as well as coordinate teachers＇ needs, effectively change teachers＇ attitude and actively promote the establishment of good interpersonal relationship to explain the research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Psychological Contract.

Analysis of functions of government＇s role in health care reform

Since reform and opening, China＇ s medical system reform has achieved remarkable success, but also brought a lot of problems, such as： hospitals are ill-defined in for-profit and nonprofit, the Office of the Ministry of Health hospitals and managed hospital are also ill- defined, solving our health care reform issue is urgent, the crux is the government and market positioning and how to build a service-oriented government, provide medical supplies, establish fair and equitable health care system which is the basic duty of government, are also urgent needs for building a socialist harmonious society.

Behavioral Aspects in Obligatory Reports of Public Hospitals in Poland

The health care sector is the most difficult one to manage and control. Special units in this field are public hospitals which are required to prepare a lot of reports to various institutions, including the ownership body. The paper focuses on two issues. The first is the presence of behavioral factors in the reporting of public hospitals in Poland to the ownership bodies. This article aims to indicate the thematic areas of specific reports, most affected by behavioral factors and explain the causes and consequences of their occurrence. The second issue is the analysis of the legal status of obligatory reporting of public hospitals. Participants of the conducted research, due to their specific ownership and political and social position, were public hospitals in Poland. The paper uses the research methods of the meta-analysis of the literature, legal acts in Poland and empirical materials, and also the methods of synthesis, observation, and deduction. Data analysis focused on specific sample of reports issued by Polish public hospitals for their ownership body. The research shows that hospitals draw up a tremendous number of often thematically overlapping and redundant reports addressed to different institutions in different time periods. It is a consequence of legal regulations failing to streamline the reporting of the health care sector institutions, in particular public hospitals. The paper points to the large number of legal instruments that contain imprecise requirements resulting from the complex and obscure forms of control of public funds allocation in this sector. There are many behavioral factors that shape some fields of public hospitals＇ reports, for example, interpersonal relationships, egoism, private financial interests, strengthening of the employment status and professional position, and professional competences. There is considerable freedom in the reporting process fulfilled by public hospitals in Poland for their ownership body. It causes strong consequences, like poor-quality data, duplication of information, and its chaos, as well as high costs of obtaining information. Reporting system of financial and non-financial data of public hospitals in Poland is dysfunctional.

INTELLECTUAL property is highly valued the world over,including in China.The Decision on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reform,released in November 2013 at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China（CPC）Central Committee,said explicitly：＂We will strengthen the application and protection of intellectual property rights（IPR）,improve the technological innovation incentive mechanism,and explore ways to set up IPR courts.＂ On August 31, 2014, the National People＇s Congress, China＇s top legislature, voted to establish IPR courts in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. They soon came into being, constituting a milestone in China＇s IPR protection.

Sex differences in exercise and drug addiction:A mini review of animal studies

Growing literature has demonstrated that exercise may be an effective prevention and treatment option for drug addiction. In the past few years, many studies have suggested that there were sex differences in all phases of drug addiction. However, very limited research has investigated sex differences in the effectiveness of exercise intervention in drug addiction and rehabilitation. In this mini review, we summarize the effect of sex on the results of using exercise to prevent and treat drug addiction. The studies we consider span various animal models and use multiple types of exercise to examine the effectiveness of exercise on the neurobiological mechanism of exercise rehabilitation. We believe that exercise as an adjuvant intervention strategy can be applied better in drug addiction prevention and recovery. Copyright 2014, Shanghai University of Sport. Empirical Examination of the Effects of Competition and Regulation on Public Universities and Colleges＇ Performance in China

Competition and regulation are indispensable entities for a university＇s improved performance. Using university rating as an index to performance, empirical analyses with the data from 145 public universities and colleges in China show that increased competition in the education service market is associated with higher university＇s （college＇s） performance. And increased competition in R＆D may make a quadratic effect on university＇s （college＇s） performance. University＇s performance improves when a university is directed as a branch of the central government because they enjoy some degree of management flexibility more than the local government controlled ones. A major implication of the study is the need to reform competition and regulation for improving universities and colleges＇ operating performance in China.

Evaluation of the Appropriateness of Gastrointestinal Prophylaxis in the Critically III

The aim of this study was to determine the utilization of SRMD （stress related mucosal disease） prophylaxis in the ICU （intensive care unit） of a large teaching institution based on duration and defined adverse effects. Patients were reviewed for appropriateness of SRMD prophylactic therapy based on the presence of two independent risk factors （coagulopathy and mechanical ventilation greater than 48 hours） versus presence of any one risk factor from a list developed by the study investigator. Data was collected into spreadsheets and outcomes were analyzed using descriptive statistics. When evaluating patients based on the presence of any risk factor, 84 percent of patients had at least one risk factor present, while 16 percent did not have any. In patients who received famotidine, there was one occtLrrence of Clostridium difficile and 6 cases of electrolyte abnormalities. In patients who received a PPI, there was one documented case of HAP, two cases of ventilator-associated pneumonia, three cases of Clostridium difficile, and 14 patients who developed electrolyte abnormalities. Data does not show an association between acid suppression therapy and incidence of nosocomial infections. The number of patients whose therapy exceeded the appropriate stop-date compared with the number of patients in which SRMD prophylaxis was discontinued when risk factors diminished was greater when evaluating patients based upon the two independent risk factors.

Meeting the ADA Guidelines of Diabetic Care at King Fahd Hospital of University, Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia in 2012

The main purpose of this study is determining the extent of achieving American Diabetes Association （ADA） targets in diabetes type I and II at KFUH （King Fahd Hospital of University） in the year of 2012. Observational, cross sectional, retrospective study was conducted on 479 patients; the informations were reviewed using Quadramed CPR system. All the data obtainedwere analyzed by medical statistician using SPSS program. The results show that only 19.0% was achieved the target of HbA~; and the targets of LDL, HDL and TG were achieved in 38.4%, 35.9%, and 48.2% respectively. The routine ophthalmology and dietitian review were found to be in only 32.1% and 27.3%, respectively. The use of medications recommended by ADA was 51.4% for aspirin and 54.7 % for both statin and ACE inhibitor. The present study indicated that most of the ADA guidelines were not achieved in our diabetic patients being followed in our center, which is almost similar to other studies in most of the parameters. The achievement of diabetes targets is a difficult task but may not be impossible. It requires a multidisciplinary approach. So, further studies are needed to determine the reasons behind the gap between practice and guidelines.

The degradation of organophosphorus pesticides by means of sodium percarbonate

The factors and mechanisms of oxidative degradation of three organophosphorus pesticides （dichlorvos, methamidophos and phoxim） were studied with sodium percarbonate （SPC） as a solid oxidant. The result showed that SPC has highly activity in degrading these organophosphous pesticides. The most efficient degradation of pesticides occurred under basic conditions and the degradation rates increased with time extension and high temperature. The degradation of organophosphorus pesticides was expected to get even better results at lower initial concentration. Furthermore, we analyzed the intermediate products by NMP, spectrometry. On the basis of the analytical result, the oxidative degradation mechanism was proposed for each organophosphous pesticide. It is significant to understand the environment chemistry of organophosphorus pesticides in environmental system.
