Chintz has adopted a new, highly compatible, multipronged approach. Judgingfrom current agricultural and rural policies, factors like capital, labor and land will continue to interact and revolve. The transformation of China＇s rural land tenure system is at a critical posifion in the overall strategy of developing tile rural economy. However, rural institutional reform will inevitably be constrained by the path and pattern China＇s industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization take. Creating a new pattern of urban and rural socioeconomic integration requires reform and improvement of rural grassroots governance structure. The interaction and reconsolidation of the factors have again become intertwined with the superstructure of rural society and will inevitably affect the direction and pace of rural grassroots governance structural reJbrm. The paper intends to study on foreign teachers＇ teaching validity from English majors＇ students＇ perspective. The essay mainly adopts the classroom observation method to directly observe foreign teachers＇ classroom. In addition, the paper used the questionnaire and interview method for the English major students to get the first-hand feedback information to explore the existing problems of foreign teachers and then puts forward some suggestions.There are there parts in this paper. The first part is introduction of background and significance, and then it mainly analyzes performance of English majors from the present situation of the foreign teachers＇ class, and finally solves some common problems in classroom teaching.展开更多
The theory and practice of intellectual property law in China have gone through a process of transplantation,introduction,self-reliance and innovation.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,starting from basic ...The theory and practice of intellectual property law in China have gone through a process of transplantation,introduction,self-reliance and innovation.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,starting from basic national conditions and development needs,China has correctly grasped institutional attributes and functions,shaped legal value objectives,constructed operational mechanisms for the rule of law and development,proactively carried out institutional transformation and reconstructed the spirit of law,thus achieving the localization of intellectual property law.At the same time,China has been active in responding to the issues of pluralism,stages,risk and non-modernity in the development of legal modernization and has promoted the development of the knowledge economy through institutional innovation in intellectual property;at the same time,it has effectively coped with the issues of diversification,fragmentation and unilateralism in the course of legal integration and has participated in the construction of a global governance system for intellectual property,thereby providing a new impetus for the international protection of intellectual property.On the basis of the sinicization or localization of intellectual property law,China has found its own means of achieving the modernization of law and its own road to the choice of legal integration.The basic orientation of its legal changes offer rich innovative connotations and a clear practical direction.展开更多

Prior to reform and opening up, this area had long been characterized by ...China＇s reform and opening up in the area of circulation are an important component of the establishment of a socialist mgrket economy system. Prior to reform and opening up, this area had long been characterized by a high level of centralization, closedness and segmentation. The domestic market was isolated from the overseas market and internal trade from foreign trade, and each had its own management system and policy environment. The thirty years of reform and opening up, however, have put a new face on the institutional environment of circulation： an open and modern system of circulation has been basically established, an embryonic WTO-consistent business administration system is taking shape, and the extension Of business and trade service ixidustries has facilitated institutional innovation. The main experience of reform is the following： first, taking opening up as the leading principle and making use of opening up to promote reform; second, following an incremental path of dealing with the easier issues before the harder ones, building up while you tear down, and gradual improvement; and third, breaking through the traditional framework of commodity circulation and establishing new business systems that accommodate more service industries. The economic implication of China＇s reform experience is as follows： an export-oriented strategy must inevitably be chosen as the point of entry for reform; there is an inherent linkage between market structure and human capital in the circulation of goods and services; and expanding the circulation of non-material goods is an important basis for institutional innovation.展开更多
