The results showed that the stability of HTPB PU was improved by addition of chain extenders, especially butanediol and 1,6 hexanediol. The more the amount of the extender, and the lower the molecular weight of HTPB, the higher the hydrolytic stability. The stability of HTPB PU could be improved also by addition of inorganic fillers.展开更多
目的·观察温敏性羟丁基几丁糖(hydroxybutyl chitosan,HBC)水凝胶预防新西兰大白兔宫腔粘连的效果。方法·将18只雌性新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,即正常对照组、模型组、HBC组,每组6只。正常对照组行假手术;模型组、HBC组采用机...目的·观察温敏性羟丁基几丁糖(hydroxybutyl chitosan,HBC)水凝胶预防新西兰大白兔宫腔粘连的效果。方法·将18只雌性新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,即正常对照组、模型组、HBC组,每组6只。正常对照组行假手术;模型组、HBC组采用机械和感染双重损伤法构建宫腔粘连动物模型;HBC组建模后立即向宫腔内注射2 mL 1.5%的温敏性HBC水凝胶。每组分别于术后1、2、4周各取2只新西兰大白兔,收集双侧子宫组织,苏木精-伊红染色观察子宫内膜形态及腺体数量;Masson染色检测子宫内膜纤维化程度。结果·与正常对照组相比,模型组与HBC组术后1周子宫内膜柱状上皮逐渐消失,纤维化面积比明显增加,腺体数量减少。2周后,模型组低倍镜下可见宫腔内粘连形成,纤维化面积比进一步增加,腺体数量进一步减少;而HBC组宫腔内未见水凝胶残余,纤维化面积比下降,腺体数量增加。4周后,HBC组子宫内膜柱状上皮恢复,纤维面积比与腺体数量均恢复至正常水平。结论·温敏性HBC水凝胶可以有效预防新西兰大白兔宫腔粘连形成。展开更多
