Density (ρ) and viscosity (η) measurements were carried out for 4-aminobutyric acid in 0.0041,0.0125 and 0.0207 mol·L-1 aqueous salbutamol sulphate at T=308.15,313.15 and 318.15K.The measured values of density and viscosity were used to estimate some important parameters such as apparent molar volume Vφ,limiting apparent molar volume Vφ0,transfer volume △Vφ0,hydration number Hn,second derivative of infinite dilution of partial molar volume with temperature 2Vφ0/T2,viscosity B-coefficients,variation of B with temperature dB/dT,free energy of activation per mole of solvent △μ10* and solute △μ20*,activation entropy △S20* and activation enthalpy △H20* of the amino acids.These parameters have been interpreted in terms of solute-solute and solute-solvent interactions and structure making/breaking ability of solutes in the given solution. 展开更多

Dummy molecularly imprinted polymers (DMIPs) for 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol (NNAL) were produced using three structural analogues as dummy template molecules. The chosen analogues were 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol, 4- (methylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol, and 1-(3-pyridyl)-1,4,-butanediol. The molecular recognition characteristics of the produced polymers were evaluated by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Interactions between NNAL and methacrylic acid should be cooperative hydrogen bonds while the ni- trogen atom of the pyridine ring and the oxygen atom of the nitroso group in NNAL are two of the hydrogen-bond acceptors. It was further demonstrated that DMIP synthesized by 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol had the best binding performance by XPS and FT-IR. Then dummy molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (DMISPE) was developed for the determination of the analyte using the hit polymer as the sorbing material. Under optimal conditions, the recovery of NNAL dissolved in standard solution reached 93%. And the investigated polymer exhibited much higher binding of NNAL when nicotine was acted as the competitive molecule. Also the proposed method was applied to the measurement of NNAL spiked in blank urine samples with recoveries ranging from 87.2% to 101.2%. 展开更多

The preparation of ultra-fine particles of salbutamol sulphate (SS) was accomplished with a reactive precipitation pathway, in which salbutamol and sulphuric acid were Used as reactants with the solvents of ethanol.The effects of sulphuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, stirring rate, and reaction time onthesize of the particle were investigated. A binary mixture composed of lactose and SS was prepared to evaluate SS. The results showed that ultra-fine SS particles with controlled diameters ranging between 3 μm and 0.8 μm and with a narrow distribution could be achieved. The morphology consisting of clubbed particles wassuccess.fully obtained. The purity of the particles reached above 98% with-UV detection. The dose- of dry powder inhalation was obtained by blending the particles with recrystallized lactose, which acted as a carrier. The deposition quantity of the drug in breathing tract was estimated using a twin imPinger apparatus. In order to investigate the effect of butanol on quartz flotation when N-dodecyl ethylenediamine(ND)was used as collector, single mineral flotation and artificial mixed mineral(hematite and quartz were mixed at a mass ratio of 3:2) separation were conducted in the laboratory. Experimental results indicated that addition of butanol could improve the collecting performance of ND on quartz and enhance the floatability of quartz. Best flotation recovery of quartz was obtained when butanol was mixed with ND at a mass ratio of 1:1. Moreover, the molecular structure of alcohols had a significant effect on mineral recovery. Best separation efficiency could be obtained when tert-butanol was added as it had the largest cross-sectional area. Zeta potential measurements indicated that alcohols could strengthen electrostatic adsorption between quartz and collector. Molecular dynamic simulations revealed that co-adsorption of alcohols along with ND had taken place on the quartz surface, and ND/tert-butyl combinations were more easily absorbed on the quartz surface. 展开更多

The mechanism of catalytic esterification proved by IR spectra of the resins was found that O-H and N-H of the N-hydroxyl sulfonamide resin reacted with the acetic anhydride respectively to form the active intermediate polystyrene N,O-diacetyl sulfonamate which was cleaved by n-butanol to produce butyl acetate. 目的观察定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法将80例咳嗽变异型哮喘随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组雾化吸入布地奈德400 mg/次,2次/d;丁胺醇气雾剂每次1喷,3次/d,咳嗽消失停止使用。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予定... 目的观察定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法将80例咳嗽变异型哮喘随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组雾化吸入布地奈德400 mg/次,2次/d;丁胺醇气雾剂每次1喷,3次/d,咳嗽消失停止使用。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予定喘汤加减治疗,1剂/d,加水1 000 ml煎成药液200 ml,每天早晚分服。两组均治疗30 d。治疗前后检测两组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)和最大呼气流量(PEFR)、计算咳嗽综合评分;评价临床疗效;比较不良反应;疗程结束后随访6个月,统计复发情况。结果两组治疗后FEV1、PEFR均较治疗前升高,咳嗽综合评分较治疗前降低,P<0.05或<0.01;观察组上述变化较对照组更显著(P均<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为87.50%(35/40),对照组为62.50%(25/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.298、P<0.05)。两组均完成6个月随访,观察组复发率为12.50%(5/40),对照组为57.50%(23/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.802、P<0.05)。观察组和对照组平均复发时间分别为(72.58±14.16)d和(87.49±13.16)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.527、P<0.01)。对照组出现1例一过性恶心、呕吐,无需特殊处理,观察组无不良反应发生。结论定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可有效缓解病情,改善肺功能,提高临床治疗效果,降低复发率,且不增加不良反应。 展开更多

OBjECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect on type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) of insulin,isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide and ethambutol(conventional medication) administered together with Qi-boosting and Yin-nourishing decoction derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:A total of 60 patients with T2 DM complicated with pulmonary TB were randomly and equally divided into positive control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Western conventional regiment(WCR):insulin,isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide,and ethambutol,whereas the treatment group was given both WCR and Qi-boosting and V/n-nourishing decoction prepared from TCM.RESULTS:After the treatment,20(66.7%) and 11(36.7%) cases showed sputum bacteria negative conversion in the WCR plus TCM group and WCM group respectively(P < 0.05).A total of 25(83.3%)and 18(60%) cases showed improvement in lung lesion in the WCR plus TCM group and WCM group respectively(P < 0.05).Compared with WCR group,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the WCR plus TCM group significantly decreased(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01,respectively).CONCLUSION:Qi-boosting and Yin-nourishing decoction combined with the Western medication showed better curative effect in treating T2 DM complicated with pulmonary TB compared with the group using the conventional Western Medicine alone. 展开更多
