目的观察沙胺丁醇联合氨溴索对患有慢性支气管炎的老年患者的治疗效果。方法 2007年3月~2011年3月收治的患有慢性支气管炎的老年确诊患者92例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。分别采用单独使用氨溴索的方法和沙胺丁醇与氨溴索联合的... 目的观察沙胺丁醇联合氨溴索对患有慢性支气管炎的老年患者的治疗效果。方法 2007年3月~2011年3月收治的患有慢性支气管炎的老年确诊患者92例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。分别采用单独使用氨溴索的方法和沙胺丁醇与氨溴索联合的方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、复发情况等进行比较观察。结果观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组[91.3%(42/46)比73.9%(34/46),P<0.05],并且观察组患者发生复发的比例也明显低于对照组[4.3%(2/46)比19.6(9/46),P<0.05]。结论沙胺丁醇联合氨溴索治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床效果好,具有安全可靠、治疗彻底、不易复发等特点,用药过程患者不会出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象。 展开更多

目的探讨硫酸镁联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对老年支气管哮喘患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年4月至2020年8月于罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院治疗的100例老年支气管哮喘患者... 目的探讨硫酸镁联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对老年支气管哮喘患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年4月至2020年8月于罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院治疗的100例老年支气管哮喘患者,分为对照组(50例,予以硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗)和观察组(50例,予以硫酸镁联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗),均治疗7 d,随访7 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状改善时间及治疗前后肺功能、炎性因子水平。结果相比于对照组,治疗后观察组患者的临床总有效率升高,观察组患者症状(胸闷、咳嗽、气促、喘憋、呼吸困难)改善时间均较对照组缩短;相比于治疗前,治疗后两组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组患者ESR、血清CRP、IL-5水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗老年支气管哮喘患者,可有效抑制其炎性因子的释放,缩短患者临床症状改善时间,从而提高患者肺功能与临床疗效,促进患者病情恢复。 展开更多

Dummy molecularly imprinted polymers (DMIPs) for 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol (NNAL) were produced using three structural analogues as dummy template molecules. The chosen analogues were 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol, 4- (methylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol, and 1-(3-pyridyl)-1,4,-butanediol. The molecular recognition characteristics of the produced polymers were evaluated by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Interactions between NNAL and methacrylic acid should be cooperative hydrogen bonds while the ni- trogen atom of the pyridine ring and the oxygen atom of the nitroso group in NNAL are two of the hydrogen-bond acceptors. It was further demonstrated that DMIP synthesized by 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol had the best binding performance by XPS and FT-IR. Then dummy molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (DMISPE) was developed for the determination of the analyte using the hit polymer as the sorbing material. Under optimal conditions, the recovery of NNAL dissolved in standard solution reached 93%. And the investigated polymer exhibited much higher binding of NNAL when nicotine was acted as the competitive molecule. Also the proposed method was applied to the measurement of NNAL spiked in blank urine samples with recoveries ranging from 87.2% to 101.2%. 展开更多

In order to investigate the effect of butanol on quartz flotation when N-dodecyl ethylenediamine(ND)was used as collector, single mineral flotation and artificial mixed mineral(hematite and quartz were mixed at a mass ratio of 3:2) separation were conducted in the laboratory. Experimental results indicated that addition of butanol could improve the collecting performance of ND on quartz and enhance the floatability of quartz. Best flotation recovery of quartz was obtained when butanol was mixed with ND at a mass ratio of 1:1. Moreover, the molecular structure of alcohols had a significant effect on mineral recovery. Best separation efficiency could be obtained when tert-butanol was added as it had the largest cross-sectional area. Zeta potential measurements indicated that alcohols could strengthen electrostatic adsorption between quartz and collector. Molecular dynamic simulations revealed that co-adsorption of alcohols along with ND had taken place on the quartz surface, and ND/tert-butyl combinations were more easily absorbed on the quartz surface. 展开更多

The preparation of ultra-fine particles of salbutamol sulphate (SS) was accomplished with a reactive precipitation pathway, in which salbutamol and sulphuric acid were Used as reactants with the solvents of ethanol.The effects of sulphuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, stirring rate, and reaction time onthesize of the particle were investigated. A binary mixture composed of lactose and SS was prepared to evaluate SS. The results showed that ultra-fine SS particles with controlled diameters ranging between 3 μm and 0.8 μm and with a narrow distribution could be achieved. The morphology consisting of clubbed particles wassuccess.fully obtained. The purity of the particles reached above 98% with-UV detection. The dose- of dry powder inhalation was obtained by blending the particles with recrystallized lactose, which acted as a carrier. The deposition quantity of the drug in breathing tract was estimated using a twin imPinger apparatus. Compared with the Shapuer powder (purchased in the market), the results showed that SS_particles had more quantifies.subsided in simulative lung.. _ 展开更多

The mechanism of catalytic esterification proved by IR spectra of the resins was found that O-H and N-H of the N-hydroxyl sulfonamide resin reacted with the acetic anhydride respectively to form the active intermediate polystyrene N,O-diacetyl sulfonamate which was cleaved by n-butanol to produce butyl acetate. OBjECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect on type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) of insulin,isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide and ethambutol(conventional medication) administered together with Qi-boosting and Yin-nourishing decoction derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:A total of 60 patients with T2 DM complicated with pulmonary TB were randomly and equally divided into positive control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Western conventional regiment(WCR):insulin,isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide,and ethambutol,whereas the treatment group was given both WCR and Qi-boosting and V/n-nourishing decoction prepared from TCM.RESULTS:After the treatment,20(66.7%) and 11(36.7%) cases showed sputum bacteria negative conversion in the WCR plus TCM group and WCM group respectively(P < 0.05).A total of 25(83.3%)and 18(60%) cases showed improvement in lung lesion in the WCR plus TCM group and WCM group respectively(P < 0.05).Compared with WCR group,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the WCR plus TCM group significantly decreased(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01,respectively).CONCLUSION:Qi-boosting and Yin-nourishing decoction combined with the Western medication showed better curative effect in treating T2 DM complicated with pulmonary TB compared with the group using the conventional Western Medicine alone. 展开更多
